Blue Horseshoe Stocks: AAPL Update & More

OPTIONS UPDATES
.
We formulated two fresh ideas in our premarket report from yesterday morning, and not surprisingly, both returned some excellent chances for multibag intraday gains early on in the day.

We highlighted the Apple, Inc. AAPL Weekly $207.50-210 Calls on the heels of the company’s quarterly earnings report, and got a serious push right out of the starting gate.$207.50 Calls – Range: 3.00-8.00 – Max Gain: 167%
$210 Calls – Range: 1.72-5.70 – Max Gain: 231%
_____

Additionally, we slated the CVS Corp. CVS Weekly $56-58 Calls for observation, and those gain opportunities were quite noteworthy as well. All five contracts in our designated range produced some serious chances to gains on the day.

$56 Calls – Range: .91-1.80 – Max Gain: 98%
$56.50 Calls – Range: .36-1.11  – Max Gain: 208%

FRESH OPTIONS IDEA:
Under Armour, Inc. UAA Weekly $22.50-24.50 Calls

Precipio, Inc. PRPO – Recap

We initially put PRPO on watch a few weeks ago on the 10th of April, and over that short span we;ve seen some really nice swings out of the stock that we wanted to come back and highlight this morning.

Following our original alert, the stock was trading for as little as 3.75 before making a run to 9.31, which represents a gain of 148%  It subsequently pulled back to a low of 4.23, before making its way back to 8.60 yesterday. That second distinct move amounts to an upswing of 103%

Extended Watchlist:
ABIO, WLH, DLPH, CTRV, EYEG, NSPR, LODE, AKBA, CLVS, PRFT, RIOT

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: SPY, SPOT Calls

OPTIONS RECAP

We had a number of options contracts that we were tracking on Friday, and ended up having good fortune with two out of the three sets that we were watching. Both the SPY and Ford enjoyed bullish intraday moves after the markets themselves fell briefly first thing in the morning, followed by an entire day of ascent and a very strong close. Here are the highest possible gains that could have been achieved on the back of our ideas.

SPDR S&P500 ETF (SPY) Weekly $291.50-292 Calls
$291.50 Calls – Range:
.45-1.91  – Max Gain: 324%
$2292 Calls – Range: .26-1.49 – Max Gain: 473%

Ford Motor Co. F Weekly $9.50-10 Calls

$9.50 Calls – Range: .45-.95 – Max Gain: 111%
$10 Calls – Range: .07-.46  – Max Gain: 557%

It finished out one heck of a trading week for our options calls, of which we had at least seven separate sets of ideas that produced multi-bag gain opportunities, as you are welcome to confirm in our archives.
_____

FRESH IDEA: Based on the nature of Friday’s market activity, including that very strong close, we are going to bank on another session of bullish activity for the markets at large, and put the SPY 04/29(today) $292.50-293.50 Calls on watch.
_____

Bonus Idea: SPOT Weekly $140-142 Calls

Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. AXSM

We designated AXSM as a stock to watch in our report on March 26th, and after one full month of trading, we wanted to return to review its performance over that span.

From its low following our alert, which came in at 12.76, the stock has cruised steadily up to Friday’s new high of 18.13. That represented a one month upswing amounting to a total move of 42%

Extended Watchlist:
ROAN, PRPO, SCOR, OPBK, EMES, ENVA, TTNP, RIOT, MBRX

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Bottom Watchlist & More

AVEO Pharma Inc. AVEO
.
Last Monday the 25thwas the day that we began tracking AVEO as a potential bottom bounce play, and in that short span, we have seen some nice progress to that end.

The stock began to move the morning of our initial alert, and yesterday received a big boost, finishing as the #1 gainer on the NASDAQ for the day. Thus far we have seen AVEO run from a low of .55 on March 25th, to yesterday’s new high of 1.85. That works out to a seven-session upswing of 236%

RIOT Blockchain, Inc. RIOT

We also tagged RIOT for observation back on February 20th, and subsequently witnessed a low of 2.85. The run it has gone on with the help of Bitcoin’s resurgence to the $5K neighborhood, was solid. RIOT itself saw a push to a high of 5.15 this week, marking a positive change of 81% since our last mention.

Bottom Watchlist

We also want to highlight both comScore, Inc. SCOR, and Mr. Cooper Group Inc. COOP as potential bottom plays. Both stocks are giving off extreme oversold signals, while trading near their annual lows. We’ll want to keep these on watch for possible recoveries.

Options Idea: PLAY Weekly $53-54.50 Calls

ICON, ACHN, MGI, NDRA, ASX, CHFS, TTPH, JMU, SCYX,

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: PULM Review & More

Pulmatrix, Inc. PULM

The first thing we want to talk about this morning is the recent performance of a stock we tagged for observation roughly three weeks ago on the 11th of March. PULM was under consolidation in the sessions that followed, and over the past week, has really blossomed into a solid runner.

From its recent low of 1.05, the stock has risen as high as 3.01, which marks an increase of 187% PULM was trading above $4 just a few months ag0. We’ll continue to monitor to see if the stock can recover the rest of its lost ground.

FRESH OPTIONS IDEAS

Walgreens Boots Alliance WBA – Here we would like to signal a range of puts in the WBA chain on the heels of the company’s whiff on Q2 earnings expectations, and slashed guidance. Our targets this midweek are going to be the WBA Weekly $59-57.50 Puts, which may be helped along by a lackluster February Durable Orders report this morning.
_____

Cabot Corp. CBT - In this case, we simply like the technical setup of the chart. If CBT makes the kind of rebound it appears to want to make, we are going to see some solid opportunities out of the CBT 05/17 $40 Calls.

Extended Watchlist:
AMPG, SGMO, RIOT, XNET, SOLO, LW, KEP

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Bottom-Bouncers & More

Riot Blockchain, Inc. RIOT

Things move pretty fast around here, but we do our best to keep up with tracking on all of the stocks we mention in our daily reports. In certain cases, we see slow buildup, and in others we see a quick rocket to new highs, but in the case of RIOT, we actually got both.

After we highlighted our interest in RIOT roughly two months ago on December 19th, it had been on a rather steady climb, until Friday when the lid blew off the top. Our observed low subsequent to our mention of the stock was 1.29, and Friday’s new high came in at 4.24. That’s a gain of 229% in a span of just eight weeks!

Bristow Group, Inc. BRS

We also wanted to quickly highlight a bottom-bouncer with some real potential to the upside. We ran across BRS this morning, noticing that it had just produced some activity off of a relative bottom.

There is a gap to fill on thwe chart and room to run for some potentially solid gains, so we’ll be keeping an eye peeled for that as we kick off a fresh trading week.
