Wrapping Up a Top Shelf Trading Week

Recapping Thursday’s Runners:

Things turned out exceptionally well for us on Thursday, as every one of the options targets in our daily report provided potential opportunities. Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Updates, New Ideas

SPY Review

On Friday, as we usualy do, we signaled some last minute ideas for options trading. In this case we called the SPY Weekly $292 Calls, and  we wanted to update readers on the performance those put forth.

Thanks to a surge in the markets later in the day,  which ran hard into the close, the SPY took off, and brought our trading idea with it. From a low of .37, the $292 Calls ran as high as 2.23. That was good for a single-day move of 503%

These instances should serve as an ongoing reminder of why we’ve shifted main focus to quick-strike options trading over the years. We have several multi-bag gainers like this each week. Case in point: Prior to this SPY Call we even had a couple of thousand percent gainers last week as well. We’ll attempt to find similar success once again as we kick off this holiday-shortened split trading week.

Fresh Idea:
SPY Weekly $295-296 Calls

MGM Resorts International Inc. MGM

We’ve been tracking a range of MGM contracts over the past few weeks, and the push into the close on Friday helped move the needle here as well.

Our targets have been the MGM 08/16 $28-30 Calls and while we have seen some decent little moves so far, there’s still plenty of time remaining before expiration. We wouldn’t be surprised to have to revisit these ideas again for more updates on added gains in the sessions to come.

$28 Calls – Range: 1.09-1.66 – Max Gain: 52%
$29 Calls – Range: .74-1.17 – Max Gain: 58%
$30 Calls – Range: .44-.75 – Max Gain: 70%

Other Updates:

We had both PHUN and FRSX in our extended watchlist on Friday and both turned in solid first day performances.

PHUN – Range: 2.69-3.86 – Gain: 43%
FRSX Range:1.55-2.94 – Gain: 90%

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Friday Wrap-Up

Wrapping Up a Solid Week

Once again, we’ll turn in our cards for the week with multiple multi-bag winners. Our quick-strike options ideas are second to none. We’d invite anyone who disputes that to point us to a better options newsletter!

We’ve been running with FDX and MU since Wednesday morning’s premarket report. We had already seen gains in the 500% range on FDX and the 100-200% range on MU that day.

We continued to monitor the FDX calls, as well as roll up to a higher strike price on MU for yesterday’s session. Once again we met with great success. So, first thing this morning, we want to take a look at the updated figures of the total possible gains on these plays.

FedEx Corp. FDX
–  Weekly $157.50-160 Calls.

$157.50 Calls – Range: .59-6.60 – Max Gain: 1017%
$160 Calls – Range: .35-4.40 – Max Gain: 1157%
_____

Micron Technology, Inc. MU –  Weekly $37 Calls.

$37 Calls – Range: .31-1.39 – Max Gain: 348%

We’re going to roll up on MU once again to stay close to the action, and will be tracking the $38-38.50 Calls as we close out out another great week for options trading. Just remember, never trade options with a weekly expiration on Friday unless you’re an expert level trader with access to disposable funds!

J.Jill, Inc. JILL

We also wanted to provide a quick update on a stock we tagged for observation a couple of weeks back on the 12th. JILL had been building a solid base and moving up slowly since then, up until yesterday when it really kicked things into another gear.

We observed a low of 1.54 subsequent to our initial alert, and yesterday’s new high came in at 2.29, marking an upswing of 49%

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Friday’s Big Winners & More

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. ANF – Options Recap

We initially placed a pair of options ideas for ANF on watch in our premarket report Thursday, highlighting the ANF Weekly $10 & $11 Calls.

We saw multi-bag moves in those contracts that day, and Friday morning, we noted yet another premarket gap-up from the stock, mentioning that we would continue to track for more gains.

. The $10 Calls traded up to a new high of 2.41, and from our observed low of .60 on Thursday, extended  the total move we saw to 302%  The $11 Calls ran to a new high of 1.38, which from our witnessed low of .11 represented a monster two-day swing from Thursday’s low of 1154%

DSW, Inc. DSW – Options Recap

We went very options-heavy in our reports throughout last week, and another idea that bore fruit on Friday was one we formulated on Tuesday morning, with the DSW 09/15 $17.50 & $20 Calls.

In this case, the $17.50‘s were as low as 1.15 after our signal, and closed at 2.72 on Friday, marking a four-session swing of 137% The $20’s ran from .30 to as much as .80, for a 167% move.

There’s still plenty of time before expiration on these contracts, so we won’t rule out seeing further positive activity in the days and weeks ahead.

Amazon, Inc. AMZN

To keep this options train chugging down the tracks, we’re going to highlight a range of contracts in the AMZN chain.

AMZN stock itself has been under consolidation and is presently sitting around an area of previous support. A lot of eyes are on the company as well as its first day as the official owner of Whole Foods brought sweeping price cuts at the high-dollar supermarkets.

We’re going to look to the AMZN 10/06 $965-980 Calls for an extended term idea, which could yield significant gains once a reversal occurs on the chart.

Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. TNDM

We also want to place TNDM on watch for the reasons outlined in the annotated chart below. The stock cracked its 50DMA last week after recently having fallen to new lows, so we want to put in on the radar for a potential recovery play.

Extended Watchlist:
ASPS, KITE, JUNO, DCTH, EYES, FRSX, ALQA

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: TTOO Recap & More

T2 Biosystems, Inc. TTOO – Recap

We tagged TTOO as a bottom play just under a month ago in our report dated July 18th, as the stock was undergoing a lengthy period of consolidation. It subsequently found support at 2.53 shortly thereafter, and since that point in time, it has seen a solid recovery off of those lows.

Yesterday, TTOO reached a new high of 4.07, its best PPS all summer long. It worked out to a very respectable 61% upswing over our observed low, and indicators on the chart suggest there is still room for more rapid short term growth, so we’ll continue to keep an eye on this play moving forward.

SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY) – Options Update

The markets ended up rebounding yesterday, leading us to note our interest in tracking the SPY Weekly $244.50-246 Calls in the event that the premarket trend we were noticing continued into the session. That’s what happened, and as a result our highlighted contracts made some really nice intraday moves.

$244.50 Calls – Range: 1.54-2.53 – Max Gain: 1180%
$245 Calls – Range: 1.18-2.05  – Max Gain: 1280%
$245.50 Calls – Range: .83-1.68 – Max Gain: 1225%
$246 Calls – Range: .54-1.30 – Max Gain: 1864%

The possibility of a sustained rally for the markets will lead us to roll up our potential strike prices in the SPY chain up to the $247 and $247.50 Calls to potentially keep this idea rolling.

Zerez Holdings Corp. ZRZH

We first caught wind of ZRZH last year, and it was good to us back then. We want to revisit the stock once again today for a couple reasons.

Not only is ZRZH in a relatively good place on the chart from which to launch a possible rebound, but yesterday the company presented some impressive quarter-over-quarter revenue growth. For those reasons, we want to place this stock on watch this week, a rebound to its previous area of fierce resistance at a nickel would mean considerable gain opportunities from present pricing.

SACRAMENTO, Calif., Aug. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — Zerez Holdings Corporation, (OTC PINK: ZRZH), DBA Smart Cannabis, http://smartcannabis.com today filed its second quarter 2017 quarterly reports with OTCMARKETS.
