Things got off to a very nice start for us on Monday with the four ideas we threw out there for our premarket report all performed pretty well. It was a solid way to kick off a fresh trading week, and sets the tone for more chances at success. In the case of our daily SPY calls, we saw the huge multibag runs that we’ve come to expect when we play off of that fund.

We produced a mixed bag of results yesterday, with the some of options ideas we had in our premarket report failing to meet our own standards, while other experienced some really nice intraday runs. In the interest of not sugarcoating a clear miscalculation, we went the wrong way on the SPY for the day, and saw just a brief and minimal spike. Fortunately, our other target chains yielded some much nicer moves.

Tuesday’s Runners:

We kept our wave of good fortune for the week rolling yesterday with the three possible options plays included in our premarket report for the day. We’ve finally gotten back into some big name earnings after a holiday lull, which should make things around here quite a bit more interesting. There will be an impromptu market closure tomorrow to honor recently deceased President Jimmy Carter, but we’ll be back on Friday with a bunch of good earnings reporters to fuel even more options ideas.
