More New Highs Options 

When we updated readers on our bitcoin related options plays yesterday morning, we had already witnessed gains in the neighborhood of 200%  We made sure to caution our readers that we expected to see further gains in all targets based on the surging price of bitcoin, which has now surpassed $38K/BTC.

Our expectations were met to the letter, as the following new highs were tacked on. Here are the total possible gains that were on the table following our signaling of these targets:

Cannabis Plays Coming Back 

With the democrats winning control of the US senate in the GA runoffs, the odds of finally seeing marijuana reclassified at the federal level sooner rather than later, have now gone up considerably. Thus we would like to signal a couple of ideas related to the cannabis space, and will likely be more focused on related stock and options ideas going forward.

We are still actively tracking the options targets we designated in the SPY chain in Tuesday’s premarket report which were the SPY Weekly $340-341 Calls. We got some pretty nice intraday gain opportunities in the 60-80% range early Tuesday, but the following upswing that we observed in these plays yesterday was far better.

The $340 Calls registered another run from .98-3.28, which marks a 235% move, while the $341’s ran from .75-2.65, for a 253% rip.

Arcutis Biotherapeutics Inc. ARQT – Form-4 Bottom Bouncer

Following multiple Form-4 submissions to the tune of over $12M each last week, ARQT sold off and began to establish just the type of chart setup we are always on the lookout for. A recently tanked stock with a gap on the chart to the upside, that is establishing a trend off of that bottom.

Combined with the recent insider purchases, and it makes for a stock that we need to have on our watchlist in the weeks, and perhaps even months ahead.

Following up with our fresh options ideas from yesterday morning’s premarket report, we already saw some nice moves in the SPY Weekly $324-325 Calls and the AAPL 10/09 $105-106 Calls and, chances are, we are going to see some further increases today as well.

Here is what they’ve managed so far, and take note that we also want to add the AAPL 10/09 $110 Calls into the mix as well.

We are going to place ENTB on a bottom watch today after noticing a large Form-4 purchase toward the end of last week. A company director picked up an additional 1.3M shares at $28. Right now ENTB in trading in the $25-range.

This is an example of the kind of play we put on a longer term watch, despite most of our ideas being based on quick-strike opportunities.
