Monday’s Movers:

We were able to get off to a pretty decent start for the week on Monday, with the ideas we included in our premarket report producing some pretty nice opportunities on the day. We were a little thin on big name earnings reporters, but we made it work nonetheless.

Our focal points for the day were the SE Weekly $56-58 Calls, the AVDL 03/15 $15 Calls, the MARA Weekly $27.50-28.50 Calls, and the COIN Weekly $220-222.50 Calls. Here are the chances they gave us to profit off of yesterday’s session:

We went mostly bullish on our earnings plays from yesterday morning’s premarket report, and despite the markets performing horribly yesterday, we still still managed to see some really nice intraday upswings out of our targeted group, toward the end of the session. They all posted runs of a significant nature into the close, so all in all it was a solid day for us.

Good Start to Short Week, 4 Fresh Ideas

Recap of Tuesday’s Results:

Things got off to a pretty decent start for us as we kicked off this holiday-shortened trading week yesterday morning. In our premarket report, we included a selection of earnings based ideas, and a couple of longer term tech setup plays. Most of what we were monitoring fared reasonably well on the day, with the exception of a set of October calls in CG. All in all, we’re pleased with how things started out this week, and are all set to increase our good fortune.

The targets that recorded good moves were the TCOM 09/15 $40-38 Puts, the BRC 09/15 $50-55 Calls, the CRMT 09/15 $105-100 Puts, and the TSEM 10/20 $31 Calls.There wasn’t much movement in the BRC $50’s but everything else performed quite nicely as you can see below:

On Thursday, once again most of the ideas in our premarket report produced notable intraday movement. Just one of our three fresh ideas failed to record sizable intraday upswings. Such has been the case this week, however most of our interests have been fruitful.

In addition to the GBX 07/21 $35-40 Calls, and the PAYX 07/21 $110-115 Calls, from yesterday’s report, we also saw some impressive new highs in the AVAV 07/21 $95-100 Calls that we alerted on Wednesday morning. Here’s how those ideas shook out for us on Thursday:

Wednesday’s Winners, New Earnings Plays

Recapping Wednesday’s Movers:

We did fairly well with the options ideas we highlighted in yesterday morning’s premarket report. There were significant intraday moves for two out of our three ideas, and we strongly suspect we’ll be circling back for the third at a later date. We also have a relatively large slate of earnings reporters this morning, so we should be able to pick up the pace as we head into the end of this trading week.

The possibilities that did pan out quite well on the day Wednesday were the AVAV 07/21 $95-100 Calls, and the GIS 07/21 $75-72.50 Puts., which both produced some very nice intraday activity.
