Options Performance on the Week Remains Flawless

More Options Review:

It has been a really good stretch for us with regard to our daily options ideas. We have been firing on all cylinders for several consecutive sessions, with yesterday’s slate of three all turning in excellent cards for the day., even our idea of the August calls in AXSM that was meant for a longer period of observation.

Our specific areas of interest in yesterday’s premarket report were the SPY 06/29 $390-392 Calls, the CHK 07/15 $85-90 Calls, and the AXSM 08/19 $35-30 Puts.  The SPY ran hard in the very early goings before the markets slid during the rest of the session, but that early push was more than enough to facilitate some nice moves for us. Those gains were as follows:

SPY 06/29 $390-392 Calls
$390:
 3.00-4.75 (+58%)
$391: 2.49-4.03 (+62%)
$392: 2.03-3.44 (+69%)
_____

CHK 07/15 $85-90 Calls
$85: 6.24-7.10 (+14%)
$90: 2.95-4.50 (+53%)
_____

AXSM 08/19 $35-30 Puts
$35: 1.47-3.70 (+152%)
$32.50: 1.40-1.95 (+39%)
$30: 1.00-1.32 (+32%)

Fresh Options Ideas:
AVAV 07/15 $75-70 Puts
GIS 07/15 $70-72.50 Calls
MKC 07/15 $90-80 Puts

Clubhouse Media Group Inc. CMGR –  OTC Recap:

We’ve also continued to have good fortune with several of the OTC stocks that we track routinely in our daily extended watchlists, and the latest one to blow its top is CMGR. We signaled this play for observation on Thursday, and the run it has made has been quite impressive, moving up from a low of .0033 and hitting .0135 for an increase of 309%

Winning Options Review:

As is typical for a Monday morning around here, we’ll kick off this fresh trading week by going over our winning ideas for Friday’s session from the day’s premarket report, before moving into what’s interesting to us today.

The top movers for the day began with our targets in the Deere & Co. chain, the DE Weekly $357.50-362.50 Calls which were pushed by a strong Q2 showing for the company. That was followed closely by our SPY targets, the SPY 05/21 $415-417 Calls which yielded their large intraday moves in an afternoon rebound.

Here are the very respectable gain opportunities that arose as we tracked these plays:

DE Weekly $357.50-362.50 Calls
$357.50: 4.50-12.75 (+183%)
$360: 2.74-11.00 (+301%)
$362.50: 3.20-9.35 (+192%)
_____

SPY 05/21 $415-417 Calls

$415: .61-1.37 (+125%)
$416: .21-.61 (+190%)
$417: .05-.16 (+220%)

Peloton Interactive, Inc. PTON – Options Ideas:

We are fairly dry on the earnings front today, but we did notice a solid technical setup on PTON, along with some insider buying last week. We’ll look to formulate a shorter and longer-term set of corresponding targets.

Things are going to be slim with regard to the daily number of earnings reporters to choose from for quick-strike trading ideas for the next 8 weeks, but we’ll strive to find other opportunities like these.

PTON Weekly $101-103 Calls
PTON 06/11 $105-107 Calls

Bonus Idea:
SPCE Weekly $24-25.50 Calls

Options Ideas, Bearish and Bullish

Adobe Inc. ADBE – Options Recap:

Despite a major selloff for the markets along with most stocks yesterday, we did see some impressive intraday moves from our selected options targets in the Adobe chain. We highlighted the ADBE Weekly $457.50-465 Calls, and those saw some significant intraday moves from around 10:15 to 11:30AM.

In a recent consensus of more than a dozen analysts, ADBE was given a 90% Buy Rating, so we won’t rule out the possibility of seeing another significant swing, especially if this trading week pulls itself out of the mud by tomorrow. The company also raised its Full Year 2021 guidance, so it’s quite likely that we will be revisiting ADBE once again in the weeks and months ahead.

ADBE was the major point of interest for us in what was a relatively rocky session as a whole, and those ideas afforded us the following intraday gain possibilities:

ADBE Weekly $457.50-465 Calls
$457.50: 2.62-6.50 (+148%)
$460: 1.92-4.65 (+142%)
$462.50: 1.51-4.14 (+174%)
$465: 1.06-3.16 (+198%)

Fresh Options Ideas:

We’ve also got a couple of fresh ideas based off of the earnings calendar. We’re going to look at next months calls for DRI and some weekly puts on RH.

DRI 04/16 $135-140 Calls
RH Weekly $510-502.50 Puts

Trans Global Group Inc. TGGI

In yesterday’s report we talked about our extended watchlist selection of TGGI on Monday morning, after  the stock ran 67% from .003 to .005. We also noted the trend that it was establishing seemed to suggest the possibility of further advances.

Our hunch proved accurate in no time flat, as TGGI once again broke out to new highs just as we suspected it may. The stock traded in a daily range from .0038 to .0093, which represented an intraday move of 145% and pushed our two-session observed upswing to 210% The stock has been trading heavy volume and with the momentous pattern we’ve seen thus far we’ll certainly continue to keep watch.

As we’ve pointed out on the chart below, we’re going to want to see its previous resistance point at .0053 hold as support on any forthcoming pullbacks in order for us to remain interested in TGGI.

BioLife Solutions Inc. BLFS – Recap

Our lone fresh options idea in yesterday’s premarket report was the BLFS Weekly $40-45 Calls. Despite being our sole point of focus in the options arena for the day, we still hit a bullseye.

The stock ran hard to the $48 level, which facilitated the following solid intraday gains in our designated targets:

BLFS Weekly $40-45 Calls
$389: 2.30-4.05 (+76%)
$390: .75-1.90 (+153%)

Wrapping Up Another Strong Trading Week

Snowflake Inc. SNOW – Options Review

In yesterday morning’s premarket report, there was a clear standout among our options ideas of the day. We had tagged the SNOW Weekly $247.50-250 Calls for observation following the company’s earnings drop. It was a release with mixed results, but that didn’t stop traders from pushing the stock as high as 279.45 on the session.

SNOW’s intraday move facilitated some fantastic numbers in our designated targets. The total possible gains were in the eight-bagger range, and were as follows:

SNOW Weekly $247.50-250 Calls
$247.50: 3.40-32.64 (+860%)
$250: 3.07-29.39 (+857%)
_____

Fresh Options Ideas*:
COST Weekly $320-315 Puts
AVGO Weekly $445-447.50 Calls
GPS Weekly $25.50-26.50 Calls

*Please do not attempt to trade options with a weekly expiration on Friday unless you are an advanced level trader with access to disposable funds!

For The Earth Corp. FTEG

FTEG is a CBD play traded on the OTC that we tagged in yesterday morning’s extended watchlist, after noticing two of the company’s overdue reports were filed for the previous two quarters. FTEG is currently working toward coming current, and that represents progress toward that end, so that’s something we’re going to want to keep an eye on.

Whenever a defunct OTC stock goes current, the attention it brings can often drive some serious moves. We’ve witnessed many subpenny runners of late, and FTEG could get its chance, so we’re going to want to monitor this one closely over a longer period of time.
