CERP, SWVI & Extended Watchlist

Cereplast, Inc. CERP

After appearing on yesterday’s extended watchlist, CERP gapped up slightly at the open .0288 from the prior close of .0248. We saw a slight pullback to fill part of that gap, with the stock dipping as low as .025 first thing yesterday morning, after which it proceeded to push to a high of .0449 by early afternoon. The differential from low to high produced an opportunity for us to rake in up to 80% in profits on the day.

This stock is coming off of a dead-cat bottom, so we’d like to see it get above the 50DMA of .0552 for us to remain bullish. As you can see on the chart, indicators are starting to look strong, with the RSI coming off of being oversold and getting ready to pass through the 50-line. The PPO and the Slow STO just crossed over, and momentum is looking strong, with volume picking up over the past few days.

Swingplane Ventures Inc. SWVI

SWVI is another stock off of our extended watchlist from yesterday- this one gapped up to .19 after a previous close at .17. We saw a slight pullback to .1843, before the stock surged as high as .295 (closed @ .2899). In all, total intraday gains of 60% were possible, on huge volume to the tune of 88M shares.

We want to be cautious here, even while there may be gains still left to be made. We’ve seen a few large promo outfits touting this stock recently, so we just need to keep aware, and scan for the impending collapse that most often follows a big promotional push. The tail-end of those pullbacks generally produce bounceplay opportunities, of which we fully intend to take advantage. It will be all about timing when this comes to pass. We’ve been spot-on in timing the actions of SWVI so far, so join us in keeping this play on your watchlist as this round of promotions runs its course.

Side Note:

Of the remaining three stocks to appear on yesterday’s extended watchlist, two posted gains on the day: Pharma-plays PATH and KERX. It was actually the third day running that we mentioned PATH, which has made gains of 21% over just a few short days; quite a feat for a big board stock. This was on the strength of a news release outlining the company’s new treatment for acute migraines.

SIRG, ECOB, EMWW & Today’s Extended Watchlist

Sierra Resource Group, Inc. SIRG

We mentioned SIRG back on April 19th at .0033, after which time the stock was trading as low as .0017. Yesterday we witnessed a high of .0135,  marking whopping gains from 300-694% in under a month’s time.

When the momentum tapers off, we have to expect a bit of a pullback; in our view, just another opportunity to play the bounce. In the past, when SIRG runs, as is the case with many astronomical gainers, there is a consolidation period that usually precedes further gains.

____

Eco Building Products, Inc. ECOB

We are looking at ECOB this morning for a possible bottom-bounce momentum play. The chart is showing a hint of convergence on the MACD, with a cross in the works. We see a patch of major resistance at .10, which will be a huge hurdle for this play. We expect to see a pullback if the stock fails to breach the .10 mark, so we will want to remain vigilant.

GMXS, ICPA & Today’s Extended Watchlist

____

IC Places, Inc. ICPA

ICPA is among our top picks this year. Yesterday the stock traded  as low as .033, and as high as .0399, for 21% gained. This was nothing in comparison to the 3150% gain we saw earlier this year from .0018 to .0585, however these smaller gains sure do add up, and as we say around her, “profits are profits”.

Indicators on the ICPA chart are still looking good as outlined below.

Extended Watchlist:

EMWW, TEGY, SETY

ICPA, EMWW, ALGF, SMAA & Today’s Extended Watchlist

ICPA is one of those stocks that has done quite well, from the beginning of this year, all the way up to just recently.

The company has had some major announcements, including a partnership with TV’s Shark Tank winner, EzVip.com

As we were watching the activity late in the day on Friday, we noticed a stream of steady volume, and a nice PPS increase as it closed with authority at its high-of-day.

We’ve done a few video charts on this play in the past, and have been very accurate without our observations to this point. We’ve prepared yet another for you for this morning, to outline some of its bullish points.

____

Structural Enhancement Technologies Corp. EMWW

EMWW has performed well for us in the past, and is looking as if it could be approaching an ideal bounce spot.

First appearing in our newsletter on 04/30/12, the stock subsequently traded as low as .004, and just two sessions later, hit a high of .0125, for a possible gain of 213%. The stock then fell to support at .0052, before running back on up to .0125 (140%).

Over the past few sessions, the stock is trading as low as .0046. We feel that any type of surge in volume could be the catalyst for this play’s next leg-up. We are keeping it on our radar in anticipation of that next bounce.

Algae Farm (USA), Inc. ALGF

ALGF has been our latest sub-penny play, coming from .0008 at the time of our first alert. We saw a high of .007 this past Thursday, giving our members the opportunity to see a whopping 775% in potential profits.

As we’ve stated previously, this is one of those low float plays that has some exteme profit potential, as we’ve already seen as plain as day.

______

SMA Alliance, Inc. SMAA

SMAA appeared on our newsletter for the first time on Friday. As is the case with most of our other alerts, our timing was very good.

The stock opened at .162, saw a low of .157, just to hit a high of .24, and closing out the day .222, with a total intraday max gain of 53%.

After what we’ve seen already, with the stock having broken its previous high, it will be interesting to see where it goes this week, being officially in Blue-Sky territory.

GMXS | Gemini Explorations, Inc. & Today’s Extended Watchlist

Gemini Explorations, Inc. GMXS

For the past three months or so, we have been covering GMXS. We’ve seen the stock bouncing around from .04 all the way on up to the .08-.10 range on numerous occasions.

GMXS looks very attractive to us in the .04-.06 area, due to the previous trading patterns, which suggest the stock could easily push back into the .08-.10 range.

While this play has brought us substantial gains ranging from 50-100%, it may seem to lack the explosiveness that some of our other plays have exhibited, however these cumulative gains certainly do add up.

We’ve pointed out a few key aspects of the GMXS chart for your convenience.

BARCHART is currently giving GMXS a “Buy” Rating
