It was another excellent outing for us yesterday as another earnings season continued to ramp up, and the three potential options trading ideas that we offered up in our premarket report turned in some really nice runs on the day. Bank earnings are coming back big and carrying the markets up with them as they go, which means things should remain interesting around here for quite some time.

Yesterday’s highlighted possibilities were the GS Weekly $535-545 Calls, the SCHW Weekly $72.50-74 Calls, and the UNH Weekly $585-580 Puts. Here were the biggest intraday upticks on those target ranges:

Another Clean Sweep Session:

It was another strong day for the markets yesterday, and for the exclusively bullish ideas we formulated for our premarket report. It was a four-pack of potential plays that we included, and just like the previous session, each of our possible targets turned in good intraday runs.

Good Start to the Short Week:

We got things off to a pretty good start on this holiday-shortened week, despite only formulating a couple of possible options plays for our readers. The two targets that we did highlight in our premarket report, certainly put up some very solid numbers across the board, with multibag gain potential in each set of contracts mentioned.

Those were the NVDA Weekly $547.50-550 Calls, and the GS Weekly $377.50-382.50 Calls, and and here were the intraday upswings they posted for Tuesday’s session:

We also want to enter a potential longer-term play on Spirit Airlines into the mix, which is getting crushed after a judge blocked its merger with Jet Blue. Even if it continues to fall a bit, we’re taking the position that a snap-back may occur shortly thereafter, so we’re going to track the SAVE 02/16 $5.00-7.50 Calls in the days and weeks ahead.

Massive Moves Friday, Potential Trades to Start the Week

Friday’s Big Time Movers:

We closed things out on Friday morning just before the holiday break in a really big way. In our premarket report, we offered up trade possibilities in four options chains, and came away with multibag intraday performances across the board that ranged from good to great. It perpetuates a trend of excellence we’ve had going for 2024 so far, in which we’ve only missed on a single daily options idea. All indications are that this year is going to be every bit as successful as the last!
