Big Name Earnings Reporters & More

Denali Therapeutics Inc. DNLI – Options Review:

The first thing we want to do this morning is provide an update on DNLI. Earlier this month, we formulated a longer term options idea which has been heating up over the past week. Most of our daily options ideas are geared toward weekly calls and meant to be quick-strike opportunities, but on occasion we do like to signal interest in contracts with several weeks or even months remaining until expiration.

In this case, we targeted the DNLI 11/19 $50-55 Calls, and in the past several sessions, significant moves have begun to occur, with both sets cracking into multibag territory. So far, the trading ranges on these plays have been as follows:

DNLI 11/19 $50-55 Calls
$50: 1.20-2.94 (+145%)
$55: .50-1.43 (+186%)

We’ll want to continue to monitor these ideas, with more than three weeks left until they expire and the stock being on the move.

Fresh Options Ideas:
UPS Weekly $207.50-212.50 Calls
FB Weekly $325-332.50 Calls
LMT Weekly $360-345 Puts
