Monday’s Runners, 6-Pack of New Ideas

Good Start to the Week:

Things went rather well for us to start the fresh trading week yesterday. Our premarket report contained three short term and one longer term idea, and the three quick-strike plays all delivered. This was despite having a shallow pool of earnings reporters, and having to improvise in terms of the targets. We shouldn’t have that issue today, with a full slate on the earnings calendar and a lot more interesting things happening.

As for yesterday’s fresh plays, here we have the intraday figures on the SPY 10/23 $421-420 Puts, the AAPL Weekly $172.50-170 Puts, and the AA Weekly $24-23.50 Puts:

Yesterday’s Runners, 4 Fresh Ideas

Yesterday’s Movers:

Yesterday did not present a very good trading session for the markets in general, however, despite the fact that we went bullish on all of the options ideas in our premarket report, the overall trend was bucked, and our targets produced some pretty good intraday gain chances for us.  We had settled on an array of four earnings related ideas, and were not disappointed with the results.

We were focused in on the NVS 05/19 $105 Calls, the MCD Weekly $292.50-297.50 Calls, the PEP Weekly $187.50-190 Calls, and the RTX Weekly $104 Calls. With the exception of our single NVS target, all of our tracked strike points produced multi-bag intraday runs.

NVS 05/19 $105 Calls
$105:
 1.60-2.55 (+59%)
_____

MCD Weekly $292.50-297.50 Calls

$295: .25-.55 (+120%)

_____

PEP Weekly $187.50-190 Calls

A Five-Pack of Fresh Trading Ideas

Solid Start to the Trading Week:

We got this short week off to a good start yesterday morning as we alerted on four potential options plays, and considering our recent track record, it came as very little surprise to see some very nice intraday gain opportunities in all of them. We had earnings in the financial sector and some good premarket movement on TSLA, and the ideas we generated off of that led to some sizable runs in our designated targets.

Those interests were the GS Weekly $370-365 Puts, the SBNY Weekly $120 Calls, the TSLA Weekly $123-125 Calls, and the MARA Weekly $8.00-8.50 Calls. As we’re seeing TSLA gapping up again this morning in the premarket, we’re likely to see the gains on those contracts extended, and we’ll also go ahead and roll up to include some higher strikes with our fresh ideas for today. _____

SBNY Weekly $120 Calls
