Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Huge Options Calls, Bottom-Plays

Huge Options Calls

Our first order of business this morning is to review the performance of the options contracts we signaled for observation in yesterday’s premarket report, We specified our interest in trading GPRO Weekly $31-32.50 Calls, and the FB Weekly $90-91 Calls, and every single set of contracts we tracked provided the opportunity for impressive profits before lunchtime!

$31 Calls  – Daily Range: .19-.97 – Max Gain: 410%
$31.50 Calls  – Daily Range: .25-.75 – Max Gain: 200%
$32 Calls  – Daily Range: .19-.57 – Max Gain: 200%
$32.50 Calls  – Daily Range: .17-.40 – Max Gain: 135%

$90 Calls  – Daily Range: .84-1.57 – Max Gain: 87%
$90.50 Calls  – Daily Range: .70-1.32 – Max Gain: 89%
$91 Calls  – Daily Range: .52-1.10 – Max Gain: 112%

Later in the afternoon, the markets dipped back considerably and continued to backslide into the close. This morning, we’re seeing a substantial gap-up on the heels of jobs numbers, leading us to believe that similar action could transpire during today’s session with regard to an early surge.

In that case, anyone who may have shown up late to the party and held contracts overnight, should be on the lookout for the opportunity to take profits early on. Those who are just arriving, should be waiting for the dip caused by those profit-takers to ride the subsequent rebound.

Vape Holdings, Inc.  VAPE

We’re going to highlight VAPE this morning as a bottom-bouncer that spent the better part of the summer on an overall downtrend, and has just begun to trend up off of the new annual low it established on Monday.

Taking a further look at the chart we get the sense that a more protracted recovery could take place, so we’ll pin this one to our tracking list in the days ahead.

Also on Bottom-Watch

We’ve run across a few other stocks that are trading at or near their relative bottoms that will serve as our extended watchlist today:

Coastal Integrated Services, Inc. COLV

Patriot Scientific Corp. PTSC

Pieris Pharmaceuticals, Inc. PIRS

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Recaps on MBHC, WSTI, CAFS & More

Mobile Broadcasting Holding, Inc. MBHC

After posting cumulative intraday gains totaling nearly 100% following our first mention of the stock on Monday, MBHC recorded a second straight session of opportunities for savvy traders yesterday.

In yesterday’s follow-up report, we highlighted a couple of key points regarding what we wanted to have happen on the chart- namely the holding of support at or above the 50DMA of .004, and a break through established resistance at .006. Both of those goals were met during the session, with MBHC trading in a daily range from .0053-.008.

That included two separate chances to ride intraday waves, first from .0055-.008 (+45%), followed by a dip to the daily low of .0053 and bounceback to .0074 (+40%).

We’ve drawn up the current chart outlook on the following snapshot:

The company is already reporting high levels of user engagement with regard to the global deal they signed with Twitter, announced this past Friday. So much so, that yesterday they released an update that hit the wires just after we published our morning reports.

PISCATAWAY TOWNS, NJ / ACCESSWIRE / JULY 21, 2015 / Mobile Broadcasting Corp., a subsidiary of Mobile Broadcasting Holding Corp. (OTC PINK: MBHC) following the announcement of MBHC and WHIRLD’S new status as THE real-time home for EDM music festivals and DJ content, their new marketing movement has already reached over 100 MM engaged users on Twitter. >> VIEW FULL PR

Bottom-Watch Recap

Two of the winners off of yesterday’s potential bottom-play watchlist seem to have been aided by PR’s, and the fortuitous timing of our alerts on all three spelled the chance at some nice profits for our subscribers.

Windstream Technologies, Inc. WSTI – After releasing a Letter To Shareholders addressing recent price action and other perceived issues, the stock saw a nice rebound. It traded mostly sideways for the majority of the session, seeing a low of .0085, before ripping into the close, hitting a high of .015.

That worked out to an intraday move of 76% and it occurred on more than triple the 3-month average volume. With such a significant reactionary run, we’re going to stay aware of the possibility of that momentum leading to a profit-taking-pullback and subsequent bounce.

___

Cafe Serendipity Holdings, Inc. CAFS
– Some Recreational Marijuana News helped bolster CAFS’s position on the chart as the stock ran from .006-.0085, a 42% pop.  It did so on volume that, while exceeding the monthly average, was relatively light in and of itself. A more pronounced surge in buying pressure could create some interest results, so we’ll keep an eye peeled for that possibility.

___

Stragenics, Inc. ASAB – There was no PR to aid our bottom-call of ASAB, it was simply a well-timed mention. The stock traded from a low of .002 and ran as high as .0027 inside of the first couple hours of trading. That was good for a solid 35% intraday jump.

Extended Watchlist:
LOCK, JCP, FRO, GNW, PIRS

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Options, MILL Recaps & More

Miller Energy Resources, Inc. MILL

More often than not, when highlighting a stock that has recently recorded a new 52-week low, we’ve had very good fortune- yesterday’s premarket tag of MILL was no exception. It had just registered its annual bottom on Tuesday, and it set us up to bear witness to quite a respectable rebound.

From a low of .26, MILL surged as high as .38, marking an intraday pop of 46% and it happened on just over six times the 3-month average trading volume.

The move came in conjunction with an interesting sequence of events-Tuesday the company announced its significant doubt of its ability to continue as a going concern, which is what brought it to a new 52-week low. We caught it on the news scanner yesterday with a more positive message, regarding the receipt of a $33M tax credit from the State of Alaska and a potential loophole on the company’s debt in the form of a possible loan.

From this point forward we’d suggest an added note of caution pertaining to MILL on account of these somewhat mixed signals. The company is still in danger of filing for bankruptcy, but for our purposes, it turned out to be a nice mid-week bottom-play.

NuGene International, Inc. NUGN

We also wanted to point to another PR that hit the wires yesterday on a stock that we’ve been monitoring this summer. Back on June 15th, we tagged NUGN for observation and watched as it ran from 2.67-3.88 (+47%).

This week, after pulling back to find support at a low of 2.55, NUGN is rebounding back past the $3 mark. We’re going to want to watch it into next week, especially after the exposure that it’s set to receive this weekend.

Per a PR released yesterday the world-famous Kathy Ireland, whose namesake products NUGN distributes, will be doing a special on Fox Business Network (Sunday, 5:30pm ET) and Bloomberg International (Sunday, 8:30am CET, 3:00pm HKT, and 10:30am CDT). It’s called Worldwide Business with kathy ireland® and it will introduce a new line of stem cell-based skincare products. >> VIEW PR

Options Recap

It may be hard for some of our newer subscribers to believe, but most of the options calls we made yesterday morning ended up yielding chances at double-bag gains! Our regular readers won’t be surprised at all, as we routinely formulate such opportunities for options daytrades.

FitBit, Inc. FIT

All of the FIT Options ideas we signaled (Weekly $45.50-48 Calls) yesterday gave us the chance for notable gains, with the most significant action coming from the $46-48’s.

The $46 Calls initially ran 192% from 1.06-3.10, then dipped to a low of .79 before rebounding to 1.85 for an added 134% swing.

The $47’s first burst carried them from .96-2.24 (+133%) dipped to .45 closed at 1.20 (+166%)

$48 Calls went on a 93% run from .88-1.70, and pulled back to .40 before ripping back to .75 for a chance at an extra 87% gain.

___

Netflix, Inc. NFLX

Our ideas for NFLX Weekly $100-105 Calls are figuring to turn out quite nicely as well before the week is out.  In the image below we can see the closing prices on all of those contracts; with NFLX trading above $110 in the premarket, we expect to see all of those prices increased significantly as they’re pushed deeper into the money. We’ll be on the lookout for dip-and-rip scenarios for the remainder of the week and may consider rolling our strike prices up closer to the money, perhaps somewhere in the 107.14-111.43 range in the event the uptrend continues.
