Friday Recap, 4 Targets for Monday

Friday Review:

We like to be as forthcoming as possible about our daily performances, and sadly, Friday’s was not what we consider up to scratch. We just barely made it over the threshold of half of the options ideas in our premarket report being worthwhile on the day. These sorts of middling sessions aren’t common for us, but nobody can avoid a lackluster day at least once in a great while.

We’ll report on the two ideas that did bear fruit, the ROST Weekly $150-152.50 Calls and the NTAP Weekly $136-138 Calls. Additionally we also saw an impressive new high in the BJ 12/20 $90 Calls which we had signaled in Thursday’s report, and we’ve listed that gain below as well:

ROST Weekly $150-152.50 Calls
$150:
.61-2.00 (+228%)
$152.50: .35-1.14 (+226%)
_____

NTAP Weekly $136-138 Calls
$136:
2.13-3.50 (+64%)
$137: .35-.93 (+166%)
_____

BJ 12/20 $90 Calls
$90:
1.20-8.06 (+571%)

Fresh Options Ideas:
SPY 11/25 $598-599 Calls*
BBWI Weekly $35-37 Calls
MARA Weekly $26.50-27.50 Calls
SMCI Weekly $34-35 Calls

Solid Start to the Week, 3 Possible Runners

Monday’s Movers:

We may not have kicked off another fresh trading week by sweeping the board as we would have liked, but we still managed two out of three good plays in our premarket report for the session on Monday. It can certainly be a bit of a challenge to maintain through these earnings droughts, when typically, trading on the heels of earnings reports is our main formula. We most often do seem to find quality opportunities nonetheless.

Yesterday’s two standout targets were the TIGR 10/18 $13-14 Calls, and the BABA Weekly $117-118 Calls. These were the intraday upswings they recorded for the day:

TIGR 10/18 $13-14 Calls

SPY 10/08 $568-569 Calls*
PEP Weekly $167.50 Puts
