Closing Out Another Great Trading Year, HAPPY 2023!

Today, we close the books on what has been another fantastic year of stock and options trading. 2022 came with its ups and downs, but we weathered all the storms and had plenty of days in the sun! The good far outweighed the bad, and we’re looking forward to more excitement in 2023! HERE’S WISHING A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU AND YOURS!

Cal-Maine Foods Inc. – Options Review:

This morning we’re very happy to submit our last 2022 entry with a bang, by relaying the excellent performance we got out of our single options idea in yesterday morning’s premarket report. We went bearish on CALM, and were instantly rewarded as the stock fell off of a cliff, despite a hot day for the markets as a whole.

Our targets of interest were the CALM 01/20 $60-57.50 Puts, and the multibag intraday profit chances they yielded were exceptional. Here are the intraday ranges and total possible gains they managed for us:

CALM 01/20 $60-57.50 Puts

$60: 1.85-7.30 (+295%)
$57.50: 1.25-5.30 (+324%)

Fresh Options Ideas:
AVY 01/20 $180-185 Calls
CSL 01/20 $240 Calls

Kala Pharmaceuticals, Inc. KALA – Recap:

We had just updated readers yesterday morning on KALA, which we included in Wednesday morning’s extended watchlist. From the 6.00 low we observed on Wednesday, that worked out to an overnight swing of 662%

HEICO Corporation HEI – Options Update:

This week has lived up to the stereotype of a typical holiday trading week between Christmas and the New Year. No one is reporting earnings, not much has been going on, and the opportunities have been much fewer and further between. Today we do have an update on a set of options contracts that we alerted on Tuesday of last week.

We signaled interest in the HEI 01/20 $150 Calls, and they have made a modest but respectable move for us over that time span.

HEI 01/20 $150 Calls
$150:
 3.70-7.50 (+103%)

Fresh Options Idea:
CALM 01/20 $60-57.50 Puts

Kala Pharmaceuticals, Inc. KALA – Recap:

We had placed KALA on watch via yesterday morning’s extended watchlist. Our EW’s often consist of a mix of big board and OTC stocks. In this case, KALA trades on the upper exchange, and yet still managed to explode off of our list with a single-session multibag run yesterday. The stock ran from a low of 6.00 yesterday and has now touched 19.73 in premarket trading today, marking a total rise of 229%

STRY and GTII Continue to Break Out:

Today we wanted to come back to STRY and GTII, two of the OTC plays that we featured in yesterday morning’s report, for a couple of reasons. Firstly, while the ranges we gave for their prior movements were correct, the percentages were not as they were listed. The proper figures were 103%, and 62%, respectively.

That being said, we are happy to report that both of those stocks added new gains yesterday, pushing our observed highs higher, which are correct this time, and you will find below. Even if you weren’t already tracking and into one of these plays, there were still single-session opportunities available. STRY’s daily range was .026-.059 (+127%) and GTII posted a jump from 1.20-1.85 (+54%). Our total witnessed runs since the dates mentioned below are as follows:

Starry Group Holding, Inc. STRY
Alerted: December 20th
Range: .0165-.059 (+258%)
_____

Global Tech Industries Group, Inc. GTII

Tuesday’s Runners, Four Fresh Ideas

Tuesday’s Solid Options Gainers:

We were fairly light on earnings reporters yesterday morning, and not much was jumping out to us during our morning scans. This resulting in our only setting forth potential ideas for two options chains. That being said, we did see the opportunity for some very nice intraday profits with both of those ideas.

The newly presented targets in our premarket report were the GFS 11/18 $60 Calls, and the DD Weekly $62-64 Calls. Despite the longer period prior to expiration, it was the GFS Calls for next week that blasted off and provided us with a huge multibag gain chance.

GFS 11/18 $60 Calls
$60:
 1.00-4.20 (+320%)
_____

DD Weekly $62-64 Calls
$62: 3.30-5.62 (+70%)
$63: 2.64-4.67 (+77%)
$64: 1.80-3.50 (+94%)

Fresh Options Ideas:

TTD Weekly $46.50-48 Calls
META Weekly $99-101 Calls
DIS Weekly $95-92 Puts
RBLX Weekly $35-33 Puts

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Great Start to the Week

T2 Biosystems, Inc. TTOO

This past Thursday morning, we cautioned our readers that TTOO was heavily oversold, and sniffing out a bottom with a massive gap to the upside. As it turned out, our timing on that alert could not have any better. The stock saw its low of .52 that day and hasn’t looked back since. Yesterday, TTOO reached .76 which works out to a three-day upswing of 46%, a modest yet respectable move.

More importantly, the stock is once again taking off on the heels of a fresh PR this morning (below), reaching a new high of 1.13 in premarket trading. That further extends our observed range on this play to 117% as TTOO begins to fill the gap on the chart that we mentioned which runs up to the 1.36 mark.

LEXINGTON, Mass., Aug. 06, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — T2 Biosystems, Inc. (NASDAQ:TTOO) announced today that the United States Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) granted approval for a New Technology Add-on Payment (NTAP) for the T2Bacteria® Panel for FY 2020.

Allakos, Inc. ALLK – We also signaled interest in the ALLK 08/16 $45-60 Calls yesterday in opposition to the market activity we were observing, and those targets bucked the trend quite nicely, with three out of the four producing notable opportunities on the day:
