Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Welcome to 2016, WRFX Recap & More

Welcome to the 2016 Trading Year!

We finished off 2015 with a couple of nice selections in our premarket report on Thursday, but before we dive into recapping those performances, we invite our readers to take a look at the video we prepared outlining some of the other winners to grace our stat sheet recently. 2015 was a banner year for us with humongous winners coming out of multiple arenas, from micro to mega-caps, stocks, options, ETF’s and more.

It is our solemn vow to sustain these patterns of continued success into this brand new trading year and take our reports to new heights. We’re glad to have all of you with us as we embark upon our 2016 campaign. With each passing year we’ve honed our craft and gotten better and better. We expect this year to be no different! The sky is the limit, so strap in, because it’s going to be a heck of a ride!

(Video highlights the excellent recent performances of our calls on CMRX, SFYW, & VSYM)

Worldfix, Inc. WRFX

The first item on Thursday’s extended watchlist was WRFX, and it turned out to be the most exciting play of the session, and our final double-bagger call of 2015!

It started off mildly, and ended the session with a bang. Subsequent to trading at a low of .0018, the stock ran into the close at .0038. That came out to an intraday gain of 111% and was an excellent way to close out the year.

Not only did the stock close at its daily high, but it did so on more than five times its monthly average volume. Whenever we see heightened trading activity coupled with a strong close, we always want to monitor the stock in following sessions for the possibility of momentum spillover.

Trans-Pacific Aerospace Co., Inc. TPAC

We also tagged TPAC for observation on Thursday; another subpenny play that ended the year on a high note for us. The stock started from a low of .0035 and traded as high as .0051. That hashed out to a respectable intraday run of 46%

It did pull back to close at just .0039, so we’ll be looking out for some possible rebound activity. We’ll remain interested as long as TPAC can maintain support at or above Thursday’s swing low of .0035, but keep in mind that the chart is beginning to look extremely overbought. Anyone speculating in TPAC from this point forward should remain very cautious of this fact.

Blue Horseshoe Wishes You a Happy New Year!

View Systems, Inc. VSYM

We tagged VSYM in yesterday morning’s premarket report and despite an early dip to a low of .0014, the stock made a heck of a bounce in the latter portions of the day.

VSYM ran into the closing bell and ended just a tick below its high-of-day at .0028. It marked an intraday pop of exactly 100% and the move occurred on healthy volume to the tune of just over 2.5X the monthly average.

Chimerix, Inc. CMRX

CMRX grabbed our attention on Monday as we were noticing the massive 75% premarket selloff that was occurring. Failed clinical trials can be damning for a stock, but we felt as if the move was too reactionary and placed it on rebound watch.

Our exact words from Monday’s morning report were: “Knee-jerk selloffs of this magnitude don’t come along every day, but when they have in the past, we’ve almost always seen some measure of a recovery.”

The trading action that has followed certainly validated our assumption about CMRX. The stock has managed to record higher lows every day this week, as it has trended from Monday’s daily low of 6.43 to yesterday’s high of 8.56; a three-day swing amounting to 33%

That figure was extended to 43% as of this morning’s premarket high of 9.19. Based on the activity we’ve tracked to this point, it’s likely that we’ll continue our observation of CMRX into the new year.

Weight Watchers International, Inc. WTW

We’ve made ourselves familiar with WTW ever since the news of Oprah’s involvement with the company hit the wires this fall. We had tremendous success with WTW options at that time, and the stock itself appeared on our premarket watchlist yesterday.

It was a great time re-enter it into the mix as WTW ran from 20.63 to 24.22, marking a 17% move to the upside. We’d consider that quite an impressive single-session advance for $20+ stock.

We also drew attention to the WTW $22 Calls in our live trader’s chat (which are currently free and open to all of our readers*) and those went on to make a stellar performance, running from .40-2.15 (+437%) subsequent to our signal.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: BCCI, TPAC Reviews & More

Baristas Coffee Company, Inc.  BCCI

We had a couple of stocks from yesterday’s morning report jump out at us with excellent intraday upswings, the first of which being BCCI. The stock managed to crack into Pennyland as it ran from a daily low of .009 to as high as .014. That was highly respectable single session pop of 89% and it came on four times the 30-day average volume.

Provided BCCI can maintain a level of support at or above its previous swing high of .011 on any pullbacks, we’ll remain open to the possibility of seeing a sustained uptrend in coming sessions.

Trans-Pacific Aerospace Company, Inc. TPAC

Yesterday’s other notable mover was TPAC, and it too took its PPS to the next echelon as it began the day as a super-subpenny, and ended it in subpenny territory. We watched as it made its move from .0008 before topping out at .0014. That represented a total possible gain of 75% on the day.

Another Great Chatroom Call

Premier Biomedical, Inc. BIEI is a stock with which we are familiar, and it resurfaced yesterday in our daily live traders chat* thanks to regular participant, DJ!  As you can see from the following mobile screen snap, subsequent to DJ’s signal traders could have entered at a low of .015, and that gave way to a big run into the end of the session where the stock reached a high of .0334.

That was an intraday spike totaling 122%, and it marked the second multi-bag runner offered to the room by the illustrious DJ in as many weeks, so big cheers go out to him!

*As always, we’ll be glad to allow any readers interested in our daily chats into the room, just send a Skype contact request to user ‘stocksumo‘.

Lululemon Athletica, Inc. LULU

LULU is gapping down dramatically in premarket trading this morning, and in the event that a continued backslide occurs we’re going to be monitoring a range of puts in the LULU options chain. The dip is occurring in the wake of an earnings release that, despite including heightened revenues and profits, is being poorly-received.

Accordingly, we’re going to signal LULU Weekly $47-44.50 Puts for observation.
