Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Options Review

Adobe, Inc. ADBE – Update

After continued success with SPY calls early this week and persisting through to their expiration yesterday, we issued yet another fresh options idea in yesterday morning’s premarket report for the ADBE chain.

ADBE reported a strong Q2 earnings beat and was looking ripe in the premarket. We signaled our interest in tracking the ADBE Weekly $285-290 Calls and we were exceedingly pleased with the idea’s first day performance, which yielded chances at multi-bag gains.

$289 Calls – Range: 2.94-7.40 – Max Gain: 152%
$289.50 Calls – Range: 1.83-5.25 – Max Gain: 187%
$290 Calls – Range: 1.07-3.51 – Max Gain: 228%

With the markets gapping up hard today, we would expect to see new highs on each of these contract, in which case we will report the final possible gains in tomorrow’s newsletters.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: SBUX Success & More

Starbucks Corp. SBUX – Recap

We formulated some options ideas for Friday morning’s premarket report, and among them were the SBUX Weekly $66-67.50 Calls. Continuing a trend that we carried throughout the week, we once again struck upon multi-bag gains off of an earnings related play. This type of trade has become one of our go-to moves for this very good reason. We urge any skeptics to rifle through our blog and check our record on this. We believe our success rate is unparalleled.

$66 Calls – Range:.65-1.65 – Max Gain: 154%
$66.50 Calls – Range: .40-1.35 – Max Gain: 238%
$67 Calls – Range: .22-.80 – Max Gain: 264%
$67.50 Calls – Range: .10-.49 – Max Gain: 390%
_____

We also had the WDC Weekly $43.50-45 Calls in Friday’s report, and despite the fact that only the $43.50’s ended up being in play, the potential gains they afforded traders were exceptional. They traded up from a low of .03 all the way up to .26- a move of 767% on the day.

Caterpillar, Inc. CAT

We’ll once again look to a premarket earnings release to provide us with the impetus for a fresh idea this morning. Caterpillar missed on profits and issued unimpressive guidance, as the company reported disappointingly low demand, specifically in the Chinese market.

We are going to take a bearish view on this for the near-term, and put the CAT Weekly $132-128 Puts on watch to kick off the fresh trading week.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: NIHD Review & More

NII Holdings, Inc. NIHD

We initially tagged NIHD in our premarket report from last Thursday, and on that day we would observe a low of .5472 in the stock. It’s been stepping its way up, but this morning in premarket trading things have really kicked into high gear, with NIHD cracking through the dollar barrier.

As of this morning’s premarket high of 1.14, we’ve now witnessed an increase of 108% in NIHD over a span of just three trading sessions. In order for us to remain highly interested in this play, we’ll want to see it maintain support at or above its current 50DMA of .83 on any pullbacks that may occur.

Celsion Corp. CLSN

We called out CLSN in yesterday morning’s premarket report, and saw a modest yet respectable move out of that play as well. From a low of 3.85 the stock ran as high as 4.96, marking an intraday move of 29%

The stock was number four on the NASDAQ’s top gainer list for the day, and while it did end up tapering back to close near its daily lows, this morning it is gapping up again in the premarket. This surge of activity is primarily due to yesterday’s announcement of positive results in its ovarian cancer treatment trials.

We’ll definitely be keeping CLSN on our radars and watching for the continued establishment of higher lows off of our recently observed bottom.

Bitcoin Services, Inc. BTSC

BTSC was a part of the bitcoin watchlist we issued on May 25th in the midst of a bitcoin frenzy where the crypto-currency was soaring to new all-time highs.

The residual effect for plays like BTSC has been impressive, with with stocks PPS making a jump from our observed low of  .0366 up to a new high of .164 yesterday, which represents a 348% rip which occurred over a period of just seven sessions.

Egalet Corp. EGLT

Not only is EGLT coming off of a bottom on the chart, but in the space of the past 36 hours, the company has made two major announcements.

Yesterday, it was made known that EGLT had “received a U.S. patent for its proprietary Guardian™ Technology tablet architecture used to create precise delivery of combination products with immediate-, delayed- and/or extended-release properties.” (>>View PR)

Today, the announcement was that “one of the largest payers in the United States will provide coverage of ARYMO® ER (morphine sulfate) extended-release tablets” (>>View PR)

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Bottom-Play Watchlist & More

Mobile Broadcasting Holding, Inc. MBHC

We began taking a look at MBHC yesterday, mostly focusing upon the strong additions to management, and the extreme promise pertaining to the company’s news of a global deal signed with Twitter. We did however, publish a video highlighting some of the key points on the chart, and that’s what we’re going to focus on to start things off today.

The stock would make a handful of intraday moves on almost twice the monthly average volume. Early on we saw a run from .0042-.0057 (+36%), followed by two separate subsequent swings from .0041-.0053 (+29%).

Most importantly the stock recorded a higher low,  holding support above 50DMA of .004 as we’d hoped for, and we want to continue to see it maintained above that level.  Moving forward, we’ll be looking out for a breach of the resistance that cropped up at .006 .

Stocks on Bottom-Watch

The following four plays have been getting beat up pretty bad of late, and whenever we notice stocks in this position, we like to relegate them to a potential bottom-play watchlist. Some of the biggest rapid moves we witness come from course-correction related bounces, so we’ll have these stocks on our recovery watchlist moving forward:

Stragenics, Inc. ASAB

Blue Water Global Group, Inc. BLUU

Windstream Technologies, Inc. WSTI – Letter To Shareholders

Cafe Serendipity Holdings, Inc. CAFS – Recreational Marijuana News Out

B2Digital, Inc. BTDG

BTDG is a momentum-play that we’re going to be monitoring as we head into mid-week, and we’ve gone ahead and pointed out the reasoning behind this on the following chart snapshot. Yesterday brought a break of a key resistance point and with a number of other bullish indicators are leading us to give BTDG part of our attention.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Fresh News Plays & More

NuGene International, Inc. NUGN

We’ve been tracking NUGN for a few weeks now, with our most recent focus coming on the 15th of this month. The stock has been making a good bit of progress on the chart since rebounding off of support at 2.64 a few days later on the 18th, and we want to draw extra attention to it this morning as a new PR has hit the wires.

From that recent swing low, NUGN has regained ground back to Friday’s high of 3.48, which marks a 32% rebound in a span of seven trading days. We’ll want to keep an eye out for a continued uptrend from this point forward.

This morning’s interesting news involves NuGene’s Kathy Ireland® product line, which has been selected by a high-volume cosmeceutical  e-commerce store, LovelySkin.com, as a premier line of business for its online outlet which serves hundreds of thousands of customers. >> READ PR

Kraig BioCraft Laboratories, Inc. KBLB

We want to tag KBLB as we kick off this short trading week for a couple of reasons. The first of which is the positioning of the current KBLB chart, which as you can see from the following snapshot, is searching out a bottom as it has come down off off the second major swing in as many months. Twice this spring, the stock surged from the .035-area to a nickel or more.

We’ll be looking to get in on some of the rebound action should history attempt to repeat itself, and this morning’s PR could be a good start along that path.

KBLB has developed what it is calling its strongest recombinant spider silk substance to date. In fact, the wonder-material they are dubbing Dragon SilkTM is actually stronger than natural spider silk! We’ll be interested to follow this storyline along with the good chance of seeing some significant short-term gain opportunities. >>READ PR

American Green, Inc. ERBB

We tracked ERBB quite a bit back when it traded as Tranzbyte Corp., and now that it goes by the American Green moniker, we’re seeing the materialization of what could be an upcoming move on the chart. It would come in the form of a bottom-bounce play; as you can plainly see, the stock has been on a rather steady decline for the past few months.

In addition to being heavily oversold, the company has some fresh press out today:

TEMPE, AZ–(Marketwired – Jun 29, 2015) – American Green, Inc. (OTC PINK: ERBB) is very pleased to announce today that it has executed an acquisition agreement with TrackX, LLC (www.TrackX.com). TrackX, a Denver-based company, is one of the country’s leading providers of complete Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tracking and cloud-based physical asset management systems. >> FULL PR
