MEGA Moves in the SPY, Trio of Fresh Ideas

Huge SPY Moves, Options Recap:

The markets absolutely ripped on Thursday, and the feeling has continued into today where the S&P 500 seems set to open above its all time high from January of 2022. That meant really good things for the SPY Calls we featured in yesterday’s premarket report. In fact, three of our four daily options candidates were calls, and all three of them produced really nice intraday upswings.

Our winning targets for the session were the SPY 01/18 $473-475 Calls, the TSM Weekly $109-111 Calls, and the DFS Weekly $96-97.50 Calls, and those SPY $475 Calls were the very clear favorite, as they put up some truly astonishing figures, to the tune of more than a SIXTY-BAGGER in the $475’s:

Tuesday’s Top Up-Tickers, 5 New Possibilities

Tuesday’s Options Updates:

We finally ran into a hitch for the first time this year yesterday, with one of the three potential options plays we laid out in our morning report failing to produce instant results. Our BOX 01/19 $25 Calls may need some more time to produce a sizable upswing, but the other two targets certainly worked out for us on the day.

Those plays were the MSM Weekly $90 Puts, and the AYI 01/19 $210-220 Calls, and below you’ll find the intraday moves on those, as well as another update on the CYTK 01/19 $70 Calls which we’ve been tracking since December 29th, after they recorded an impressive new high this week. It’s a good example of how some of our longer-term ideas can take slightly longer to come to full fruition.

We had a really great session yesterday with respect to the options trading ideas we formulated for our premarket report. We set our sights on five possibilities, and there were potential profits to be had on all five. Added in with a couple of movers on the stock side of things, and Tuesday really ended up an all around excellent performance on our part.

We also wanted to give a quick update on a couple of Israeli security and communications companies that we had tagged in yesterday’s extended watchlist. SPCB was on the move from .6295-1.13 for an intraday gain of 80%, and MOB ran from .58-2.09, marking a 260% run
