Aureus Inc. – News Update

For our readers who may have missed our initial report on ARSN, you can check that out right here. As for today, the company has issued another press release this morning that we wanted to pass along, regarding the progress on its plans to establish several small retail markets, which we’ve discussed before.

ATLANTA, GA / ACCESSWIRE / November 24, 2020 / Aureus, Inc. (OTC PINK:ARSN) (“Aureus” or the “Company”) (www.AureusNOW.com) an emerging leader in the food brand development industry which owns the Yuengling’s Ice Cream brand (“Yuengling’s Ice Cream” or “Yuengling’s”) (www.yuenglingsicecream.com) including all intellectual property, will diversify its interests into the food sector by developing Micro Markets throughout the metro Atlanta area. This new subsidiary is named Aureus Micro Markets (AureusMicro.co)

CEO Everett Dickson stated: “This was a fantastic week! After spending the last several weeks “seeding” the Metro Atlanta area, our sales this week were ahead of schedule relative to our projections. For us to achieve our goal of 30 locations by year’s end, we needed to secure 15 sites this month. Given our performance this week, we feel that objective is very obtainable. Alpine 4 Technologies, Ltd. ALPP – On Wednesday of last week, we flagged ALPP for the first time in several months, and at that time we observed a low of .0735 in the stock. Yesterday brought a new high of .35 on this play, marking a run of 376% inside of a week.

EnteroMedics Inc. ETRM

ETRM is the first in a group of plays that we’ve been familiar with in the past, that we’d like to circle back around to this morning.

We never stop looking out for stocks giving a bounce signal off of their 52-week lows, and ETRM raised that flag yesterday. The stock hit a new annual low (.123) as the short week kicked off on Tuesday, and yesterday’s session showed a clear rebound , trading between .14-.15, so we’ll just want to keep our eyes peeled for a mid-to-extended term recovery.

GW Pharmaceuticals plc GWPH

GWPH is another stock that we’ve had experiences with in the past, and today we’ve spotted a possible opportunity to take advantage of it once again.

On the flip-side of the coin from the previously mentioned play, GWPH has just hit its highest PPS since last October (104.58) yesterday on an epic single-day surge. That’s quite an impressive jump over its levels the last time we mentioned it in our reports, when it was trading just above $80.

Additionally, looking back over GWPH’s track record, it seems every time the stock makes a major move to the upside, there’s always a commensurate consolidation that follows. For this reason, we’re going to signal a range of extended-term puts in the GWPH options chain to track over the coming days and weeks.

Our four potential targets are going to be the GWPH 10/21 $105-90 Puts.

Rite Aid Corp. RAD

Also among stocks we’ve tracked at various times and for various reasons in the past, is RAD, though it has been quite some time since we last had our eyes on it closely.

Today we’ve been provided with an update on the status of the pending buyout of the company by Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) (>>View PR)

We’ll be watching the stock which is presently trading at a low multiple in the 8.30-range, as well as an options idea; the RAD Weekly $7.50 and $8 Calls, with the possibility of rolling up to the $8.50’s if and when the stock breaks its premarket high 8.42.

Horizon Pharma plc  HZNP

Good morning traders! We’re back to kick off another trading week, and we’re going to start off by taking a look at an early mover in HZNP. The stock is gapping up moderately on the tail of a mixed-result earnings release, as a well as the announcement of a 5M share repurchase program.

We’re interested in signaling a pair of options contracts in the HZNP chain for observation, should the bullish sentiment we’re seeing here in the premarket boil over into the session.

Our targets are going to start out as the HZNP Weekly $14 and 15 Calls. Key resistance is currently sitting at the 50DMA of 16.15. In the event that HZNP were to test and breach that boundary, we’d look to roll up our strike price to the $16’s.

Yelp, Inc. YELP

YELP was included in our watchlist on Friday, and the stock produced a bullish performance on the day. We observed a 13% rise on the day from a low of 23.66 to a high of 26.75. That’s a respectable single-session move out of a stock in this price range.

Moving forward, we’ll be watching closely for YELP to maintain support above its current 200DMA of 23.55. That will act as our deciding point on the chart. Should the stock hold above that level on any pullbacks, we’ll look for possible swing-trade opportunities in YELP Weekly $24-27 Calls. Failure to hold that price point would signal us to flip to the bullish side and the $27-24 Puts.

Square, Inc. SQ

We also want to put SQ on a bottom-watch this morning after a post-market earnings call on Thursday precipitated quite a bit of fallout during Friday’s session. Despite a boosted outlook for the remainder of 2016 and big-time growth compared to the same quarter last year, SQ was absolutely hammered.

That makes it fair game for a potential rebound in coming sessions, so we’ll have it on our radar for that possibility. If it appears that a recovery is imminent, we’ll look to use in-the-money calls to leverage some nice gains out of this play.
