ASKE, SCXN, SPY Calls & Extended Watchlist

Alaska Pacific Energy Corp. ASKE

Triple-zero stocks can serve well as “lottery ticket” plays, and have been known by us in the past, to sometimes be capable of large and rapid gains. ASKE falls under that category. Earlier this year, the stock ran 500% from .0001-.0006. Following that run the stock pulled back to .0002 before making a 150% move to .0005, so as you can see, ASKE is certainly able to deliver multi-bag gains. Every uptick from the current price would spell 30% in gains, So while they generally carry high volatility, triple-zero stocks certainly have some serious  “silver lining” potential.

Currently the stock is sitting at .0002, its 200DMA, with resistance at the 50DMA, of .0003.Should ASKE move past that level, it could very easily return to recent swing highs in the .0005-.0006 range, which would represent a quick 66-100% in gains.

Scout Exploration, Inc. SCXN

We have mentioned SCXN plenty in the past, and it seemed like a decent time to re-mention it. The stock is hovering around a low, and has been holding above the 200DMA.

We also ran across a research report on SCXN that you may find informative.

Weekly SPY Calls

The SPY Index pulled back early in yesterday’s trading session, though it was very short lived, as the S&P500 rallied late in the day. This morning the SPY is gapping up to new highs, and we once again want to turn our attention to the 155.00 and 156.00 Weekly SPY Calls.

Yesterday, the 155’s closed at a 1.06, and the 156’s closed at .32. We expect to see gap-ups on each to the tune of 50% or better. If the last eight or nine trading sessions have any influence on today, we would expect to see a pullback followed by a potential bounce-play opportunity.

AAPL, TLON & Extended Watchlist

Apple, Inc. AAPL -Options

We don’t normally put option-plays in the newsletter, but when we do, it seems to work very nicely. Our mention of the $605 and $610 Calls yielded the opportunity for big gains. The Apple $605 Calls traded as low 4.70, and hit a high of 9.90, for over 100%, and the $610 Calls, traded as low as 2.85, and touched a high of 6.90, for 142% in gains.

Since Apple looks like it wants to gap up above $615, we want to move our strike price up and look at the $620 and $625 Calls. The $620’s closed at 2.42 yesterday, and the $625’s were at 1.65. In the event that AAPL can break the $620 mark, $630 and $640 will be the next resistance points.

***Bullish Points***

-The CCI Is attempting to make it past the 50MA

-RSI Just passed the 50-line and the 50MA

-PPO looks like it wants to cross over above 50MA

-Blue bars on the histogram look like they want to reverse to the top side

-Slow STO recently crossed over passing through the 50 line looking like it wants to break above the 50MA

-The stock broke back above the 20, 50 and 100 day moving averages this week.

____

Talon Therapeutics, Inc. TLON

We observed TLON dip to close at 1.21, and we are expecting a rebound into the company’s Aug.12th FDA date.

It is to be expected to see pullbacks after the three consecutive days of gains that preceeded it, and it provides folks who were late to the party last time a chance to get in on the fun.

HLNT, ICNB, NOK, TLON, ASKE & Extended Watchlist

Highline Technical Innovations. Inc HLNT

HLNT has appeared on our watchlist in the past, and is sporting one heck of a chart. HLNT pushed to a new high yesterday on twice the average 3mo. volume; this stock has entered blue-sky breakout territory.

As you can plainly see on the chart, HLNT has absolutely been on fire. The last time this appeared on our watchlist was July 2nd, at which time the stock was as low as .0046.

ICNB had its third consecutive day of gains since we’ve been following it last Thursday.

Having been as low as .022 since that time, the stock has been making higher highs and higher lows. Yesterday the high reached .089, for a posible gain of 305%

____

Nokia Corp. NOK

Nokia is another one that we began mentioning Thursday’s Extended Watchlist, after the stock had recently seen its 52-wk low. NOK has been gapping up 2-5% each day we’ve had it on our radar, and today seems no exception.

Key resistance should come at the 50DMA of 2.33, and if a break above that point occurs, we could see substantially more gains than the recovery process here has already provided.

____

Talon Therapeutics, Inc. TLON

We’ve covered TLON since July 11th. At the time we stated “TLON is likely to become a target for many investors as we approach August 12, the company’s FDA PDUFA for their Phase III drug candidate Marqibo.” The stock was trading at 1.28.

At yesterday’s high of 1.83, we were up 43%
