Five for Five on Wednesday:

We got things right back on track in yesterday morning’s premarket report, with a mostly bearish slate of options trading ideas. We went to the short side on four out of our five potential plays for the day, and the markets played along, experiencing a rather red day that helped facilitate some nice gain chances among our picks. All five posted solid intraday runs for us on the day.

After Campbell’s beat on earnings, we formulated an options idea in yesterday’s premarket report to go along with the activity we were observing. Our targets were the CPB Weekly $38.50-40.50 Calls, and despite a down day for the markets in general, CPB produced just the right performance to allow for some really nice gains.
