Blue Horseshoe Stocks: IDXG, MJPI & More

Interpace Diagnostics Group, Inc. IDXG

We had a few solid performers from yesterday morning’s report, but IDXG was definitely the cream of the crop. We saw a huge initial surge out of the gate followed by a steady ramp-up for the remainder of the session.

From a low of .3619, IDXG traded as high as 1.20, which represents an intraday run of 232% and it occurred on more than eighteen times the 30-day average volume. Not only that, but it managed to close above the dollar mark at 1.01. With price action and momentum like that combined with the fact that we’re seeing another gap-up here in the premarket, we’ll defintiely be on the lookout for further activity today, possibly in the form of a dip-and-rip scenario.

The big move was largely catalyzed by the release of a PR alluding to the fact that Aetna has agreed to cover Interpace’s ThyraMir™ test for all of its 46 million members. (>>View Full PR)

MJP International Ltd. MJPI

MJPI extended its gains yesterday and secured its status as a multi-day runner. We tagged this stock on Wednesday at a low of .85 and witnessed a decent run to 1.18 (+39%). Yesterday we recapped its performance, including the very bullish close and high volume,  and mentioned that a continued run could be in the cards.

We turrned out to be spot on in our assessment, and MJPI persisted in its uptrend, trading up from a morning low of 1.20 and reaching a new high of 1.63. That worked out to an intraday push of 36%, and extended our two-day gains on this play to a highly-respectable 92%

Options Recap

Twitter, Inc. TWTR - After furnishing us with double-bag gains yesterday, our target contracts that we initially put forth last Thursday, the TWTR 01/20 $19 and $20 Calls, recorded some modest intraday gains and added to our cumulative totals.

01/20 $19 Calls – Range: 1.33-1.70 – Max Gain: 28%
01/20 $20 Calls – Range: .94-1.22 – Max Gain: 30%

There is a gap on the TWTR chart that runs from roughly $21-24, and with a 01/20 expiration, we’ll continue to track these options, and if it appears the gap will begin to fill, roll up our strike prices accordingly.

Fresh Idea:

Wynn Resorts Ltd. WYNN – We’re looking for a possible recovery play for WYNN in the wake of a damning China UnionPay policy change that implements further restriction of the maximum daily allotment for ATM withdrawals in Macau. With 60% of WYNN’s revenue coming from Macau, the stock got hammered during yesterday’s session.

It appears as if some measure of a recovery will take effect this morning, with the stock gapping up in the premarket, so we’re going to be monitoring the WYNN Weekly $96-98.50 Calls for potential quick-strike trades.

Options Updates

We targeted a range of options calls in both FedEx and Adobe yesterday, as both stocks were showing good premarket activity on the heels of their earnings reports. It illustrated perfectly why we’re always formulating post-earnings options ideas.

$165
– Range: 5.35-9.00 – Max Gain: 68%
$167.50 – Range: 3.16-6.71 – Max Gain: 112%

ADBE 10/21 $100-110 Calls

$105 – Range: 2.80-4.21 – Max Gain: 50%

Both stocks are gapping up again this morning, so we expect to see extended gains on these contracts today.

Recovery Play Updates

Yesterday’s session confirmed validation of all three of the bottom-bouncers  that we highlighted in Tuesday’s premarket report.

MGT Capital Investments, Inc. MGT and ACRE Realty AIII – These were both new for us on Tuesday, getting our attention as stocks that were heavily oversold after reaching new lows. As it turns out, we timed those bottoms perfectly, as you can see in the side-by-side chart snapshot below.

So far the range we’ve observed on MGT is from 1.77-2.58, a 46% rise, and in AIII, a move up from .90-1.20 (+33%). We’ll stay on their trails to watch for a continuation of these rebounds.

_____

NovaVax, Inc. NVAX -  While it did appear on our Bottom-Bounce Watchlist on Tuesday, NVAX began its own recovery when we initially brought it to the table in Monday’s report.  We’ve included a snap of this chart as well so you can see the excellent progress it’s made since then.

To this point we’ve witnessed a three day swing of  43% from 1.36-1.94. The stock closed at that high, so it too will be granted a reserved slot on our radars in coming sessions.

_____

Jammin’ Java Corp. JAMN

We alerted JAMN as a potential bottom-play last Tuesday and it too has made a solid move to the upside since then.

We saw the low come in at .0011 following that mention, and yesterday the stock reached a new high of .0025. That represents a 127% rip off of its lows in just over a week’s time.

StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. SFOR

This is a stock that we’ve been familiar with in both the distant and recent past, and we included it once again in yesterday’s report. The stock kept piling on the excellent momentum we’ve observed over the past few sessions, and ultimately set a new high for us, falling just short of breaking the penny barrier.

SFOR traded in a modest intraday range  from .008 up to .0095, a 19% increase, closing strong once again at .0094. From the low we observed following our next most recent mention of the stock  (.0036) the new high represented an overall swing of 164%

We’ll be interested to see if SFOR can maintain momentum and breach into Pennyland. The last time it came close was nearly a year ago.

Tempur Sealy International, Inc. TPX – Options Update

In Friday morning’s premarket report, we were providing updates on an options trading idea that we’d initially put forth on Thursday, the TPX 08/19 $70-80 Calls. The three sets of contracts had managed to yield gain opportunities ranging from 60-118% in that first session.

We also mentioned that because of the extended expiration date, we’d want to stay hot on the trail of this idea, and it was a good thing we did, because potential profits were extended with new highs in every case.

Our total observed gains over a two session span are as follows:

$70 Calls – Range: 3.00-6.10 – Max Gain: 103%
$75 Calls – Range: .90-.2.54 – Max Gain: 182%
$80 Calls – Range: .25-.60 – Max Gain: 140%

_______

Amazon.com, Inc. AMZN – Recap

As a fresh daytrading idea, we also submitted the AMZN Weekly $762.50-770 Calls for observation on Friday, and saw some nice chances for solid gains there as well, early on in the session.

All of these huge moves occurred prior to the lunch hour:

$762.50 Calls – Range: 1.56-4.57 – Max Gain: 193%
$765 Calls – Range: .88-3.46 – Max Gain: 293%
$767.50 Calls – Range: .64-3.00 – Max Gain: 368%
$770 Calls – Range:  .16-1.15 – Max Gain: 619%

Vapor Hub International, Inc. VHUB

VHUB appeared in our morning report on Friday as well, and put up a notable intraday run itself. From a low of .008, it broke out of subpenny territory and reached as high as .018. That was good for gains of up to 125% on the day.

Ideally, we’d like to see the stock maintain its penny-plus status moving forward, but technically, it would hold our interest as long as it stays above Thursday’s swing high of .0094 on any dips.

Kraig BioCraft Laboratories, Inc. KBLB

We recently came back to stock that we’ve covered a lot in the past. On July 13th we alerted the play, when it was trading as low as .0261, and on Friday, the stock hit a high of .069, marking an upswing of 164% in just over two weeks’ time.

We’ll continue to follow its progress as we kick off a new trading week, granted that it closed with strength just a tick below its high of day. In order to keep our attention, we’ll need to see it hold support at or above .04 on any forthcoming consolidations.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: FWDG, SCYX Updates & More

FutureWorld Corp. FWDG

On Monday, we put FWDG on our radar as a result of a PR we caught that morning outlining an upcoming share dividend. Those who own shares of FWDG as of next Thursday, April 30th will receive dividend shares of HempTech Corp (>>View Website)

We mentioned that we’d be tracking this play leading up to the dividend date, and it appears to have found a base of support at .0024 late this week. From that level, yesterday the stock rebounded back to .0034 (+42%). The next area of resistance on the FWDG chart is the 50DMA of .0038.

SCYNEXIS, Inc. SCYX

SCYX appeared in yesterday’s extended watchlist, and put up a noteworthy intraday performance. The stock saw a brief low of 8.15 first thing in the morning, and ran into the close at 9.99. That worked out to a 22.5% increase on the day, and it come on substantial volume to the tune of just over 51X the monthly average trading volume.

Anytime we see a stock close with that kind of momentum, it’s one that we’ll monitor closely in following sessions. We will of course be on the lookout for both continued momentum as well as an eventual consolidation that could lead us to opportunities on the bounce.

Pazoo, Inc. PZOO

In addition to bringing us multiple chances at sizable intraday gains over the past three weeks, PZOO is also building itself a beauty of a chart. We’ve seen continual progress since observing a low of .0049 (04/06) as the stock managed a subsequent high of .0125 (+155%), and has registered a higher low every single day this week. It’s easily observable on the chart snapshot we’ve included below.

The company also remains active in the news; last week promising full repayment of one of its convertible notes within ten days, and this morning informing us that they met their obligations totaling $400K.  Pazoo also highlighted its plans to repay another note to a different firm in coming weeks. It shows a real commitment to cleaning up its books and moving in a positive direction, so we’ll want to stay attuned to the news wires for future updates.

This Morning’s PR:

WHIPPANY, N.J., April 24, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Pazoo, Inc. (OTC Pinks:PZOO) (German WKN#: A1J3DK), is pleased to announce that as of today, the company has completely repaid the total of its obligations on its Convertible Promissory Notes to Union Capital LLC. Pazoo announced on April 15th its intention to pay off Union Capital within ten days’ time. Pazoo made good today on its intentions. Pazoo’s next steps will be to pay off the Eastmore Capital Note within the next few weeks.

Pazoo felt it’s extremely important to let shareholders and the public know that it continues to meet its commitments, and assure the public that Pazoo is taking affirmative steps to prevent any conversions of these Notes into free trading shares of the company’s common stock. >> FULL PR

Added Notes:

Apple Inc. AAPL has been a beast all week in anticipation of earnings at the beginning of next week. The stock is gapping up this morning to highs that it hasn’t seen since February. We’ll be looking for a possible daytrading opportunity in the $130 Weekly Calls as the dip-and-rip is one of our favorite setups.

Amazon.com, Inc. AMZN will also be on our radars for a potential dip-and-rip scenario following its earnings beat. We’re going to monitor Calls in the $420-435 range.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: PBR, INO, RAD Reviews & More

Petroleo Brasiliero, S.A. (Petrobras) PBR – Options

PBR has continued to perform this week after we caught it coming off its 52-week lows two Thursday’s ago. At that time one of our main areas of interest was the 05/01 $6.50 Calls, which we subsequently observed trading at a low of .22. This week they’ve attained a high of .71, marking off a tidy 222% move.

The last time we touched upon PBR options on Monday morning, it was in the process of pushing even higher, so we suggested the possibility of rolling up our strike price to  both the Weekly and May 1st $7 Calls, and that idea turned out to be a good one as well.

We’ve witnessed a trading range on the Weekly $7′s from .06 -.25, a whopping 316%, while the May 1st $7′s enjoyed an 87% run from .30 to .56.

Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. INO

INO stands among those stocks that we have covered the most over the years. An INO tag search of our archives yields no less than 30 results. We re-flagged it in yesterday’s premarket report and the timing was quite fortuitous.

Yesterday morning the company had announced it had been selected as the leader of a $45M DARPA program to develop practical treatments for the Ebola virus. It fueled a continued rise off of recent lows, and this morning’s news could contribute to that as well.  >> READ PR

INO heralded positive results from one of its studies, a DNA-based immunotherapy for the treatment of head and neck cancer. According to the CFO, the “initial data set from Inovio’s first cancer study provides encouraging evidence that we are on an important path to better optimized immunotherapy products.” >> READ PR

We’ll continue to keep watch over INO in the wake of these major developments.

Molycorp, Inc. MCP

MCP started showing up on our scanner back on March 23rd and 24th, when it was trading around .38. It retraced back to its 52-week low of .32 on the 27th.

After reappearing on our extended watchlist yesterday, it has traded as high as .62 in the premarket today; from a low of .484 that’s a 28% move up.

At .62, MCP had shown us a 94% overall move from its ultimate low set just the week before last. With gold and other precious metal prices on the rise again, we’ll continue to track MCP for more potential gain opportunities.

Rite-Aid Corp. RAD

We also wanted to make a quick mention of RAD. We tagged the stock for tracking back on December 4th and on that day we observed the lowest price the stock has traded at since then (5.48).

Since that time the stock has crept (and sometimes leaped) its way up the chart; it broke its 50DMA in early March, and managed break the $9-mark last Thursday, and then again yesterday. At Thursday’s high of 9.07, we had witnessed a total gain of 65%

Wall Street analysts are giving RAD high marks, and the stock is also receiving a 96% Overall “Buy” Rating at BARCHART.COM so we’ll certainly want to keep a close watch on RAD moving forward in the event that it sustains the bullish patterns it has been exhibiting over the past several months.
