More Big Runners, Fresh Plays for Wednesday

Clean Sweep on Options Ideas:

Things continued along an exciting path yesterday, sustaining the solid success we’ve already witnessed this week and taking it to the next level. At this point we are far more accustomed to seeing our daily ideas pan out, than anything else. A miss for us truly is a rarity, and yesterday’s session yielded none. We generally fare the best when we have big name earning reporters to work with, and we were in good shape on that front for Tuesday morning’s report.

All of our ideas, which were the LOW Weekly $202.50-200 Puts, the DKS Weekly $128-130 Calls, the BJ 06/16 $65 Puts, and the ZM Weekly $71-69 Puts, recorded significant intraday runs, all but one of which attained multi-bag status on the day:

Tuesday’s Movers, Today’s Earnings Plays

Tuesday’s Runners:

We fared rather well with our fresh options idea for yesterday morning’s premarket report, scoring big with two out of our three listed targets. The gains were relatively nominal as compared to some of the big multi-baggers we’re accustomed to, but four out of the six total contracts in question did at least reach double-bag status.

Those plays were the PYPL Weekly $73-70 Puts, and the IFF 05/19 $95-90 Puts, and here were the kinds of intraday runs they recorded on the session:

 PYPL Weekly $73-70 Puts
$73:
 3.70-7.10 (+92%)
$72: 2.88-6.10 (+112%)
$71: 1.95-5.15 (+164%)
$70: 1.43-4.19 (+193%)
_____

IFF 05/19 $95-90 Puts

Closing Out Another Excellent Trading Week

Solid Options Sweep:

We posted another clean sweep on options ideas in yesterday’s premarket report, offering up a pair of fresh ideas, and knocking them both out of the park with multi-bag gain opportunities on the day!

We were specifically targeting the DRI 10/15 $155-160 Calls and the ACN Weekly $337.50-342.50 Calls,  on the heels of the companies’ earnings reports. Despite being in a relative down-period for earnings reporters, we have been able to work with what we’ve got.

Here are the total possible intraday gains that were on the table for those ideas yesterday:

DRI 10/15 $155-160 Calls
$155: 5.00-10.22 (+104%)
$160: 1.85-6.70 (+262%)
_____

ACN Weekly $337.50-342.50 Calls
$337.50: 2.63-7.30 (+178%)
$340: 1.40-5.40 (+286%)
$342.50: .90-3.00 (+233%)

Eargo, Inc. EAR – Bottom Watch:

We’re also looking at a possible long term recovery play in EAR, which got severely beaten up yesterday with a major gap-down. It may end up being a decent bottom play for the stock itself but we’re going to signal a longer-term options idea to track as well, in the EAR 11/19 $7.50-10 Calls.

Fresh Options Ideas:
NKE Weekly $155-152.50 Puts*
COST Weekly $452.50-457.50 Calls*
SKX Weekly $48-46 Puts*

*Do not attempt to trade options contracts on their day of expiration unless you are an advanced level trader with access to disposable funds
