Blue Horseshoe Stocks: New Highs for RIOT & More

AT&T, Inc. ATT

We signaled a range of  ATT calls (Nov 9th) to track on a extended term basis, the ATT 01/19 $34-36 Calls, and those contracts have increased considerably, with a bullish trend from T persisting over the past few weeks.

The stock surged to its highest price per share since early October during yesterday’s session, which caused impressive new highs in our targeted contracts. The range of potential gains so far are as follows:

$34 Calls – Range: .91-4.18 – Max Gain: 359%
$35 Calls – Range: .53-3.30– Max Gain: 523%
$36 Calls – Range: 37-2.36 – Max Gain: 438%

Riot Blockchain, Inc. RIOT

As we mentioned in yesterday morning’s premarket report, we were interested to see if RIOT could re-test and possibly breach its previous highs, even though we had already seen two significant swings.

The stock ended up behaving just as we suspected it might, gapping up to open higher than those previous marks, at 25.00, and running to a new high of 33.27 for an intraday rise of 33%, an excellent single session move for a stock in this price range.   We began tracking RIOT on November 2nd at a low of 6.33, and from there, yesterday’s peak pricing represents an upswing of 426% inside of 6 weeks!

Tenet Healthcare Corp. THC

On Monday morning, we signaled THC for observation as the stock appeared to be ripe for continuing its recent bottom-bounce. We mentioned yesterday that the stock was showing signs of a gap up and possible continued upward momentum, and we were spot on in our assessment.

From its low on Monday to yesterday’s high, THC has thus far made a move of 14% from 13.33-15.26, and while that has not facilitated big gains in the range of options we initially selected (01/26 $13.50-14.50 Calls), we expect to see that change if the stock can maintain its recent rebound over a more sustained period of time,.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Updates, Options & More

First thing’s first- we have a few of updates from our premarket report on Tuesday, that we held over until today in favor of the Special Report which we published yesterday.

Neothetics, Inc. NEOT

One of the real standouts from our premarket report on Tuesday morning turned out to be NEOT, which stair-stepped its way steadily up the chart all day long.

From its low of .83, the stock traded up as high as 1.99, which worked out to an intraday increase of 140% and the move occurred on extremely high volume, to the tune of more than 85X the monthly average.

Yesterday, NEOT transitioned into consolidation mode off of that impressive high, so we’ll be monitoring it for support, because the recent volatility suggests that a significant rebound could ensue.

 TransEnterix, Inc. TRXC

We caught TRXC on Monday after it was reported that the company’s robotic surgery device got regulatory approval. The result was a very nice run from a low of  2.15 to 3.05 (+42%) on that day. Tuesday, we mentioned that we’d be on the lookout for further gains, and the stock did go on to hit new highs.

Tuesday TRXC ran from 3.28 all the way up to an even 5.00, an intraday gain of 52% and an overall increase of 133% from our observed low at the beginning of this week.

Yesterday, much like NEOT, TRXC began to pull back, and so we’ll also want to continuie watching this one for a potential dip-and-rip type formation.

Firefish, Inc. FRFS – Chatroom Call

FRFS was .0047 when we alerted it our trader’s chatroom on Tuesday morning. As of yesterday’s high of .077, we had witnessed a mind-blowing two-day swing of 1538% With the kind of price action and volatility we’ve seen exhibited by FRFS in the past two days, we’ll definitely want to keep our eyes peeled for further activity.

This play is another good example of why we encourage our members to get involved with this aspect of our daily activities. Ideas that come to us after 9AM Eastern don’t make it into our premarket reports, so the chats are your way to keep up with what’s moving in real time.

These Skype-based live chats are open to any of our readers. Just send a contact request to the username “stocksumo”.

Ulta Beauty, Inc ULTA – Options Idea

We’re looking at ULTA as a potential recovery play into the holiday season, as the stock just bounced off of a new annual low this week. Last week, a huge block of insider buying came in, on the order of more than $21M.

For some extended-term recovery ideas, we’re going to signal  and track the ULTA 12/01 $202.50-212.50 Calls and the 12/15 $210-225 Calls.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: PZOO News, Options & More

Voltari Corp. VLTC

Leading into this week, VLTC had been under consolidation following its epic run to new 52-week highs earlier in April. On Wednesday, the stock ultimately found support at 8.14 and by the time it had reached its daily high yesterday the stock had rebounded back to 11.65, a 43% swing.

VLTC did maintain the majority of its daily gains into the close yesterday. and this morning the stock is gapping up quite substantially with a premarket high of 12.34 already having printed.

There appears to be a key area of resistance around $14, and we’ll want to see VLTC hold support at or above its recent swing low of 8.14 on any pullbacks, in order to keep our interest.

Fresh Options Ideas:

We’ve got a few candidates for potential options trades as we close out the week. Please note that we’re referring to Weekly Calls which are on the cusp of expiration, so these would be for quick-trigger daytrades only. For swing trades into next week, one could look at 05/08 or 05/15 contracts.

FireEye, Inc. FEYE - $42-$43.50 Calls

Skyworks Solyutions, Inc. SWKS - $94.50-$96 Calls

Pazoo, Inc. PZOO

We want to touch base with PZOO this morning as we’re noticing a new PR hitting the wires. The stock consolidated for the first time in nearly a month this week, coming down off its recent high of .0204. Yesterday it held a penny as support and, we’ll want to see the stock maintain above that level as the week draws to a close.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Another PBR Update & More

Petroleo Brasiliero S.A (Petrobras) PBR – Options

Petrobras continues to be one of our main conduits to making large gains. We were able to carve out another chunk of profits on Friday as the stock hit a new high for us, traversing its way up the chart to peak at 15.92. Considering we picked up on this play in the low $11-range shortly following its 10-year lows back in March, we’d call its performance since then nothing short of amazing.

Of course, our real bread and butter here has been the options chain. Last week was yet another victory for anyone playing the Call side, with every contract we were watching making some nice strides.

In particular, the 07/19 $15 Calls that we’ve been tracking for weeks now have done beautifully, hitting a new high on Friday at 1.25. From the 25-cent low we observed in the week prior, that marks a walloping 400% move!

As we’ve stated before, we will continue to stick with monitoring PBR for as long as it continues to serve us up ripe opportunities for profit.

BARCHART.COM is presently issuing PBR a 96% Overall “Buy Rating”

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. ISRG

ISRG comes back to us this morning as a play that we inserted into our running watchlist back at the beginning of May. On the 6th, we mentioned that the stock could provide us with “potential gains over the next several weeks,” and while it took awhile for things to get moving, that statement still stands.

One of our points of focus was on the ISRG chart were a pair of gap-downs that had transpired in recent weeks, and we’ll still be looking for a break of that first gap to get things started. Presently we’re looking at the Weekly $385-395 Calls for intraday flip opportunities, but if it appears we’re moving to fill the gap, we may need to roll our strike price up.

Provided ISRG does fill in the gap on the chart from roughly $400-415, over the longer-term we could find ourselves looking at The Aug.-Oct. $420-440 Calls.

Solar Wind Energy tower, Inc. SWET

We put SWET on our radar on Friday, and will continue to monitor the stock over the course of the week. The chart is exhibiting signs of ripening, and looks to still be right on the verge of potentially making a nice move, so we want to keep a sharp eye on the activity here as we kick off a new trading week.

The company released some news this morning about a cash infusion they’ve received, and we’re also going to look out for potential updates concerning SWET’s presenting at the NIBA (National Investment Banking Association) conference tomorrow (Tue. 17th).
