Bitcoin Related Options Runners

We began the week by tracking bitcoin related stocks RIOT and MARA, and the options targets we formulated in each of them. On Monday morning we started with the RIOT Weekly $27-28 Calls and the MARA Weekly $26.50-28 Calls.

After solid success with those, on Tuesday morning we rolled up to include the $34-36 Calls in both chains on our watchlist. What unfolded from there has been a week filled with solid gain opportunities. Below, we will highlight the trading ranges and total potential gains on all of these targets through yesterday’s close.

RIOT is up considerably more than MARA in the premarket, however, considering the activity we’re observing, we would expect to see these figures increase today as we close out another excellent options trading week.

As far as TLRY, which continued its insane run this morning in the premarket, we are going to have to raise our target again to stay on the money, so we’ll be tracking the TLRY Weekly $50-52 Calls. The stock alone has made an incredible move in the month of February already.

Since our mention of it in our report last Tuesday morning, it has run from 19.30 to this morning’s premarket high of 56.00, marking a run of 190% in just a hair over a week! If you had only begun tracking the stock as of this Monday’s report, you still would have witnessed a move of 116% from 25.95-56.00.

Another Clean-Sweep on Options

We had an insanely high success rate on options plays last week, with nearly everything we touched turning to pure gold. Friday’s premarket report brought three fresh bullish targets in the PTON, ATVI, and PINS chains, and we saw highly impressive intraday gain opportunities out of every single one.

We always urge extreme caution every time we signal what we call the “weekly” options on Friday, because premiums evaporate into the close and you must execute your final trades before the closing bell or risk being called into the stock, if you’re in the money. The reason we persist with these ideas at the end of the week despite their high degree of risk, is demonstrated clearly by the potential rewards.
