Closing in On a Perfect Options Trading Week?

Sweeping the Board Yet Again:

It has been one heck of a week for us with regard to our performance on the various options plays we’ve been tracking day to day. For the fourth straight session this week, all of the ideas contained in yesterday’s premarket report ended up posting good numbers on the day. Should all of this morning’s fresh plays yield intraday gain opportunities, that will make the whole week miss-free on our part, which would be an exceedingly impressive feat.

That’s how hot we’ve been, and we’re more than pleased to share it with our followers. Yesterday’s targets were the IBM Weekly $126-128 Calls, the UNP Weekly $200-192.50 Puts, and the TSLA Weekly $210-205 Puts, and here are the potential profit chances they offered us during the session:

Winning Options Plays, 4 Fresh Ideas

Options Reviews:

Despite only having a single earnings reporter yesterday morning off of which we could base an options idea, we managed to turn up some pretty good opportunities including a couple multi-bag gain chances.

That lone fresh play was for the PEP Weekly $162.50-167.50 Calls, and they did post some nice intraday moves. In addition, we have a couple of updates on some longer term calls that we signaled in reports from last week. For the CAT 11/04 $180-185 Calls, we alerted these calls on last Wednesday the 5th, while the UNFI 11/18 $35 Calls were an idea we formulated on September 30th. Both have performed rather nicely, and give a good example of why we like to include a mix of quick-strike plays with longer-term ideas.

PEP Weekly $162.50-167.50 Calls
$162.50: 4.55-8.10 (+78%)
$165: 2.77-6.02 (+117%)
$167.50: 1.40-4.05 (+189%)
_____

CAT 11/04 $180-185 Calls
$180: 5.43-9.40 (+73%)
$185: 4.00-5.80 (+45%)
_____

UNFI 11/18 $35 Calls
$35:
1.80-3.80 (+111%)

Fresh Options Ideas:
SPY 10/14 $352.349 Puts
DPZ Weekly $315-325 Calls
DAL Weekly $29-29.50 Calls
BLK Weekly $515-505 Puts

Meta Materials, Inc. MMTLP – OTC Recap:

We had just marked MMTLP as an OTC worth tracking in yesterday morning’s extended watchlist, and the stock recorded a very nice intraday move for us, running from a low of 3.80 up to a high of 6.90. That represents an intraday rally of 82%

AZZ Multibagger, PEP Options Idea

AZZ Targets Run:

Things were rather thin yesterday morning in terms of potential options ideas that jumped out to us as we were searching for new potential plays. We only had one earnings reporter on the day, and that happened to be AZZ. We decided to go bearish on that, and it turned out to be a pretty good idea. Things will be picking back up for earnings next week, so we have that to forward to, but for now we’re still just getting along as best we can.

We targeted the AZZ 10/21 $40-35 Puts, and while the gain chances they generated didn’t shatter the earth, it was still quite a respectable outing, with the $35’s yielding a really nice multibag rip. Here were the ranges and total possible profits to made off of yesterday’s AZZ Puts.

AZZ 10/21 $40-35 Puts
$366: 6.30-8.98 (+43%)
$367: 1.50-4.80 (+220%)

Fresh Options Ideas:
PEP Weekly $162.50-167.50 Calls

ProText Mobility Inc. TXTM – OTC Recap:

A lot of our regular readers will recognize TXTM as an OTC play that we’ve tracked pretty consistently over the recent past, and one that has been producing solid swing trade opportunities. After our most recent alert on September 27th, the stock has posted a run from a low of .0071 up to .0146, which is a double-bag increase of 106%

Friday’s Big Winners, Fresh SPY Plays

Huge Close to Last Week:

We closed out the trading week on Friday in a big way, with both of the sets of October options targets that we signaled going on to record some quite substantial moves and total possible gains for anyone who was tracking the plays we highlighted. Additionally, we had more new highs in the STZ Puts we’d been tracking from the session, as well as a massive move from another play from Thursday morning.

All in all it was an explosion of gains in many of the targets we’ve been focused on, making for an excellent finish to the week. A Selection of July Calls & More

Winning Options Review:

We were pleased to start off the short trading week with a bang yesterday, getting right back on track with a couple of options trading ideas that netted some good intraday gain opportunities for anyone who was paying attention. The markets ripped all day long, so it was definitely a good time to go bullish on the SPY.

We did so with the SPY 06/21 $369-371 Calls, and we also stuck in an idea for the one earnings play that stood out to us on the day, the LEN Weekly $64-66 Calls. In both cases, the potential profits reach multibag territory. Those moves were as follows:

SPY 06/21 $369-371 Calls
$369:
 3.76-7.43 (+98%)
$370: 2.88-6.52 (+126%)
$371: 2.59-5.50 (+112%)
_____

LEN Weekly $64-66 Calls

$64: 1.90-4.03 (+112%)
$65: 1.88-4.00 (+113%)
$66: 1.05-3.23 (+208%)

Fresh Options Ideas:

We’re in the midst of an earnings drought that is going to persist for at least a few more weeks, but we’re still trucking right along, working with what we’ve got. Today’s earnings play that stands out in the premarket is from the Winnebago chain, while we’ve also noticed some insider buying near the bottom on NLOK.

WGO 07/15 $45-50 Calls
NLOK 07/15 $24-25 Calls
FL 07/15 $31-32 Calls

Revlon, Inc. REV – Recap:

We’ve also got an update on Revlon, which we tagged for observation on Friday morning. The stock has followed that alert up with two nice sessions in a row now. Our observed range for that period is 2.73-6.95 (+155%) This morning’s premarket high of 8.39 marks an overall increase of 207% over just a few trading days!
