Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Chatroom Calls, Fresh Ideas & More

Chatroom Reminder

It had been awhile since we reminded our reader of our daily stock and options traders chats on Skype. They are a free and open forum for any of our readers to participate in, and a great way to get extra ideas that aren’t included in our morning reports.

Often the hottest plays don’t become apparent until just prior to, or just after the open, and those are the ones that you can catch in our chats, along with sharing ideas of your own.

DRUS was a big winner uncovered by DJ, a regular participant in the chats, yesterday just seconds into the session. Following DRUS being mentioned in the room, the stock ran from .0057-.0325, for whopping gains of 470%

As you can see, there were some SPY calls mentioned in the room as well, and those too did very well on the day. Both those, and DRUS appear to want to continue moving today as well.

As stated above, all of our subscribers are free to join in these chats, by simply sending a Skype contact request to username ‘stocksumo‘.

Fresh Options Idea:
We’ll also look to roll up strike prices and observe the SPY Weekly $272.50-274 Calls

South American Gold Corp. SAGD

What did make it into our premarket newsletters yesterday was SAGD, a stock whose company is about to make a shift into the cannabis space. While it didn’t begin to run just yet, we’re still very interested in the current setup of the chart.

We have posted a video chart going over why we believe SAGD is worthy of continued observation which we encourage you to view by clicking the graphic below:

UpperSolution.com URSL

Another honorable mention from yesterday’s premarket report is URSL, and it too is one we’ll want to continue to keep an eye on based on its setup on the chart.

We identified URSL as a potential bounce play yesterday, and the stock subsequently rebounded from a low of 1.70 to 2.27; a 34% swing. Further recovery could be in order so this one will remain on our radars into the holiday break.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Bottom-Watch Play & More

Eastman Kodak Co. KODK – Update

It was a few weeks ago on the 12th of January that we signaled a range of puts in the Kodak options chain.  The company had seen a considerable surge in price after announcing its own unique crypto-coin, but we took a skeptical position as to its sustainability.

We highlighted the KODK 02/16 $15 & $12.50 Puts.
and wanted to come back around to it this morning to check out the gains that were made possible as the stock has predictably failed to maintain its uptrend, and instead has fallen significantly since our alert.

As a result, the $15 Puts have run from 4.70-8.80 for an 87% pop, while the $12.50′s traded from a low of 2.60 up to 6.50, a gain of 150%

Auris Medical Holding Inc. EARS

We lso want to add a quick bottom watch play in EARS to kick off the week this morning.

It’s got multiple gaps to fill to the upside and is currently considerably oversold. We’ll want to watch this stock for a potential rebound in the days and weeks ahead.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: ADPT Review & More

Adeptus Health, Inc. ADPT

We tagged ADPT in yesterday morning’s report after noticing some abnormal price action and volume in Tuesday post-market trading and in the premarket. It’s the first time we’ve ever mentioned the stock in our long history, and it set the bar high with an excellent rip right out of the starting gate.

The stock shot up like a rocket from a low of 1.12 to a high 3.70, which works out to a 230% pop. Following that huge morning run the stock pulled back and is searching for support, but with the kind of volume and activity we witnessed yesterday, we won’t write this one off entirely. The potential for another bounce is definitely there.

Bravatek Solutions, Inc. BVTK  - We were just mentioning yesterday morning how a participant in our chatroom raised a flag on BVTK Tuesday before it went on a huge run of more than 500% on enormous volume. That momentum carried over really nicely into yesterday’s session, as the stock traded in a range from .0009 early on, all the way to a new high of .0035.

That 288% intraday pop coupled with the previous days enormous increase reinforces what we’ve been talking about in terms of certain plays in the subpenny arena being on fire right now.

To further enhance our point, the big gainers didn’t stop there for the daily trader’s chat. We picked up on a key PR put out by Innovativ Media Group, Inc. INMG tying them to cannabis shortly following the opening bell yesterday, and that put up an impressive performance for the day as well, running 195% from .0019 to .0056.

This call was made well after our premarket reports hit the wires, which demonstrates why we encourage all of our readers to also join in on our daily in-session live chats. Once again- to participate, simply create/sign into your Skype account and send a contact request to ‘stocksumo’.

Celsion Corp. CLSN

We also want to flag CLSN, which put out an interesting PR this morning pertaining to preclinical studies on its bladder cancer treatment under development. (>>View PR)

Meanwhile, the stock itself has been stair-stepping up off of its bottom since February, and must return to the 1.00-level or face delistment from the NASDAQ. We’ll be interested to keep an eye on this play in the weeks and months ahead.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Several Key Updates

Intercloud Systems, Inc. ICLD

In yesterday’s report kicking off the new trading week, we backtracked to our alert of ICLD coming in our report from two Thursday’s ago, at which time the stock was trading at a low of .0157.

We mentioned how it had risen exponentially since that report, and specifically cautioned our readers to track its movements closely right from yesterday’s opening bell. The strength of the ICLD close on Friday was simply too strong to ignore and despite already having spiked considerably for us up to that point, the stock turned in another fantastic intraday performance.

From an early low of .05, the stock ran all the way to .0869 during the course of a session where it steadily climbed all day long and closed near its high. That marked an intraday boost of 74% and and an overall move up of 340% from our observed low from Thursday the 2nd,

Once again, with the intensely bullish close to another session, we’re going to have our eyes peeled for further moves from ICLD, whether they come in the form of a continued push upward, or are preceded by a dip-and-rip pattern off of these impressive highs.

Ciber, Inc. CBR

Prior to yesterday, CBR had been stuck in a rut for quite some time, but we noticed some abnormal premarket activity and decided to include it in yesterday’s report. It was a good idea, with CBR running from .4329 to .65, which works out to a 50% intraday pop.

The move came in conjunction with the company announcement that it was mulling over an unsolicited offer to be acquired through merger by Ameri Holdings, Inc. (AMRH) which values it at .75/share of CBR stock.

Given that the stock is still trading in the low .60′s at present, we’ll be interested to continue to monitor its progress as the company deliberates the merger offer.

More Key Updates

Cerulean Pharmaceuticals, Inc. CERU - We began tracking CERU just over a month ago, and after an extended period of slow and steady increases, finally yesterday the stock broke out in a more significant manner.

Our initial alert on CERU came on the 3rd of February, at which time the stock was trading at a low of 1.11. Yesterday the stock streaked to an impressive new high of 2.65, which comes out to a total upswing of 139%

______

Aurinia Pharmaceuticals, Inc. AUPH -  AUPH is another stock we’ve been tracking for much of 2017 so far that also broke to new highs yesterday. We witnessed a low of 2.95 in AUPH subsequent to our alert on the stock dated January 27th. Gradual increases over the next month would occur, and since we’ve hit the month of March, the stock has been going haywire.

Yesterday AUPH soared to (and closed at) 10.54 which represents a total move of 257% in less than six weeks!

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: SGBY Recap & More

Signal Bay, Inc. SGBY

SGBY was one of last week’s top plays for us. We alerted the play at the beginning of the short week on Tuesday, and it responded with four straight sessions of higher highs and higher lows.

Friday’s move-up brought the stock from a daily low of .02 to a new high of .03, a 50% intraday gain. We had observed an ultimate low in the stock on Tuesday of .0103, meaning that over the course of the week, the total increase on SGBY was 191% Cheers to go out to anyone who was following along with us on this play.

With the kind of momentum the stock has built up at this point, we’ll be certain to reserve it a space on our watchlist as we kick off a fresh, full-length week.

VelocityShares Daily 2X VIX ST ETN (TVIX)

Our decision to submit TVIX to our morning report for tracking on Friday turned out to be a good one. The ETN is an inverse analog to the overall markets, and with a pretty good backslide for stocks, it consistently pushed the envelope all day.

It started by opening at 19.88 and spent the remainder of the day in perpetual uptick-mode. TVIX bulled its way to a daily high of 24.57 for an intraday move of 24% which is quite a solid jump for this price range.

TVIX appears to want to gap up further this morning, with a premarket high of 26.21. A continued backslide for the markets at large would certainly add to the gains we’ve already observed.

Two Rivers Water & Farming Co. TURV

We also want to swing back around to congratulate readers who picked up on our tag of TURV on Thursday, as we were met with a solid opportunity from this gainer as well.

From our observed low of .28 the stock managed to reach .50 Friday afternoon, marking an excellent two-day swing of 79% We’ll stick around and remain interested in TURV moving forward, provided it maintains support at or above .34 on any pullbacks.
