Good Start to the Trading Week, New Plays

Solid Start to the Week:

We got off on a good foot for Monday’s premarket report, despite a real lack of big name earnings reporters. The only two potential plays that really jumped out to us yesterday did, however, post some nice double bag moves for us on the session.

We had signaled our interest in tracking the ARLP 02/17 $22.50-25 Calls, and the GEHC Weekly $70-68.50 Puts, and we got some very nice movement from each set of ideas on the day. Today’s earnings plays deal with some much bigger names, so our week should continue along an interesting trajectory. Here’s the breakdown of the gains that were possible through yesterday’s targets:

ARLP 02/17 $22.50-25 Calls

Options Gainers Across the Board, New Ideas

Options Gainers Across the Board:

The markets were back to the doldrums yesterday, gapping down to start and never getting back above water on the session, but that didn’t stop us from scoring some decent gain chances with the options ideas in our premarket report. We were tracking the NTES Weekly $98-100 Calls, which put forth the moderate opportunities, while the WOOF Weekly $15-16 Calls, and the ZM Weekly $91.50-93 Calls fared quite a bit better, as they logged extra large multi-bag spikes on the day.
