Blue Horsesehoe Stocks: New Highs on DCTH & More

Delcath Systems, Inc. DCTH

We brought DCTH back into the fold in yesterday morning’s premarket report, and it wasn’t a moment too soon. We mentioned our prior alert on the stock from last Monday. after which we would see a low of .0413 and subsequent run to a dime leading into yesterday’s session.

Then things really kicked into motion, with DCTH ripping its way from a daily low of .1037 all the way up to a whopping thirty cents! That worked out to an intraday bull run of 189% and extended our overall observed range from last Tuesday’s low to a mammoth 626%

That range has been extended even further to 745% in the premarket this morning as DCTH has hit a new high of .349. Unsurprisingly, volume over this period of huge gains has also been extremely heavy. We’ll continue to monitor DCTH in the hopes that it can sustain this fantastic multi-day run.

Vivint Solar, Inc. VSLR

In addition to including a remind tag on VSLR in yesterday’s report, we initially alerted this play on May 18th, and it’s been nothing but smooth sailing since then, en route to some pretty nice gains.

On the morning of the 18th VSLR touched a low of 2.75 and it never looked back. Yesterday, it managed a new high of 5.30, which represents a move of 93% over the course of roughly a month’s time. The sudden extra boost it received this week coul be due, in part, to a Goldman Sachs upgrade from Neutral to Buy on the stock and the raising of the price target to $6.

Adobe Systems Inc. ADBE – Options Idea

Adobe had its Q2 earnings call yesterday post-market, and blew expectations on the Street out of the water. As a result the stock is gapping up considerably this morning in the premarket, and we’d like to have an options idea ready and waiting to take advantage of the commotion.

We’ll radar the ABDE 06/30 $147 & $148 Calls and track them over the remainder of this week and possibly into the next.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: USRM, TSLA Updates & More

U.S. Stem Cell, Inc. USRM

On Wednesday morning, we followed up with USRM after tracking it over a 289% rip subsequent to our alert on the play on February 27th. The stock had come down quite a bit off of those highs, and started to take on the appearance of a possible bottom-play. We mentioned the need to “return to monitoring this play more closely on the chance that it could be gearing up for another run.

It did find its bottom and it most certainly was gearing up for another run, which took up the entirety of yesterday’s session. The stock traded in a range from .0181 to .03, for a solid intraday rip of 66%, nearly all of which was held into a strong close .0289.

That type of blatantly bullish activity warrants continued close observation of USRM as we close out the week.

Tesla, Inc. TSLA – Options Update

Just yesterday, we identified TSLA as being ripe for a recovery, citing the TSLA 04/07 $270-277.50 Calls as our targets of interest. It was another solid options trading idea for us, with every single set of contracts in the range providing opportunities for solid single-session gains.

$270 Calls – Range: 3.37-6.65 – Max Gain: 97%
$272.50 Calls – Range: 2.77-5.35 – Max Gain: 93%
$275 Calls – Range: 2.52-4.70 – Max Gain: 87%
$277.50 Calls – Range: 1.93-3.85 – Max Gain: 99%

We also could see more bullish activity out of these plays, which we chose to hopefully take advantage of a more extended-term recovery for TSLA.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Huge Options Wins & Much More

We targeted a range of options calls in both FedEx and Adobe yesterday, as both stocks were showing good premarket activity on the heels of their earnings reports. It illustrated perfectly why we’re always formulating post-earnings options ideas.

$167.50 – Range: 3.16-6.71 – Max Gain: 112%

Recovery Play Updates

Yesterday’s session confirmed validation of all three of the bottom-bouncers  that we highlighted in Tuesday’s premarket report.

MGT Capital Investments, Inc. MGT and ACRE Realty AIII – These were both new for us on Tuesday, getting our attention as stocks that were heavily oversold after reaching new lows. As it turns out, we timed those bottoms perfectly, as you can see in the side-by-side chart snapshot below.

So far the range we’ve observed on MGT is from 1.77-2.58, a 46% rise, and in AIII, a move up from .90-1.20 (+33%). We’ll stay on their trails to watch for a continuation of these rebounds.

_____

NovaVax, Inc. NVAX –  While it did appear on our Bottom-Bounce Watchlist on Tuesday, NVAX began its own recovery when we initially brought it to the table in Monday’s report.  We’ve included a snap of this chart as well so you can see the excellent progress it’s made since then.

To this point we’ve witnessed a three day swing of  43% from 1.36-1.94. The stock closed at that high, so it too will be granted a reserved slot on our radars in coming sessions.

_____

Jammin’ Java Corp. JAMN

We alerted JAMN as a potential bottom-play last Tuesday and it too has made a solid move to the upside since then.

We saw the low come in at .0011 following that mention, and yesterday the stock reached a new high of .0025. That represents a 127% rip off of its lows in just over a week’s time.

StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. SFOR

This is a stock that we’ve been familiar with in both the distant and recent past, and we included it once again in yesterday’s report. The stock kept piling on the excellent momentum we’ve observed over the past few sessions, and ultimately set a new high for us, falling just short of breaking the penny barrier.

SFOR traded in a modest intraday range  from .008 up to .0095, a 19% increase, closing strong once again at .0094. From the low we observed following our next most recent mention of the stock  (.0036) the new high represented an overall swing of 164%

We’ll be interested to see if SFOR can maintain momentum and breach into Pennyland. The last time it came close was nearly a year ago.
