We entered into the session on Friday with a mixed bag of earnings-related options ideas, and observed some pretty good activity early on in the session, which led to chances for some nice intraday gains. It has been challenging in recent weeks with regard to the greatly lessened frequency of earnings reporters, but we’ve still managed to deliver.

All three of Friday morning’s ideas, the NKE Weekly $112-110 Puts, the STZ Weekly $242.50-237.50 Puts, and the ACCD 07/21 $12.50-15 Calls, produced solid chances for us. Here’s the rundown of their daily performances:

Flawless Options Trading Session:

We were interested in four different options trading ideas that we placed on watch in our premarket report yesterday morning, and we were very pleased with the results we met with, having all four sets of calls produce some type of intraday movement for us. We love a good clean sweep, and as our regular readers can attest, it’s not a rare occurrence for us.

Our focal points for the session were the KMX Weekly $69-70 Calls, the NKE Weekly $121 Calls, the PSMT 04/21 $75 Calls, and the ASO 04/21 $65 Calls. We were feeling mainly bullish about our interests yesterday as we kicked off another trading week and a couple of the sets of calls we were tracking enjoyed a pretty solid session. After initially gapping down to start things off, the markets moved in a positive direction all day long, and made up all the ground that was ceded in premarket trading. That activity helped push our tracked plays to some pretty good intraday movement.

Those runners were the GBX 04/21 $30-35 Calls, and the MU Weekly $60-62 Calls, and we’ll go ahead and list off the daily ranges and total possible gains they registered below. We also have an update on a longer-term set of puts we signaled a couple of Thursdays ago on March 30th, the SMTC 04/21 $26-25 Puts, which have continued to rise as the stock has steadily fallen to new lows. That has resulted in some absolutely massive moves in the pair of targets we’ve been tracking, and you’ll find those moves below as well.
