Blue Horseshoe Stocks: BRAV Recap & More

Bravada International, Ltd. BRAV

We tagged BRAV in Friday morning’s premarket report after noticing increased volume and price action in the stock on our routine morning scan. It responded with one heck of a strong intraday performance, allowing traders a shot at a double bagger on the day.

BRAV traded up from its early morning low of .00128 to hit a high of .0028 shortly after 12:40pm, which was good for a 118% rip, and it came on 20X the 30-day average volume.

Deere & Co. DE – Friday Recap

We wanted to briefly mention our DE options idea for Friday’s session, the DE Weekly $118-121 Call.
We normally include the exact gains made by our options calls, but are unable to on this play due to a technical difficulty, so we apologize for that.

That being said, DE ran from 119.00 to 122.24 on the day, and the potential for multi-bag gains in every single one of our highlighted contracts certainly were there for the taking.

FerroGlobe PLC (GSM)

A stock that’s hitting our scanner today is GSM, which recently came down to touch the lowest prices it had seen in eight months, and has been rebounding in anticipation of Q1 Earnings, which were released yesterday and are untraded-upon.

Additionally, the RSI on the GSM chart is about to break the 50-line, while the MACD has just undergone a bullish cross. A return to PPS levels of just three months ago would produce gains of 30% or more from current pricing. We’ll place GSM on watch over the next few sessions and will be interested to see how the activity plays out.

GlycoMimetics, Inc. GLYC – Recap

We were tracking GLYC late last week, and it turned out to be a rousing success. The stock saw a low of 7.21 on Thursday following our premarket alert, and on Friday it hit 14.64, for a two-session swing of 103% which is fantastic for a stock in this price range.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Chatroom Call, SPU Update & More

Another Great Chatroom Call

We’ve been advocating for our daily live trader’s chats pretty heavily lately, and this morning we’ve got yet another example of why. We compile and publish our daily reports every morning between 15-30 minutes prior to the opening bell. We still manage to find great opportunities in the premarket, but sometimes the real movers don’t reveal themselves until regular trading commences. That’s where the chatroom comes in, giving us and our participants the chance to ID solid plays on the fly.

BLDV was one such play, which, subsequent to our chatter’s mention, went on a run from .0005-.0017 for a fantastic intraday rip of 240%

Our chats are open to any of our subscribers who wish to participate, or merely observe, and are conducted exclusively via Skype. Send a contact request to username ‘stocksumo‘ and get involved today!

SkyPeople Fruit Juice, Inc. SPU

We signaled SPU on Monday morning after noticing that it was searching for a bottom. We were mentioning as much in yesterday’s report , along with the fact that our bottom call had been sharp, after the stock bounced off of the 2.30 mark and began to climb 45% to 3.3299.

We also noted that SPU still had a monster gap on the chart to the upside, and for the second straight session the stock hit a new high. It traded in a range from 2.72 to 4.33, which goes down as an intraday move of 59%  From the previous day’s low, it marked a two-session upswing of 88% which occurred on 21X the monthly average volume.

SPU has already been a great bottom bounce call for us, but with the kind of momentum that’s currently present, we’ll continue to watch for it to register higher highs, and higher lows over coming sessions.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: PPCH Breakout & More

Propanc Health Group, Inc. PPCH

It didn’t require any patience on our part before we saw our bottom-watchlist from yesterday morning’s premarket report bear fruit. What we have in PPCH is an example of absolutely perfect timing.

After being mostly in a downtrend for a period that stretches all the way back to springtime, we ended up calling the bottom here with laser-like precision. The stock bulled its way up all day long, trading in a range from .008, through the penny barrier, and up to .017. That works out to an intraday pop of 112% and it came on nearly six times the monthly average volume.

The stock also managed to close just a tick below its high of day at .016, so we’re definitely going to be on the lookout for continued momentum. Yesterday wasn’t the first time we caught this play for triple-digit gains, and in all honesty, it probably won’t be the last.

Twitter, Inc. TWTR – Options Recap

In last Thursday’s morning report,  we presented an options idea for TWTR based on the setup of the chart; at the time it was trading in the mid-$18 range.

We put forth the TWTR 01/20 $19 and $20 Calls, to give ourselves the time needed to realize the upward move we suspected the stock would make, and it turned out to be another good idea. We saw a run to the mid-$19 level, and it facilitated the following performances in our target options:

01/20 $19 Calls – Range: .80-1.64 – Max Gain: 105%
01/20 $20 Calls – Range: .51-1.19 – Max Gain: 133%

Again, with that extended expiration date, we’ve still got all the time in the world to witness even further gains out of these contracts. That should start with with this morning’s opening bell, as TWTR is gapping up in the premarket once again.
_____

Fresh Idea:

Lululemon Athletica, Inc. LULU – On the strength of a solid Q3 earnings release and the authorization of a $100M buyback program, LULU is looking strong, and we want to get in on the action by formulating a new options idea to correspond with the activity.

Yesterday the stock broke out of the channel, from roughly $54-58, that it had been stuck in for several weeks, so we’re going to be focusing our attention on the LULU Weekly $66.50-70 Calls.

MJP International Ltd. MJPI

We also want to recap the performance of another play from yesterday’s extended watchlist. MJPI appeared for the first time in our reports, and responded with a solid session.

From a low of .85 the stock traded as high as 1.18, marking a 39% pop on the day and like the aforementioned play, it too closed just a single increment below the high of day at 1.17, and will thus remain on our list going forward.
