Two for Tuesday:

We had a good, solid, outing yesterday, if not a highly impressive one. We had signaled a couple of bearish ideas for our our premarket report, and although we didn’t get much juice from the markets which trended upward all day long, we still saw gains across our relatively small board. Out of four possible strikes only our lone target in the MSM chain registered a multibag move on the session, so that was definitely the play of the day.

Our watchlist consisted only of the MSM 07/19 $75 Puts, and the CRWD Weekly $390-385 Puts. Here were the upswings we witnessed therein:

Tuesday’s Top Up-Tickers, 5 New Possibilities

Tuesday’s Options Updates:

We finally ran into a hitch for the first time this year yesterday, with one of the three potential options plays we laid out in our morning report failing to produce instant results. Our BOX 01/19 $25 Calls may need some more time to produce a sizable upswing, but the other two targets certainly worked out for us on the day.

Those plays were the MSM Weekly $90 Puts, and the AYI 01/19 $210-220 Calls, and below you’ll find the intraday moves on those, as well as another update on the CYTK 01/19 $70 Calls which we’ve been tracking since December 29th, after they recorded an impressive new high this week. It’s a good example of how some of our longer-term ideas can take slightly longer to come to full fruition.

2024 Win Streak Extended:

We kept the 2024 train of success moving right down the tracks yesterday, hitting on all three of our potential trade ideas for the day. We have yet to miss on a single daily options pick this year, and of course, will try to keep it going for as long as we can! There are some decent earnings reporters dropping figures, so today looks pretty good for a chance to keep the trend going in the right direction.
