Blue Horseshoe Stocks: ERBB Recap, Options & More

American Green, Inc. ERBB

In lieu of a typical extended watchlist yesterday morning, we included a series of cannabis related plays. From that list came the familiar face of ERBB, which had itself a solid session which included a strong close.

On more than three times its monthly average volume, the stock traded in a range from .00289 to a high of .0045 (+56%) before closing just a couple of ticks below at .0043. That’s the highest PPS since June of 2015, yet another indication that a second green rush is currently in force.

Procter and Gamble Co. PG – Options Recap

We also wanted to give a quick rehash of the moves made by the options we signaled for observation in yesterday’s report, the PG Weekly $85.50-88 Calls.

We mentioned we’d be on the lookout for a gap-and-go to start the session, and that’s exactly what took place. Despite tapering off toward the end of the day, some nice gains were there for the taking in the morning.

$85.50 Calls – Range: 1.70-2.43 – Max Gain: 43%
$86 Calls – Range: 1.36-2.04 – Max Gain: 50%
$86.50 Calls
– Range: .97-1.53 – Max Gain: 58%
$87 Calls – Range: .66-1.25 – Max Gain: 89%
$87.50 Calls – Range: .41-.88 – Max Gain: 115%
$88 Calls – Range: .25-.61 – Max Gain: 144%

Lockheed Martin Corp. LMT – Options Idea

We’re going to formulate an options idea for major defense contractor Lockheed Martin today, which posted a healthy beat on earnings yesterday, causing a major spike on the chart that sent it up well past its 50DMA.

We’re going to be keen on the LMT 12/02 $255-260 Calls providing that the stock maintains support above this morning’s premarket high of 247.40 on any forthcoming pullbacks.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Options Plays & Other Updates

Alcoa, Inc. AA – Options Idea

The range of options contracts that we signaled for observation on Tuesday for Alcoa went on to extend their gains, just as we mentioned they might in yesterday’s report. We were zeroed in on the AA Weekly $32-30 Puts, and as AA continued its backslide right on cue, the trading ranges were indeed bolstered by a good margin.

Here are the updated figures of the possible gains:

$32 Puts – Range: 2.64-4.95 – Max Gain: 88%
$31.50 Puts – Range: 1.93-4.47 – Max Gain: 132%
$31 Puts – Range: 1.57-3.98 – Max Gain: 153%
$30.50 Puts – Range: 1.16-3.44 – Max Gain: 197%
$30 Puts – Range: .65-3.02 – Max Gain: 365%

Other Updates

BioStar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. BSPM – After catching this stock’s fantastic 96% intraday run from 3.60 to 7.06 on Tuesday, the stock saw a big dip yesterday, along with a subsequent rip that could have provided an early morning in-and-out opportunity.

After coming down to 4.27 it traveled back as high as 5.23, an intraday move of 22%
_____

Agritek Holdings, Inc. AGTK – We tagged AGTK for observation in Friday’s report, at which time the stock was seen trading as low .0092. After a few sessions of nominal trading, yesterday the stock really kicked things into high gear.

We saw a 152% daily run from .011 to a new high of .0277, and from the low we witnessed less than a week ago, a total increase of 201%

AGTK falls under the category of cannabis related stocks, which we’ve been tracking more heavily of late and intend to continue doing through the upcoming elections.
_____

OWC Pharmaceutical Research Corp. OWCP – We followed OWCP on its epic run beginning two Thursday’s ago and continuing through all of last week, which carried it from .0045-.073 (+1522%).

We strongly suggested that a dip-and-rip would be in the cards when the stock finally began to pull back off of its highs, and this week our assumption was proved accurate. From Tuesday’s swing low of .0322, yesterday the stock surged back to actually set a new high of .074. That means the dip-and-rip we were waiting for allotted us potential gains of up to 130%

Delta Air Lines, Inc. DAL – Fresh Options Idea

We’ve had extreme good fortune with bearish options ideas this week, and this morning we’re seeing another chance to take advantage of a backslide. Like the situation we saw with Alcoa, Delta’s chart is looking toppy at the moment, and when combined with the reaction to this morning’s earnings call we think we may see some nice activity out of DAL Weekly $39.50-38 Puts. The company beat on Q3 profits, but fell short on revenue, and is dipping in the premarket as a result.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: WEYL Review, Options Updates

Tiffany & Co. TIF – Options Update

We caught TIF in the wake of its premarket earnings beat yesterday morning, and summarily issued a quick-strike options trading idea to correspond with the resulting activity.

The range we signaled was the TIF Weekly $71-74 Calls, and, as has become a common occurrence for us, we saw each and every set of contracts yield multi-bag, single-session gain opportunities.

$71 Calls – Range: 1.49-3.51 – Max Gain: 136%
$71.50 Calls – Range: 1.00-2.70 – Max Gain: 170%
$72 Calls – Range: .86-2.92 – Max Gain: 240%
$72.50 Calls – Range: .60-1.36 – Max Gain: 127%
$73 Calls – Range: .27-1.60 – Max Gain: 493%
$73.50 Calls – Range: .24-1.13 – Max Gain: 371%
$74 Calls – Range: .10-.49 – Max Gain: 390%

Caution: In the event that chances remain to milk these plays even further today, just remember the extreme high-risk nature of trading weekly options on a Friday.

Xtera Communications, Inc. XCOM

Yesterday, we were looking for XCOM to continue the rebound it had begun in the previous session, and the stock did end up making a couple of nice intraday swings en route to closing near its high-of-day.

Our criteria for being interested in this play was simply that it hold support above yesterday’s premarket low of .60, and that wasn’t a problem for XCOM.

The first swing the stock underwent began to occur right from the outset, and took it from the daily low of .683 up to .879 for a 29% move, followed by a dip to .735 and subsequent push back to .86, tacking on another 17%

Weyland Tech, Inc. WEYL

We first began tracking WEYL roughly five weeks ago, at which time we witnessed a decent run from a low of 2.10 on up to 3.03, a gain of 44%

After that, the stock experienced a short consolidation period wherein it found its way down to 1.77, before beginning a bounceback period that has lasted the better part of the last three weeks.  Yesterday, a new high of 3.31 was reached, marking a swing of 87%

Our interest in tracking WEYL will continue provided it maintains support off of the previous resistance at 3.00.

The app development sector is a trendy space at the moment, and WEYL’s focus in Asia, where there are more mobile devices than anywhere else in the world, is its CreateApp platform that allows users to create their own mobile apps with no development knowledge whatsoever. (>>View Website)
