OPTIONS RECAP

Both of the fresh options ideas we submitted in yesterday morning’s premarket report turned out to be multi-bag winners, with the MCD $170’s turning in the winning card of the day with nearly a three thousand percent pop!

SPDR S&P 500 ETF (SPY) – The other plays we had placed on our radar yesterday morning was the SPY 10/31 $275-277 Calls as we awaited a recovery from this week’s early losses. While the markets didn’t gain any ground from the open, there was a big dip-and-rip scenario which allowed for some very solid gains in our designated plays.

$275.50 Calls – Range: 1.02-2.69 – Max Gain: 164%

Fresh Options Idea:
The Boeing Co. BA Weekly $357.50-367.50
Caterpillar, Inc.CAT 11/16 $120-123 Calls

Barrick Gold Corp. ABX

We want to provide a quick update on a recent tag of ours this morning. Exactly 4 weeks ago to the day, we placed ABX on watch, and the stock has enjoyed a continuous uphill climb ever since, even despite the markets at large having a rough couple of weeks.

Subsequent to our alert on the 24th of last month, we witnessed a low of 10.72, and yesterday the stock reached a PPS of 14.10, marking a solid 32% increase, which is nothing to sneeze at with a $10+ stock in just a month. We’ll continue to track its movements going forward.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: MU Recap & More

Micron Technology, Inc. MU

On Friday morning we spent most of our report updating readers on several great stock calls we’ve made in recent weeks, but we did include one fresh options trading idea, and we’re pleased to report that it was a resounding success, and a greta opportunity to daytraders to nail down some quick profits.

We targeted the MU Weekly $43-45 Calls and the whole range took off for the following impressive single-session gains:

$43 Calls – Range: .97-2.50 – Max Gain: 158%
$43.50 Calls – Range: .68-2.05 – Max Gain: 201%
$44 Calls – Range: .32-1.50 – Max Gain: 369%
$44.50 Calls – Range: .17-1.07 – Max Gain: 529%
$45 Calls – Range: .08-.68 – Max Gain: 750%

Our quick-strike options prowess has been second to none for quite some time now, and MU was another shining example of that! Big cheers to anyone who was able to take advantage.

Adobe Systems, Inc. ADBE – Fresh Options Idea

For a fresh idea, we’re going to signal a longer-term set of contracts in the ADBE chain. The stock has a fairly predictable trading pattern, and appears to be approaching an up-cycle in the days or weeks ahead.

If we can see ADBE maintain support at or above 258.49, we are going to be very interested in the ADBE 10/26 $260-265 Calls.

Cool Holdings. Inc. AWSM

Also in Friday morning’s report was a tag of AWSM. We had just noticed it’s big day in the prior session, and included it in our daily watchlist.

The stock made an absolutely monstrous single-session run for something trading in the $11-range, running from a low of 11.11 to a high of 22.61 for a 104% intraday move. It also closed more than 80% in the green on the day!

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Bottom-Play Watchlist & More

Mobile Broadcasting Holding, Inc. MBHC

We began taking a look at MBHC yesterday, mostly focusing upon the strong additions to management, and the extreme promise pertaining to the company’s news of a global deal signed with Twitter. We did however, publish a video highlighting some of the key points on the chart, and that’s what we’re going to focus on to start things off today.

The stock would make a handful of intraday moves on almost twice the monthly average volume. Early on we saw a run from .0042-.0057 (+36%), followed by two separate subsequent swings from .0041-.0053 (+29%).

Most importantly the stock recorded a higher low,  holding support above 50DMA of .004 as we’d hoped for, and we want to continue to see it maintained above that level.  Moving forward, we’ll be looking out for a breach of the resistance that cropped up at .006 .

Stocks on Bottom-Watch

The following four plays have been getting beat up pretty bad of late, and whenever we notice stocks in this position, we like to relegate them to a potential bottom-play watchlist. Some of the biggest rapid moves we witness come from course-correction related bounces, so we’ll have these stocks on our recovery watchlist moving forward:

Stragenics, Inc. ASAB

Blue Water Global Group, Inc. BLUU

Windstream Technologies, Inc. WSTI – Letter To Shareholders

Cafe Serendipity Holdings, Inc. CAFS – Recreational Marijuana News Out

B2Digital, Inc. BTDG

BTDG is a momentum-play that we’re going to be monitoring as we head into mid-week, and we’ve gone ahead and pointed out the reasoning behind this on the following chart snapshot. Yesterday brought a break of a key resistance point and with a number of other bullish indicators are leading us to give BTDG part of our attention.
