Wrapping Up a Challenging Yet Fruitful Week

Yesterday’s Movers:

The end of another trading week is upon us, and while market conditions have certainly made it a challenge, we’ve still been able to log some pretty good ideas and subsequent chances for traders to benefit. Global Tech Industries Group, Inc. GTII – OTC Recap:

The stock posted a nice little breakout for us that fell just shy of producing a double-bag gain opportunity for us. GTII ran from a low of .93 and went on to hit its daily high at 1.78. That works out to a single-session run of 93% and it came on the stock’s second-highest volume day of all time!

Closing Out a Fruitful Trading Week

Options Recap:

We offered up a good mix of options ideas in yesterday morning’s premarket report, most of which worked out for us. We were looking at the CAG 04/08 $35-33 Puts, the STZ 04/08 $237.50-232.50 Puts, and the LW 04/15 $60 Calls. and got some pretty good intraday movement there.

SLQT’s Impressive Run Persists & More

SLQT Stock & Options Update:

Just over two weeks ago, in our report from the morning of August 31st, we caught SLQT after a director filed a Form-4 and soaked up shares at at relative bottom. Combined with the right chart setup, that’s the sort of scenario that we’ll always take a chance on, and it paid off for us.

SLQT has been making steady strides toward a recovery nearly every day since then, and our designated options targets, the SLQT 09/17 $7.50-10 Calls, which expire on Friday, have continued their rise. The stock itself has produced a solid move on the chart from a low of 9.19 on the morning of our original alert, to a new high of 14.03 yesterday. That works out to an upswing of 53% in just two weeks’ time.

As far as our highlighted options plays, we’ve already provided multiple updates, and today’s is quite impressive, with the $10’s in particular edging closer and closer to that coveted thousand percent gainer designation.

Here are the current figures on the total moves these contract sets have posted since the 31st:

SLQT 09/17 $7.50-10 Calls
$7.50:
 1.80-6.50 (+261%)
$10: .40-3.90 (+875%)

Fresh Options Ideas:
MSFT Weekly $300-302.50 Calls
JKS Weekly $46-48 Calls
WEBR Weekly $12.50-15 Calls
