Blue Horseshoe Stocks: DPW Recap & More

Digital Power Corp. DPW

We began to track DPW in Monday’s premarket report, and with the help of a key Bitcoin related PR, the stock has performed quite well since then. We suggested that Monday’s bullish activity could be followed up with more of the same in yesterday’s report, and that’s certainly what occurred.

DPW traded in a daily range from an early low of 2.70, all the way up to an afternoon high of 4.27, marking an intraday burst of 58%   As measured from our observed low of 2.15 on Monday, that high represented a two-day swing of 97%

We will once again track this play very closely, with Bitcoin streaking to new all time highs yet again, touching $12,798.78 shortly after 8AM Eastern this morning. The company just released plans to launch a line of Bitcoin mining hardware, and anything related related to the space should continue to be a hot ticket item amid the current crypto-craze.

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. AEO

We’ve come to rely on going after big options trading opportunities, especially after a company releases its earnings. Despite having fallen short of Q3 expectations for profits and revenue, AEO posted solid same store sales growth, and issued promising guidance.

As a result, the stock has continued its recent bullish run, and we’re going to want to signal the AEO Weekly $16.50-17.50 Calls for observation over the remainder of the week.

Titan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. TTNP

We’re going to place TTNP on watch this morning as a potential bottom play. One look at the chart snapshot below clearly shows that the stock is currently exhibiting a strong double bottom signal. We can also see the nearly 100% move it recorded in recent months. We’ll be looking for similar activity in coming sessions.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Options, RMRK Recaps & More

Options Recap –
We cast a pretty wide net with respect to options ideas in the retail sector in our premarket report yesterday morning, and our efforts didn’t go unrewarded. Both EXPR and AEO provided us with some nice chances.

Express, Inc. EXPR – We were tracking the EXPR 09/15 $6 & $7 Calls. The $6′s traded in a range from .45 -.92 for a gain of 104%, while the $7′s logged an even 100% double-bag run from .15-.30.

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. AEO –   For American Eagle, we were looking at the AEO Weekly $12 & 12.50 Calls. The $12′s recorded our biggest options gainer of the day with a 212% move from .08-.25, and the $12.50′s were another even 100% push , trading from .05-.10 on the day.

More Ideas -
We’ll keep the post-earnings retail options train rolling today with two fresh sets of ideas using the Abercrombie & Fitch Co. ANF and Dollar Tree, Inc. DLTR chains. We’ll have the ANF Weekly $10 & $11 Calls, and the DLTR Weekly $78-82 Calls on watch as we head into week’s end.

Rimrock Gold Corp . RMRK

We included RMRK in yesterday morning’s premarket report, after noticing some abnormal activity building up in the previous session.

It was a good thing that we did, because yesterday’s performance from the stock was explosive. It traded in a range from .0006 to .0025 on the day, for a fantastic single-session rip of 316%

The move occurred on volume of more than 1.8 billion shares traded; an all-time high for RMRK.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: NEWC Executive Interview & More

New Colombia Resources, Inc. NEWC On Monday of last week, we offered up a special report highlighting the business of NEWC, a company with its hands in both the mining and cannabis sectors. If you missed out on that report, we’d suggest you check it out now: NEWC Special Report.

Today, we’re going a step further, with an exclusive executive interview video that we’d like to present. Our interview outlet, Stock Traders Talk is back this morning after having conducted a talk with New Colombia President John Campo about the various facets of his business. It gives our readers a chance to get the skinny on NEWC straight from the horse’s mouth, so to speak, so don’t miss out!

We also took a minute to prepare a snapshot of the current NEWC chart:

BioNovelus, Inc. ONOV

Beginning in April and up until our most recent mention of the stock last month, we tracked ONOV to exponential gains which took it from .006 to .15; a 2400% increase!

This week, the stock has been ramping up to incredible new highs yet again, logging three consecutive sessions of higher highs and higher lows that have taken it up to .43. That works out to a 187% jump from our observed low last month, and a mind-melting 7067% over our all-time low from this spring.

Anything from this point on would be icing on the cake, but we’ll want to see the stock maintain support off of a recent swing high at .185 to remain interested.

Netflix, Inc. NFLX -  Options Idea

Yesterday we signaled the NFLX Weekly $88-85.50 Puts after a poorly received earnings report from the prior day was causing the stock to backslide in the premarket.

Our hunch to stick with a bearish sentiment payed instant dividends, with every single contract contained in our observed range making notable intraday increases:

$88 Puts – Range: 2.50-4.00 – Max Gain: 71%
$87.50 Puts – Range: 2.24-3.69 – Max Gain: 64%
$87 Puts – Range: .85-3.23 – Max Gain: 292%
$86.50 Puts – Range:  .74-2.90 – Max Gain: 280%
$86 Puts – Range: 1.56-2.56 – Max Gain: 65%
$85.50 Puts – Range:  1.35-2.30 – Max Gain: 60%

Fresh Idea:

MSFT beat on earnings this morning, so we’re going to want to keep an eye on the MSFT Weekly $54.50-56.50 Calls.

LLTI, AAPL Options & Extended Watchlist

LaserLock Technologies Inc. LLTI

LLTI appeared in Monday’s report, as we pointed out that the company had submitted a Form 4 Showing Insider Buying. At the time, the stock was trading as low as .19. Both on Tuesday, and yesterday, the stock closed at its high of day.

On Monday it broke above the 50DMA of .198, and continued on through .249 which was a previous swing high from back in March. We’d like to see the stock hold in that range as a future level of support.

At yesterday’s close of .258 we were looking at gains of up to 36% in just two sessions.

We are well aware of LLTI’s ability to make monstrous moves over relatively short periods. Earlier this year, the stock saw a run from as low as .025 in January, to .50 by February. If it can gain a head of steam, and retest those previous highs, we could see up to another 100% in gains.

As you can see on the chart below, LLTI has been gaining quite a bit of momentum, and we feel there is a fair chance that it will continue. We have an RSI that just cracked into the powerzone. We have a stairstepper of an uptrend currently in progress, and volume has been picking up. The PPO is turned sharply upward, and is diverging, as the bars on the histogram are building up to the bullish side.

LaserLock Technologies, Inc. creates proven innovative security technologies that protect industries, governments, and individuals from the rising threat of counterfeiting and fraud. Whether covert or overt, LaserLock’s solutions are secure, trustworthy, and cost effective and have been protecting businesses and their customers worldwide for more than a decade.

Apple, Inc. AAPL (Options Trading)

Our timing in pointing out AAPL on Monday couldn’t have been any better. The Street really took a liking to Apple’s iBond Offering, with more than 3X the available amount being requested, as you can read below from a PR released this morning. As this is happening, we are still looking at AAPL Calls, and must now move our strike price closer to the money. We want to monitor the $445, $450, and possibly even the $455 Calls.

Most of you will remember the $415 and $420 Calls that we touted on Monday, turning into multi-baggers. We saw 300-500% moves out of both of them in just two days.

01, 2013 (Los Angeles Times – McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) — First came the frenzy for iPhones and iPads. Now there’s a scramble for iBonds.

Apple Inc. sold $17 billion in bonds Tuesday, a gargantuan deal that ranked as the largest in global corporate history. And even though the securities are paying microscopically low interest, investors tripped over themselves to buy in.

In the financial equivalent of a line stretching around the block, investors reportedly submitted more than $50 billion in requests, or more than three times the amount available.

The demand stunned Wall Street, where fixed-income offerings are typically staid affairs generating far less hype than Facebook-type stock deals. But after a decade in which investors were bloodied by free falls in the housing and stock markets, the public is desperate for any investments viewed as safe.

TVTV, EPAZ & Extended Watchlist

WhereverTV Broadcasting Corp. TVTV

Following our first day of coverage, TVTV had a good solid session in which the stock traded roughly three times its 3-month average volume. Apart from 363 shares, all 32K+ shares were traded on the ask; when buy-side pressure heavily outweighs sell-side pressure, its always a good sign.

While the stock did not make any large gains, we were pleased to see it hold support above the levels we had designated in our prior reports.

For those of you who may have missed both Wednesday and Thursday‘s reports, we recommend giving them a read and familiarizing yourself with TVTV’s business plan. They have a solid idea, in the attractive live mobile streaming television space. WhereverTV offers subscriptions that give users access to streaming television service, comparable to any currently available cable or satellite subscription, delivered to any internet-capable device. These days, “internet-capable device” can include just about anything from TVs, Blu-Ray players, and video game consoles, to PCs, tablets and smart-phones.

Epazz, Inc. EPAZ

We are bring EPAZ to you this morning at quite an interesting time, as the stock just bounced off of its 52-week low of .001, and subsequently started to run yesterday. It cracked above the 20DMA, gaining upwards of 140% on record volume.

As you can see on the chart we included below, the MACD just had a crossover, signaling the start of a bullish trend, and the RSI is showing strength, just moving past the 50-line. We’ve also seen a concurrent rise in the Accumulation/Distribution. We are looking for the next patch of resistance to crop up at the 50DMA of .0032. Should EPAZ have a rough time pushing past that point, we could see a dip-and-rip opportunity. Moving forward, we’d like to see support hold in the area of the 20 and 10DMA’s of .0022 and .0016 respectively.
