Friday’s Thousand-Plus Percentage Gainers & More

Absolutely Massive Options Gainers:

We left off before the holiday weekend on Friday morning with a slew of options ideas for our readers, and we really hope some of you were able to take advantage of the stellar opportunities that they provided. All of our highlighted plays bore fruit, and the gains they produced were eye-popping. We unearthed multiple thousand-plus percentage gainers over multiple target sets, including a FIVE thousand percenter!

We’re going to present four of those sets this morning- the ones that expired on Friday. We’ll leave the DELL 06/17 $50-52.50 Calls (which also produced immediate gains) for a later report, since we’ve got nearly three weeks until their expiration.

The four quick-strike plays were the PDD Weekly $44.50-46 Calls, the ZS Weekly $148-152.50 Calls, the MRVL Weekly $58-60 Calls, and the SPY 05/27 $406-408 Calls. The mind-numbing gain opportunities they provided us with were as follows:

The markets were back to the doldrums yesterday, gapping down to start and never getting back above water on the session, but that didn’t stop us from scoring some decent gain chances with the options ideas in our premarket report. Not all of those potential gains were earth-shattering, but several were extremely solid, and the remainder was respectable.

We were tracking the NTES Weekly $98-100 Calls, which put forth the moderate opportunities, while the WOOF Weekly $15-16 Calls, and the ZM Weekly $91.50-93 Calls fared quite a bit better, as they logged extra large multi-bag spikes on the day. Playing the SPY Like a Fiddle, Fresh Ideas

SPY Calls Surge on Market Pop:

We had just some daily SPY Calls and a longer term idea in yesterday morning’s premarket report, the latter of which isn’t really primed for an immediate update, but we most certainly came down on the right side of the fence with the SPY. The markets ripped all day long, and provided us with the catalyst for some really nice intraday gain opportunities.

We were tracking the SPY 05/23 $391-393 Calls, and all three of the contract sets contained within recorded huge multibag runs for us. The total possible daily gains were as follows:

We saw some solid movement out of some of the plays off of yesterday morning’s extended watchlist. CBIO ran following the announcement of a $60M asset sale to Vertex, while GOVX was another stock boosted by the rising concerns over monkeypox, which has officially made its way to the US, and seems to a hot-button catalyst for related plays at the moment. .
