Blue Horseshoe Stocks: RXMD, CBLI, DNRG Reviews & More

Progressive Care, Inc. RXMD

The only ones not to receive the addition of RXMD in our premarket reports yesterday were our Blue Horseshoe Stocks email subscribers. It was a late-add to our watchlist, and the BHS email had already been published.*

Members of our other lists, our live traders chat members** or readers of the Blue Horseshoe Stocks blog did receive the alert before market open, in time for one of the most epic runs we’ve witnessed in quite awhile.

We witnessed a crossover from subpenny territory at the stock’s morning low of .009, and RXMD was driven deep into Pennyland, as it peaked at a PPS of .049 at around 12:45PM. That represented an astronomical 444% intraday swing. Volume exceeded the 3-month norm by more than 25X.

With that kind of momentum built up, we’ll be certain to continue to track the activity in RXMD as this exciting trading week comes to a close.

*RXMD serves as a reminder to our email subscribers that situations like these do occur, where we catch an opportunity at the last minute, which is why we suggest subscribers of all of our lists also navigate to BlueHorseshoeStocks.com daily, as the most updated version of our reports will always be posted there prior to market open.

**Our live traders chats are conducted on Skype and are open to all of our readers. Send contact request to ‘stocksumo’ for admittance. Below you can see the snapshot of when we handed the idea off to the room:

Cleveland BioLabs, Inc. CBLI

CBLI was one of the main points of focus in yesterday’s premarket report. We caught it in the midst of a premarket Blue-Sky Breakout in the wake of the announcement that the company had entered into a beneficial equity financing arrangement that will yield something on the order of $25M. >>Read PR

We stated that “whenever we run across a stock in this position we’re always on the lookout for dip-and-rip scenarios” and pointed to the 200DMA of 5.35 as the minimum level where we’d need to see support hold on any early pullbacks.

We got exactly what we were looking for as CBLI underwent a slight dip, holding safely above our identified level as it rebounded off of the 5.40-mark, and went on a strong run to a high of 7.24. That was good for intraday gains of up to 34% before it began to pull back. There was also a subsequent swing from 5.75-6.35 for an added 10% move.

Dominovas Energy Corp. DNRG

DNRG was a stock that we tagged earlier this month on the 3rd, and at the time we observed an awesome 150% single-session run from .005-.0125.

Things largely quieted down for the stock until Wednesday of this week, when it began to stir once again. Yesterday it absolutely broke out on an incredible intraday run from .065-.228 (+250%).

Hypothetically, anyone to have picked it up at our observed low of .005, and held to yesterday’s peak could have been looking at gains on the order of a mind-numbing 4,460%

A move like that in a period of just 17 sessions makes DNRG one of the biggest gainers we’ve tracked in recent memory.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: BYD, EAPH, PHOT & More

Boyd Gaming Corp. BYD

We put BYD on our radar back in January, and shortly thereafter, the stock found its way to a low of 9.11. We continued tracking it in February, where it quickly recovered ground and began trending up.

Recently (03/05), the company released favorable fourth quarter and annual financials, the highlights of which included repayment of over $500M in debt, elimination of $60M annually in interest expense, net revs for the fourth quarter increased by almost 10%, and more.

Yesterday we observed a new high of 14.15 from BYD, which represents a gain of 55% from the low we saw roughly six weeks ago.

Easton Pharmaceuticals, Inc. EAPH

Many of our readers will recall, we’ve been on EAPH for awhile now, mentioning it for the first time back on January 8th, catching it at a low of .0041. That subpenny marijuana play would go on to hit ten cents, gaining more than 2300% in roughly a month’s time. After a period of consolidation, EAPH tapered back to .0327 where we would see it bounce.

We mentioned EAPH once again yesterday as part of a joint press release with GLCO, and the stock went on to have a great session, running to .06, an intraday gain of 83%

Check out this video outlining our coverage of the stock:

Growlife, Inc. PHOT

We first began alerting PHOT last summer at a low of .0318, even though our coverage of the marijuana industry as a whole started a year prior, in 2012. After PHOT tacked on more than 100% in gains from August to October ’13, we re-alerted the stock under a dime, reminding our readers that a “Golden Cross” appeared imminent.

The rest, as they say, is history. PHOT has spent the past few months rampaging upwards like an un-caged beast, culminating in a high of .549 during a bang-up session yesterday. For those without a calculator handy, that brings the overall move we’ve seen from PHOT to a staggering 1626%

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: FRTD, A Word on the Cannabis Sector

Fortitude Group, Inc. FRTD

We sincerely hope that our readers caught yesterday morning’s report, and read all the way through to the Extended Watchlist where we included FRTD as new cannabis momentum play. The head of steam that the stock began to build on the heels of a recent series of PR’s regarding the company’s entry into the trendy cannabis sector led to continued advances during yesterday’s session.

We saw FRTD touch a low of .0081 before exploding to its high-of-day at .018, a positive intraday move of 122%

FRTD is just the latest in the long line of companies we’ve seen take advantage of the hysterical nature of 2014’s “Green Rush”. While much of the initial fervor we witnessed in December and January has relaxed, don’t expect to stop hearing about this sector anytime soon. In fact, as more and more data comes in, we expect the marijuana business to grow exponentially as each state realizes the financial benefits and caves to economic pressure.

This hypothesis was reinforced by the January tax numbers from Pueblo Country, CO (where the substance is now completely legal) came in. See THIS ARTICLE, which shows that based on their January tax income from marijuana sales, the county stands to increase their annual bugdet by nearly 5%  Colorado is currently serving as an experimental template, and you can be sure that all across the nation, legislators and business people alike are watching intently.

In other news, US banks are quickly clearing hurdles in the way of providing services to pot-related business, and the general sentiment in Washington, is to let this all play out naturally. Even the current administration has made statements which set the table for widespread marijuana reform. Several legislators have petitioned the president to reclassify marijuana, a relatively harmless substance when considering the fact that it now shares a classification with heroin and similarly dangerous drugs.

While many obstacles remain to be navigated, the proverbial ball has begun rolling, and it seems now that there is little that can ultimately stand in the way of progress.
