Blue Horseshoe Stocks: LAHO Recap & More

Lans Holdings, Inc. LAHO

When we picked up on LAHO on Tuesday, it was what we refer to as a super-subpenny stock, trading at a low of just .0005/share. Over the past two sessions it has made an incredible move. Yesterday, after gapping up in the morning, LAHO went on to set a new high of .0017, which works out to a 48-hour swing of 240%

Following that high, the stock came back down to fill the gap it left, and we are going to want to see .0009 hold as support in order to give us a good likelihood of seeing further moves from LAHO in the near-term, but as it currently stands, it has already been a great intraweek play for us no matter how you slice it.

FRESH OPTIONS IDEAS

We’ve also got a pair of options ideas from companies that have untraded-upon earnings reports. We’re bearish on Palo Alto Networks, which reported yesterday post-market, and bullish on Dollar General, whose report dropped this morning in the premarket, including a solid beat on both earnings and same-store sales for the quarter.

PANW $202.50-200 Puts
DG $122-124 Calls

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Form-4 Alert & More

Snap, Inc. SNAP – Update

Even as the markets got crushed yet again yesterday despite it appearing as if the worst of the downturn was over, SNAP still managed to produce gains in our updated options trading targets.

It was in our premarket report yesterday that we were updating readers on the previous idea we had with the SNAP $16-17.50 Calls, which made moves ranging from 335-700% the day prior.

The stock had risen by such a large margin that we rolled up our potential strike prices to the $21-22.50 levels, and we got very nice activity out of half of those calls to keep our success with the SNAP options chain rolling.

The $21 Calls ran from .04-.32, for a fantastic 700% rip, while the 21.50’s made a 400% from .03-.15.

Fresh Options Idea:

Provided the SPY holds above 259.50 we’ll be interested in the SPY Weekly $260.50-262 Calls*

*Please do not attempt to trade weekly options on a Friday unless you are an expert level trader with disposable funds.

LendingClub Corp. LC

With turmoil in the markets persisting, this is a time when we want to stick to our technicals, and look for stocks that are currently boasting the type of chart setups we routinely scan for, and LC currently matches the profile.

The stock has come down to double-bottom with a gap to fill to the upside, as you can see on the included snapshot. We feel that over the next few weeks, LC could be in line for a solid recovery.

In addition to the stock itself, we’re going to radar a pair of options contracts to track over a more extended period of time, with the LC 03/16 $3.50 & $4 Calls.

Seattle Genetics, Inc. SGEN – Form-4 Alert

While we’re on the subject of bottom-plays, we’ve got SGEN hitting our scanner this morning. We’ll include a chart snapshot of this one as well, so you can see what we find so attractive about it. We’ve got a triple-bottom formation happening with the stock coming down to he $50-range, and a recent track record of the type of volatility we’re after.

To sweeten the pot, a major Form-4 buy came in the last week at $52, to the tune of $200M (View EDGAR Filing) in addition to a multi-program immuno-oncology collaboration with Pieris Pharmaceuticals announced this morning.

We’re going to track the SGEN 03-16 $50 Calls in the days and weeks ahead.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Huge Day for MYO & More

Myomo, Inc. MYO

We were just mentioning yesterday to kick off the week, how our mention of MYO in Friday’s premarket report. and how it had run from 10.10 to 18.20 for an 80% move on big volume. We stated our ongoing interest in the stock, and even cautioned that a dip-and-rip formation could materialize early on before MYO went on to confirm its status as a multi-day runner.

We don’t own a crystal ball, but you might have had a hard time believing that yesterday. The stock behaved precisely as we suggested it may, pulling back slightly in the first 15 minutes of the session before embarking on a day-long bull run to new highs.

MYO dipped to 14.51 before ripping its way to 23.20, for an intraday push of 60% and a two-session swing from our observed low on Friday (10.10) amounting to 130% We can’t remember the last time we called a ten dollar stock and saw it record a double-bagger inside of two days, but it doesn’t happen very often for stocks trading at a high multiple. Cheers to anyone who was along for the ride!

ReWalk Robotics Ltd. RWLK

We also want to give ourselves a quick pat on the back for spotting RWLK  in the premarket yesterday and including it in our report. The stock had just begun to inch up on Friday, but yesterday its run realy kicked into gear.

RWLK ran from a low of 1.40-1.95 for a modest yet solid intraday pop of 39%, but that figure has been notably extended in the premarket this morning with a new high of 2.10, which pushes our observed range in under 24 hours to an even 50%

We’ll look for RWLK to establish higher highs and higher lows once again to confirm it as a multi-day runner and stay interested in tracking it moving forward.

Delcath Systems, Inc. DCTH

We also want to do a recap of DCTH, which we last mentioned at the beginning of last week on the 12th. Subsequent to that report, we observed as DCTH saw a low of .0413 the following day. Despite having a little trouble breaking through resistance in later sessions, yesterday did the trick as the stock hit .10, marking a move of 142% in the span of one trading week.

Enphase Energy, Inc. ENPH

ENPH has slowly but surely been making some headway in coming up off of its annual lows established in May, but this morning the stock is gapping considerably, into the ninety-cent range.

We want to place this stock on watch in the wake of what we believe to be the catalyst for this activity – an Edgar filing alluding to a “Master Licensing Agreement” the company granted to Flextronics Industrial, Ltd. (>>View 8-K)
