Blue Horseshoe Stocks: ERBB Recap, Options & More

American Green, Inc. ERBB

In lieu of a typical extended watchlist yesterday morning, we included a series of cannabis related plays. From that list came the familiar face of ERBB, which had itself a solid session which included a strong close.

On more than three times its monthly average volume, the stock traded in a range from .00289 to a high of .0045 (+56%) before closing just a couple of ticks below at .0043. That’s the highest PPS since June of 2015, yet another indication that a second green rush is currently in force.

Procter and Gamble Co. PG – Options Recap

We also wanted to give a quick rehash of the moves made by the options we signaled for observation in yesterday’s report, the PG Weekly $85.50-88 Calls.

We mentioned we’d be on the lookout for a gap-and-go to start the session, and that’s exactly what took place. Despite tapering off toward the end of the day, some nice gains were there for the taking in the morning.

$85.50 Calls – Range: 1.70-2.43 – Max Gain: 43%
$86 Calls – Range: 1.36-2.04 – Max Gain: 50%
$86.50 Calls

Lockheed Martin Corp. LMT – Options Idea

We’re going to formulate an options idea for major defense contractor Lockheed Martin today, which posted a healthy beat on earnings yesterday, causing a major spike on the chart that sent it up well past its 50DMA.

We’re going to be keen on the LMT 12/02 $255-260 Calls providing that the stock maintains support above this morning’s premarket high of 247.40 on any forthcoming pullbacks.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: IFAN, NEWC Updates & More

IFAN Financial, Inc. IFAN

We had multiple runners come out of yesterday morning’s premarket report, but the star of the show was was without a doubt IFAN. This was a case of looking in the right place at the right time. The stock had posted a marginal increase the session prior, but yesterday’s run was a cut above.

We witnessed as it traded in a fantastic range from .0031, cracking through the penny barrier and reaching a high of .0118. That worked out to an intraday rip of 281% which occurred on nearly thrice the monthly average trading volume.

In instances such as these, we always keep the stock on our radar in the event that the excellent momentum it’s built up washes over into another session.

New Columbia Resources, Inc. NEWC

Prior to yesterday morning’s mention, we had signaled NEWC for observation most recently a week ago today, and the ramp-up we’ve seen between then and yesterday’s solid session has been pretty impressive.

After witnessing a low of .01 subsequent to last week’s report, the stock has really taken off this week, yesterday trading up from .0231 to a new high of .0449 (+94%), which from a penny, marks an upswing of 349% in just a few sessions.

Agritek Holdings, Inc. AGTK

Speaking of new highs, we’ve been tracking AGTK heavily of late, and it too set a new high mark for us in yesterday’s session, despite already being up so high. As we were mentioning yesterday morning, we caught this play on September 14th, at a low of .003, and the stock never looked back.

Yesterday’s decent move carried it from .0285-.036, a 26% intraday push, which is incredibly modest compared to the overall run we’ve been watching. Yesterday’s new peak registered as an increase of 1100% on the dot over our observed low.

Plandai Biotechnology, Inc. PLPL

We brought back a familiar play in PLPL last Thursday, and reminded readers to continue paying attention in yesterday’s premarket report. The stock has responded with with a nice performance in that span.

Yesterday’s session brought a healthy 56% move up from .04 to a new high of .0624, which from the three-cent low we witnessed at the end of last week, marks a swing of 108%

The Procter and Gamble Co. PG – Fresh Options Idea

As a result of the confluence of both an attractive technical setup on the chart where it recently came down to 4-month lows, in addition to a well-received quarterly earnings report this morning, we want to tag some PG options for potential daytrades and or intraweek swing trades. We had multiple landmark plays that fit the same description last week, and came away with chances for multibag gains in almost every instance.

To attempt to do the same thing this week, we’re going to look to the PG Weekly $85.50-88 Calls, which should see some nice activity if the action unfolds the way it appears it might. We’ll be looking for a gap-and-go setup to facilitate that.

Cannabis Watchlist:

The “Green Rush” continues… Aside from the three above-mentioned cannabis plays we want to continue to keep the top traded pot stocks on watch for further gains. The momentum in the sector as a whole, as we’ve cautioned readers, has continued in a big way.

TRTC, HEMP, OWCP, PHOT, MCOA, ERBB are among some of the headliners in that regard, but by no means the only marijuana related stocks that are set to explode leading up to and following election day, whereupon recreational consumption will most likely become legal in the state of California.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Cannabis Stocks Blazing & More

United Cannabis Corp. CNAB

CNAB was one of a pair of cannabis plays that we mentioned we’d be tracking toward the end of last week that ended up kicking this week’s trading off with great sessions. When we brought CNAB up in our premarket report on Thursday,

We followed up on Friday after the stock had made a 43% run from .28-.40, and asserted that we’d be on the lookout for CNAB as well as other plays in the pot sector to see increased activity in the weeks ahead. November is fast approaching, with several key cannabis initiatives coming up for a vote, including a recreational bill in California.

CNAB got off to a great start to the week today, by running from a low of .39 to a new high of .63. That worked out to an intraday move of 62%, and a total gain of  125% over our observed low from last week.

Our overall interest in the space has been ongoing from the fall of 2014, just prior to the first “Green Rush”, a historic period which saw countless stocks in the sector make exponential gains. With activity for many of these stocks picking up once again, we’ll be certain to watch plays like GRNH, ERBB, PHOT, TRTC, PZOO, and BLOZF more closely.

OWC Pharmaceutical Research Corp. OWCP

The other cannabis related stock that we’ve been hot on the trail of since Thursday is OWCP, and the stock has been pushing the envelope ever since.

Yesterday we were just mentioning the excellent gains it had already made from .0045 to .0111, and that we were anxious to see it continue its momentum, and it followed up with another great performance. From its daily low of .0109 OWCP went on to hit a new high of .0193, representing a daily rip of 77%, and a three-session overall increase of 329% over Thursday’s .0045 low.

Congratulations to any of our readers who caught a piece of the excellent action on OWCP. With the progress it’s already made, we’ll definitely be reserving a continued slot on our radar screens for this stock in sessions ahead.

Nova Lifestyle, Inc. NVFY

We also want to take a minute to point out a good catch we had in NVFY yesterday, which traded monster volume to the tune of roughly 20X the monthly average, and recorded a solid intraday push.

The stock traded in a range from 3.81-5.15, for a gain of 35% and held a good deal of that advance into the close at 5.08. We’ll continue to track this play and look for it to record another session of higher highs and higher lows, as it has done for the past six days straight.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Successful Bounce-Plays & More

Recent Recovery Plays

As it turns out, Friday was a good day for us in terms of spotting stocks coming off of their recent relative lows that were ripe for a rebound. We tagged both APDN and MIL in that report, and in both cases we’ve seen extended signs of recovery.

Applied DNA Sciences, Inc. APDN – We’ve been familiar with APDN for quite some time, and were prompted to include it on Friday as a bottom-watch play after Thursday’s session had sent it hurtling off a cliff. Our observed low on Friday was 3.28, and as of yesterday high mark of 4.56, we had witnessed a 39% rebound.

MFC Industrial, Ltd. MIL - With MIL, we’ve seen a modest, yet healthy two-session swing of 13% ranging from Friday’s low of 2.63 to yesterday’s high of 2.97. We’re going to be very interested to follow its progress in the days ahead, as the chart still appears bullish.

In both cases, we’ll be looking for continued signs of strength with the recording of higher highs and higher lows going forward.

The Pot is Hot: Cannabis Sector Resurgence

We included Hemp, Inc. HEMP in yesterday’s premarket report as a result of the momentum that we’d noticed building up in the stock on Friday.

As our longtime readers are aware, we’ve been heavy followers of the cannabis space since its emergence a few years ago. While HEMP was the most actively traded stock on the OTC markets yesterday, we also saw a number of our other old favorites in the sector showing signs of renewed vigor as well. Among those were MJNA, GRNH, CBIS, MDBX, ERBB, TRTC.

We prepared a quick video containing some thoughts on the situation that we’d like to share, so be sure check it out:

Yesterday’s Other Winners:

Barfresh Food Group, Inc. BRFH – We tagged BRFH yesterday both for the positioning of the chart and the substance of the PR (link below)that the company released in the premarket. The result was a 22% intraday swing from .74-.90. This play will remain on our radars as the week progresses.

Western Graphite, Inc. WSGP - WSGP was another good call, as this super-subpenny performed an impressive dip-and-rip which culminated in an impressive intraday swing. After touching a low of .0003, we saw WSGP run as high as .0007; which registers as a 133% pop.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Celebrating Four Great Years!

Options Wrap-Up

We’ve been going heavy on our options tracking this week, and have unearthed some real gems as usual. To close things out today, we’ll identify a couple of things to watch for once action commences.

Apple, Inc. AAPL - To reiterate our AAPL idea, we were tracking the stock and observing for a bottom early this week, which it found Wednesday. It led to some impressive gains in the Weekly $115 Calls, and those are the contracts that we’ll watch for added activity. *Remember: Trading in options with a weekly expiration on a Friday carries an elevated risk/reward dynamic.
___

First Solar, Inc. FSLR - Earlier this week we saw intraday gains running from 188-579% from our FSLR ideas. We’ll roll our previous tracking range ($47-50.50) on Weekly FSLR Calls up to the $51-52 Level.
___

FitBit, Inc. FIT - We’ve witnessed gains approaching the 100%-mark from Weekly FIT Calls in prior sessions, but today we’re going to enter a longer-term idea into the log for extended observation. We’re interested in the FIT September 18th $64 Calls.

Sub-Penny Bottom-Watchlist

Stragenics, Inc. ASAB & Pervasip Corp. PVSP

As you can see from the side-by-side snapshot below, each of these .0008-stocks appear ready to rebound off of their recent relative bottoms, and we’ll want to be paying close attention when they do. Especially in the case of PVSP; a play that we tracked over a monster run from late-June, early-July.

American Green, Inc. ERBB

We’ve been familiar with this stock since back when it was still trading as Tranzbyte Corp., although 2015 has been a near-constant downslide for the stock. One look at the chart and it’s self-evident.

It did however, respond to the logging of a new 52-week low on Wednesday with a higher low for yesterday’s session, so we’ll want to see if it can continue to establish a higher base of support. A rebound could be forthcoming at any time, so we’ll re-submit this to our running watchlist.
