Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Marijuana Stocks & More

Transbyte Corp. ERBB

Among others, ERBB was one cannabis play to have a bang-up session on Tuesday. After we watched it make a 23% intraday move from .012-.0147 on Monday, the stock continued to push its upper boundaries, opening at .0155 and reaching as high as .0193, an added gain of 25% It closed with strength at .019 on nearly 330M shares traded; that’s well over 3x its 3mo. average volume.

Be on the lookout for where this latest rush of momentum can carry ERBB, and aware of the possibility for bounce action in the event of any pullbacks.

Growlife, Inc. PHOT & Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc. FITX

PHOT produced an exciting PR this morning that we wanted to share, as it it ties it to another of the cannabis stocks we’ve been following that has also produced mammoth gains this month, in FITX. It’s a development that will renew our interest in following the stories behind both of these stocks even more intently than before:

VaporBrands International, Inc. VAPR & Hemp, Inc. HEMP

Speaking of stocks in the marijuana sector that have joint ventures with others that we’ve covered extensively, we find VAPR. This one cropped up on our radar with a press release yesterday which ties it to another of our all-time favorite pot stocks; HEMP. The stock has been on the move for the past several sessions, so a note of caution is in order. We may find that the stock pulls back from extensive profit-taking, and in the event that occurs we will be watching closely for a bounce opportunity.

MediaTechnics Corp. MEDT

We also want to radar MEDT, a sub-penny play that has shown a capacity for quick swings in recent weeks. Over the past three sessions the stock has moved up from .0004, to as high as .0017 during trading yesterday. In early January it made a similar move from .0004-.0012, so we have a pretty good idea of the kind of volatility to expect from this play. Triple-zero stocks are known to be high risk, but a properly timed swing can lead to rapid gains for the savvy trader.

CleanPath Resources Corp. CLNP

This is another stock that falls into the high-risk/high-reward category of sub-penny momentum plays. The stock has been as low as .0002 as recently as Monday, and yesterday broke through a psychological barrier at .001, going as high as .0012. We are going to put this on our watchlist in the event of continued momentum pushing it past yesterday’s highs. Should it pull back into sub-.001 territory, we’ll be on the lookout for support and an eventual rebound.

Extended Watchlist:
BCAP, RIGH, ONVO, GTXI, DCTH, TSEM

CBAI | Cord Blood America, Inc. & Extended Watchlist

Cord Blood America, Inc. CBAI

The biotech/biomed field remains one of our favorite sectors- for those of you that remember, ENTB and BMSN, belonging to similar industries, both did well for us recently. After appearing in yesterday’s extended watchlist, CBAI opened at .004, and saw a low of .0039 before breaking a key area of resistance at .0055, and running to a high of .0062. Total possible intraday gains on CBAI yesterday stood at 59%

We are going to keep this one on our radars; the next resistance should come between .008 and .0093. We’d like to see that previous resistance level of .0055 to hold as a future level of support for us to remain bullish on CBAI.

ECUI, VOIS, MINE, CLNP, GNCP, CERP, FSLR (bounce opportunity off of earnings gap down)

PSWS, ACGX & Extended Watchlist

PureSafe Water Systems, Inc. PSWS

PSWS earned us the top spot on Penny Stock Rumble yesterday, after appearing in our morning newsletter. We are pleased to report that we saw an enormous 369% move out of the stock from Monday’s low of .0049 to yesterday’s high of .023.

We saw resistance build up at the 200DMA of .0194  yesterday, a barrier we will have to breach to continue to see gains here. Should that occur, we would like to see that 200DMA hold as support. We have to remain vigilant at this stage of the game, and would urge extreme caution to those not yet in PSWS. This is a stock that has posted gains for nine straight days, so it stands to reason that a pullback could be in the cards for the near future.

Alliance Creative Group, Inc. ACGX

We are no strangers to ACGX, and each time we’ve talked about this stock in the past, it has gone on to bring us some handsome profits. We’ve noticed this play getting attention from other newsletters, so we thought we’d re-mention it as well.

Last Thursday, ACGX announced that it had shipped 50,000 displays for Wellnx Life Sciences’ raspberry ketone and green coffee bean weight management products to the world’s largest retailer.

The chart is in the middle of a serious uptrend. As you can see below, the Accum/Dist has recently skyrocketed, and we have an RSI that is barreling into the power zone. The PPS recently broke through the moving averages, volume has recently begun to pick up, and the PPO and Slow STO are both diverging and heading north after both made bullish crosses in recent months.

Extended Watchlist:
CLNP, PPHM, BWEN, SWHC, ECOB (Bottom Play – Coming Off 52-wk Lows),

ERBB & Extended Watchlist

Tranzbyte Corporation ERBB

The medical marijuana plays we’ve been following didn’t quite continue their recent momentum on Monday, with the exception of ERBB, a point of recent discussion which was well into the green. We’ve followed this stock throughout the course of its recent uptrend.

Back on November 13th, we said: “We are looking for when the 20DMA surpasses the 200DMA”, and sure enough, as we point out on the chart below, a golden cross seems imminent. In addition, the RSI is moving toward the power zone, and  the Slow STO is prepping for a crossover.

Other Medical Marijuana related stocks we continue to monitor include: CLNP, CBIS, HEMP, GRNH, MJNA, PHOT

Extended Watchlist:
ABOT, PSWS, PCFG, ISON, SPBU, GLTV, GWYT, WSHE

YLLC, STLK & Extended Watchlist

Yellow7, Inc. YLLC

Yesterday we brought YLLC to you as a stock that was trading near its annual low, stating that it was looking ripe for a bounce. As is often the case, our timing was fantastic, because the bounce indeed came to fruition! After subsiding from an early morning surge, the stock ran from .0075 all the way to .013, for very respectable intraday gains of up to 73%

Based on the momentum and trading activity we observed yesterday, we are going to want to keep this one on our watchlist; more opportunities could be in store.

____

STL Marketing Group, Inc. STLK

First off, we wanted to forward the notice posted to Versant’s Facebook page yesterday:

“We wanted to thank everyone for their calls regarding yesterday’s earthquake in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. All Versant personnel are fine and the project site as well. We are in an area known for its lack of earthquakes and just in case, when they are built the tower specifications for our site will have the same seismic code as California.”

Those of you who may have missed our reports on STLK from earlier in the week, might want to look them over.

Over the weekend, STLK began updating its filings, in order to get current on information with respect to the merger with Versant. We’re expecting the Caveat Emptor status to be removed at any time now. Once we see the status updated, we think we should start to see more information released by the company with regard to the merger.

As far as the chart is concerned: Earlier this week, we saw the RSI run into the powerzone, twice breaching the 70-line, and both times the stock broke out. Accum/Dist. has been on a steady incline, and the stock is holding support on this 30 min. chart, above the 50DMA of .011. Below that we have support at the 100/200DMA of .008. The PPO is pinching, getting ready for a bullish cross, and the histogram is ready to flip up to the bullish side as well, while the Slow STO also crossed with its lines diverging.

STLK has been a field day for flippers, with traders being able to enter in the low .01’s, and exit in the high .01’s for quick profits of 50% or more. For example, yesterday we saw trades as low as .011, with the stock closing at .017.

This is still going to be a long-term focus for us, but as we stated earlier in the week, the immediate benefits are also prevalent with STLK. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
