Blue Horseshoe Stocks: GYST Video, Other Updates

The Graystone Company GYST

Our first order of business this morning is to provide an update on GYST, which was the subject of our special report yesterday. If you did not catch our report, you can do so by hitting the following link >>GYST REPORT

To illustrate GYST’s performance during yesterday’s session, what better way to go over it than a video chart from our very own Stock Sumo! Click through to the video below, and also receive a quick lesson in understanding Level 2 quotes, which is vital for any beginning trader to take the next step!

>>GYST Video

The dip-and-rip we saw in GYST from .007 to .012 represented an intraday upswing of 71%, so, a very good first day of observation. As Stock Sumo was mentioning, we want to see GYST hold support at or above the channel between .0064-.007 on any pullbacks, and will look for an eventual break of resistance at .0125.

OTHER UPDATES:

Viva Entertainment Group, Inc. OTTV -We tagged OTTV in  Friday’s extended watchlist and we wanted to circle back this morning to mention the solid activity that followed from this stock over subsequent sessions.

On Friday, we observed a low of .0004 and witnessed a pretty nice 75% rip to .0007. As of yesterday, OTTV had extended its high to .001, and boosted our three-session observed upswing on the stock to a nice, round 150%
_____

Pilgrim Petroleum Corp. PGPM – For another quick update, we’ve witnessed a pretty good two-day swing in PGPM after alerting it in Tuesday’s premarket report, and observing a low of .011. Yesterday, the stock hit .0183, which was good for a respectable overall move of 66%

Dollar General Corp. DG

We want to leave off this morning with an earnings-related options idea. We’ve had a ton of success this earnings season, and will try to keep that going with Dollar General.

Not only did the company reveal a beat on sales and profits for the quarter, but the current chart setup was already primed for a bullish move. We’ll be putting the DG Weekly $75-78 Calls on watch for potential day and/or swing trades.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Updates, Special Reminder

Connexus Corp. CNXS

We tagged CNXS in a bitcoin-related watchlist in Thursday’s premarket report, and the stock finished out the week on an extremely high note. From our observed low on Thursday, it made a fantastic two-day swing for us.

CNXS traded up from .0007, cracked through from super-subpenny to subpenny range, and hit a high of .0017, a 143% move which occurred on heavy volume.

We weren’t very surprised to see some nice plays come out of that watchlist, as bitcoin stocks are trending considerably at present.

Viva Entertainment Group, Inc. OTTV

Speaking of super-subpenny plays, from Friday’s extended watchlist came OTTV, a stock which hasn’t been trading too far above its 52-week lows recently.

We saw a solid run from OTTV on our first day of observation with the stock trading up from .0004- to .0007 for an intraday rip of 75% on slightly greater-than-average volume.

Big Lots, Inc. BIG – Options Update

Before breaking for the long weekend we wanted to try to continue a pattern of post-earnings options trading success we’ve had this spring. We did so with the BIG 06/16 $55 & 57.50 Calls, and were very pleased at those contracts’ performances for our first day of tracking.

The $55′s put up a fantastic run from .02-.10 for a 400% banger on the day, while the $57.50′s made a nice round double-bagger trading from .05 to .10 on the day. With more than two weeks still remaining until expiration, we’ll continue to keep watch over these plays.

SPECIAL REMINDER:

We want to give our readers advance notice on a special report headed your way tomorrow! We’ve got a new pick all loaded up for tomorrow morning on a cannabis-related stock trading under .05/share that you definitely won’t want to miss!

GYOG, PGPM, ECYT, ATW, NSPR, PTGX, NIHD, BIOS

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: HMNY Review & More

Helios and Matheson Analytics, Inc. HMNY

We’ve been watching HMNY for awhile now, and tagged the stock in yesterday morning’s premarket report. While it didn’t exactly go to the moon, we were quite pleased with the solid performance it put forth on the day.

It coincided with the company’s announcement that it had obtained licensing rights to a facial recognition technology developed in Israel. The stock traded up from a low of 3.65 to as high as 4.90, which marks a move of 34% and it came on an incredible 285X the 30-day average volume.

That kind of surge in liquidity is sure to produce some interesting results that we will be eager to track as we head through midweek.

Pilgrim Petroleum Corp. PGPM

Despite its ‘Limited Information’ designation on OTC Markets, we began tracking PGPM last Tuesday the 16th, at which time we observed a low of .0059 in the stock.

Since then it has been stepping its way up and yesterday, briefly touched a high of .02, which marked a one-week swing of 239%  We’ll be on the lookout for PGPM to continue its overall trend,, remaining interested as long as it maintains support at or above .01 on any pullbacks.

Chatroom Call – Las Vegas Railway Express XTRN

We’ll always jump at the chance to remind readers that in addition to these premarket reports, we also conduct daily live in-session trader’s chats via Skype*.

Yesterday, thanks to chat participant Steve, the room was alerted on XTRN and subsequently had a chance at gains of up to 300% as the stock ran from .0003-.0012.

XTRN then closed at its high-of-day on monster volume, so we will want to keep an eye on it today for a potential continuation of momentum.

Extended Watchlist:
INO, SDRL, RADA, TLYS, TCS

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: BBRY Recap & More

Cumulus Media, Inc. CMLS

We’re looking at CMLS as a possible momentum play. The stock has been building up quite a head of steam over the past few sessions, trading an inordinately high amount of volume yesterday.

Since hitting its lows toward the end of last month the stock has been in a general uptrend. Every time it has receded, it has rebounded back to set new highs. We’ll place CMLS on watch to see if it can maintain the powerful trend it has established.

CMLS is gapping up in the premarket this morning. On any pullbacks, we’ll want to see CMLS maintain support at a minimum of .50 in order to maintain our immediate interest.

BlackBerry Ltd. BBRY

Normally, when we alert on a big board play without including some type of options idea, as we did with BBRY back on March 31st (and April 12th), it’s because we feel the stock itself is generally undervalued. Where BlackBerry is concerned, we have thus far turned out to be right on the money. We saw a low of 7.47 on the morning of March 31st, and BBRY hasn’t looked back since.

In its largest single session move of the year, the stock hit 11.38 yesterday. That represents an increase of 52% over our observed low, as we’ve pointed out on the chart below. .

____

FerroGlobe PLC (GSM) – Along the same lines, we highlighted GSM yesterday, a stock which is priced similarly to BBRY. It managed a slight increase after gapping up, and we’re going to continue watching this one as well.

Extended Watchlist:
PGPM, HMNY, ETRM, RGSE, PLX, BPMX, FRTA(Bottom watch)

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: SNAP Review, New Ideas

Snap, Inc. SNAP – Options Update

We correctly called the bounce on SNAP in our premarket report on Friday and signaled a couple of contracts for observation, the SNAP 6/16 $18 & 19 Calls.

After those made intraday moves of 69% and 93% respectively to close out the week, we rehashed them in yesterday’s report along with mentioning that rolling up to the $20-level was something to consider, given the activity we were observing.

Not only did the $18′s and $19′s extend their gains, but the $20′s got in on the fun as well:

06/16 $18 Calls – Intraday Range: 2.00-3.10 (+55%) – 2-Day Swing: 163%
06/16 $19 Calls – Intraday Range: 1.38-2.34 (+70%)  – 2-Day Swing: 212%
06/16 $20 Calls - Intraday Range: .85-1.65 – Max Gain: 94%

With SNAP gapping up in the premarket once again, we expect to see these ranges extended even further today. Cheers to anyone who grabbed a piece of the action!

____

Weibo Corp. WB – Fresh Idea

To try to continue along with our options success, we’re looking at the Chinese social media network Weibo and its earnings beat this morning.

The stock has already been breaking out and it appears as if today’s earnings figures could propel it to even more gains over the short term, so we’re going to be looking at the WB Weekly $67.50-70 Calls.

Lithium Exploration Group, Inc. LEXG

It was only yesterday morning in our premarket report that we were encouraging our readers to get involved with our daily in-session trader’s chatroom*. Sure enough, more proof of why we periodically remind our subscribers of these daily Skype chats came to us in the form of LEXG.

As you can see from the screen snap below, it was just after 10am when we alerted our members to movement in the stock, and it subsequently ran from .0009 to .002, which represents an intraday rip of 122%

We always find winners to put here in our premarket reports, but to catch even more opportunities on the fly as they come up after the open, our trader’s chats are the way to go.
