Solid Start to the Week, 4 New Ideas

A Good Start to the Week:

When we signal a longer-term options play, it’s always with the understanding that it may not always produce instant same-day results, and such was the case with our first report of this short week yesterday. We had one set of December calls amid our four fresh ideas, and it cost us adding to our incredible 2-week flawless options streak. It was still one heck of a run without a single hitch, and we’re proud of what we accomplish every single day.

All three of the weekly sets we targeted yesterday, which were the AAPL Weekly $190 Calls, the TSLA Weekly $235 Calls, and the COIN Weekly $100-101 Calls, offered up good intraday runs for us to take advantage of, and here’s how that activity played out for us:

AAPL Weekly $190 Calls
$190:
 1.48-2.58 (+74%)
_____

TSLA Weekly $235 Calls
$235: 3.35-5.55 (+66%)

COIN Weekly $100-101 Calls
$100:
 2.97-7.05 (+137%)
$101: 2.52-6.25 (+148%)

 Fresh Options Ideas:
BURL Weekly $149-150 Calls
DKS Weekly $127-129 Calls
LOW Weekly $200-197.50 Puts
SYM 12/15 $47.50-50 Calls

Star Alliance International Corp. (OTCMKTS:STAL) – Recap:

We also wanted to circle back for an update on STAL, which is a stock we’ve flagged in our extended watchlists multiple times beginning on November 3rd. Since then, we’ve witnessed as STAL has run from a low of .001, on up to yesterday’s new high of .0088. That works out to an increase of 780% in just over two weeks’ time.

Monday’s Movers, Fresh Slate of Ideas

Nice Start to the Trading Week:

Things got off to a pretty good start for the week yesterday, after all of the plays we signaled in our premarket report posted good gains on the session. We didn’t have anything to go on with respect to earnings reporter, but we made do, and things worked out just fine. Today, we have a much better earnings calendar to work with, with several big name reporters dropping their figures.

As for yesterday’s slate, our daily targets, the COIN Weekly $74-75 Calls, the SPY 10/16 $432-434 Calls, and the DOCU 10/27 $42 Calls, all fared reasonably well, recording the following intraday moves on the day:

COIN Weekly $74-75 Calls
$74:
 2.22-3.75 (+69%)
$75: 1.77-3.10 (+75%)
_____

SPY 10/16 $432-434 Calls

$434: 1.05-3.36 (+220%)

DOCU 10/27 $42 Calls

Kicking Off Another Trading Week, New Plays

Recapping Friday’s Performance :

We posted good numbers all week last week, and that trend was unchanged for the options trading ideas we offered up in Friday morning’s premarket report. We had ventured possible strike areas in three separate chains, and came back with some favorable results on the day. Even on days where the earnings calendar doesn’t provide us with many opportunities, we always seem to manage.

That trio of plays from Friday consisted of the ULTA Weekly $425-427.50 Calls, the AFRM Weekly $14-15 Calls, and the HIBB 09/15 $40 Calls. Here were the intraday runs we witnessed in each of the contract sets therein:

ULTA Weekly $425-427.50 Calls
$425:
1.37-3.39 (+147%)
$427.50: .90-2.10 (+133%)
_____

AFRM Weekly $14-15 Calls
$14: 1.08-4.25 (+293%)
$14.50: .77-3.62 (+370%)
$15: .47-3.21 (+583%)
_____

HIBB 09/15 $40 Calls
$40: 5.00-6.50 (+30%)

Fresh Options Ideas:

The landscape for interesting high profile earnings reporters is essentially barren today, but we’re going to be tracking the following plays in TSLA and the SPY, a couple of chains that we’ve relied upon for big gains many times before.

TSLA Weekly $240-245 Calls
SPY 08/28 $440-442 Calls*

*Trading contracts on their day of expiration should only be attempted by experienced traders
