Solid Start to the Week, 3 Possible Runners

Monday’s Movers:

We may not have kicked off another fresh trading week by sweeping the board as we would have liked, but we still managed two out of three good plays in our premarket report for the session on Monday. It can certainly be a bit of a challenge to maintain through these earnings droughts, when typically, trading on the heels of earnings reports is our main formula. We most often do seem to find quality opportunities nonetheless.

Yesterday’s two standout targets were the TIGR 10/18 $13-14 Calls, and the BABA Weekly $117-118 Calls. These were the intraday upswings they recorded for the day:

Thursday’s Runners:

We were hauling a pretty light load yesterday in terms of the daily options ideas included in our premarket report for Thursday. We signaled interest in tracking just a pair of potential plays, and good results were returned in each case.

Our targets for the day were the LEVI Weekly $19 Puts, and the STZ Weekly $255-250 Puts, and they did quite well. Especially in the case of the STZ $250 Puts, which rattled off an incredible intraday run that amounted to an eleven-bagger!

Another Successful Session:

Things went really well for the options ideas that we issued for our premarket report yesterday morning. Of the five possible plays that we called attention to, four of those produced intraday gain chances of a significant nature. Half of them were longer term contracts with an August expiration, and still made notable intraday runs on our first day of monitoring.

Closing Out Another Incredible Trading Year

Unfortunately for our current options streak, we were left with just a single idea for yesterday’s report, and we mistakenly published the wrong strike prices. It’s a rare mistake on our part, but we do make them like anyone else. Not how we would have chosen to kick off our final report of the year, but what a year it has been!

2023 was probably our most successful year to date in terms of our constant quest to root out daily options trading opportunities. We strung together countless winning picks, gained a lot of new subscribers, and retained incredible read rates from our existing subscribers! No matter when you joined our ranks, we want to thank you, and wish you and yours a very happy new year, with tons of good fortune to come in 2024!

OTC Updates:

We did have a couple of nice movers come off of the extended watchlist from yesterday’s morning report. It’s always a good idea to check through our daily lists, especially on days where there’s not much happening on the options front. Today will be another such day, so we’re just going to cap this year off by wishing everyone a happy and healthy new year, and we’ll pick right back up again bright and early on Tuesday morning.

Our streak of perfection sadly came to an end yesterday, but we’re still very proud of the accuracy we were able to achieve for seven straight days. We still hit on the majority of yesterday’s selections, however, and that’s the real takeaway here.
