Monday’s Movers, 3 Fresh Trading Ideas

Monday Recap:

It was a fairly solid day for us on Monday, with all of the ideas in our premarket report posting positive moves, and two out of those three being actual big runners that traders could have taken for a ride. It was the options chains of the two main cruise lines that provided the impetus for those gains.

We had the CCL Weekly $31-31.50 Calls, the CUK 10/17 $30 Calls, and the NVO Weekly $55-54 Puts on watch, and these were the biggest runs registered by each of those target ranges:

Tuesday’s Plays:

Tuesday was a better day for us than Monday, with a lot more opportunities to make a quick buck. We offered up four possibilities in our premarket report for the day, and all but one set of contracts from that group exhibited very nice intraday upswings.

As for the winners, we had targeted the SPY 08/26 $643-642 Puts, the SMTC 09/19 $50-55 Calls, and the ATAT 09/19 $35-40 Calls for observation and they returned the following results:

We got off to a bit of a rusty start this week following our hiatus, with just two of the three ideas we floated for yesterday’s premarket report posting intraday gains. It does happen on occasion, but we’ve no doubt that we’ll be back to our proper form and routine in no time.

Another Solid Trading Week on the Books

Another Successful Trading Week:

We fared quite well yesterday, with the only one of our four options ideas that didn’t pop off immediately being a longer-term play with a November expiration. Everything else from our premarket report performed quite well, with solid-to-huge gains on the table for the session. We also saw a play we began tracking on Monday continue to pad its own gains for the week.

Yesterday’s winning targets were the LW 10/20 $95-100 Calls, the CAG Weekly $27-26 Puts, and the ACCD 10/20 $10 Puts, and of course the numbers for the RIVN Weekly $25-23 Puts from Monday’s report represent their intraday increases.

Our midweek report yielded some pretty positive results for us yesterday, and while the potential gains weren’t quite as large as we are typically shooting for, and used to achieving, they were still very respectable, and all of our suggested targets posted some level of intraday gains for us. We can’t get mad at a 3-for-3 outing, so we’ll chalk it up as a solid trading day.
