Yesterday’s Options Movers:  

We made some good picks for yesterday morning’s premarket report, coming up with four options trading ideas based off of the day’s earnings calendar. It was a mixed bag of calls and puts, and we fared pretty well with the whole lot of them. We’re still in the position of being right in the thick of an active quarterly earnings season, and attempting to take full advantage.

Yesterday’s four plays that turned out to be solid intraday runners were the DDOG Weekly $88-85 Puts, the UPS Weekly $172.50-175 Calls, the LLY Weekly $490-500 Calls, and the IFF 08/18 $65-60 Puts. Motorsport Games, Inc. MSGM – NASDAQ Review:

We also have to take a minute to rehash the incredible performance of MSGM after we included it at the top of yesterday’s extended watchlist. This NASDAQ play saw a low of 6.85 during yesterday’s session, and today its premarket high came in at an incredible 80.67, which represents an overnight rise of 1077%

Good Start to the Trading Week, New Plays

Solid Start to the Week: 

We got off on a good foot for Monday’s premarket report, despite a real lack of big name earnings reporters. The only two potential plays that really jumped out to us yesterday did, however, post some nice double bag moves for us on the session.

We had signaled our interest in tracking the ARLP 02/17 $22.50-25 Calls, and the GEHC Weekly $70-68.50 Puts, and we got some very nice movement from each set of ideas on the day. Today’s earnings plays deal with some much bigger names, so our week should continue along an interesting trajectory. We continued our flawless run of options plays in yesterday morning’s premarket report, having offered up potential targets for four chains. With the exception of the one longer-term play, which do typically make their runs over an extended span, all of our targets provided chances at reaping big intraday rewards. Even those November calls did put up nominal increases on the day.

Xcpcnl Business Services Corp. XCPL – OTC Recap: 

Another update on the OTC front this morning for XCPL, which began appearing in our extended watchlists a week ago today on the 19th. We have since witnessed a considerable run from a low of .0022, up to yesterday’s new high of .0085. That works out to an increase of 286% over a period of just a few short days.

Good Start to the Week, New Options Ideas

Options Updates:

We’ve got some options updates to put forth this morning after the trading week got off to a hot start yesterday. We had signaled some longer-term calls which will need some time to mature, as well as a set of daily SPY Calls. Those performed quite well for us on the session as the markets ripped their way up the charts for most of the session.

We’ve got an update on those SPY targets which were the SPY 10/24 $374-376 Calls as well as some new highs to report on some other longer-term options that we’ve been tracking this month. For the CAT 11/04 $180-185 Calls, we alerted these calls on Wednesday the 5th, while the UNFI 11/18 $35 Calls were an idea we formulated on September 30th. Both of those ideas have continued to build onto their highs and increased the gains we’ve observed by a considerable margin.

We’ve also got a quick OTC update on CRTD, a stock we signaled initially on the 13th of this month, which has appeared another handful of times on our extended watchlists since then. Over the span of the last 8 trading days, CRTD has managed to run from a low of .0761 to a very impressive new high of .595 yesterday, making for an increase of 682%
