We are off to a very rare late start this week, so let us first apologize for the unusual absence of a premarket report for yesterday’ session. Our data was temporarily down, so what we’ll do now that we’re back up and running, is go over the moves we’ve seen from the options ideas contained in Friday’s premarket report, then we’ll take a look at where we’re at today in terms of some fresh ideas to consider going forward.

All three of the picks we made for Friday’s report produced good gain opportunities, so lets jump right into that. Those targets were the KMX Weekly $81-83 Calls, the SWBI 07/21 $10-12.50 Calls, and the APOG 07/21 $45 Calls, and here are the moves we subsequently observed:

Options Winners Across the Board

Clean Options Sweep: 

We brought the heat in yesterday morning’s premarket report, in which we hashed out a selection of four potential options plays based off of earnings, and we were really pleased with the results. We offered up four sets of possible plays, and each and every one of them returned opportunities for intraday gains.

Our specific targets were the NEOG Weekly $15.50-16.50 Calls, the CAG Weekly $39-40 Calls, the STZ Weekly $227.50-222.50 Puts, and the WBA Weekly $36.50-35.50 Puts. The level of gain chances we saw ranged from moderate to explosive, but no matter how you slice it, we scored another clean sweep and perfect session on our selections for the day. Big Options Gainers, New Earnings Plays

Huge SPY Gains & More: 

Yesterday’s trading session was one of extremes. The markets gapped up before dipping early, and running into the Fed meeting, after which there was another precipitous drop-off followed by a late day run into the close. It was a choppy and exciting session, and that late rally pushed the SPY Calls we highlighted in our premarket report to some major league moves.

Those potential plays were the SPY 01/04 $382-383 Calls, and we got some decent intraday push from our other set of targets, the SGH 01/20 $15-17.50 Calls as well. Here were the intraday ranges and total possible gains to be had for both ideas, as well as some new highs on the PLAY 01/20 $35-36 Calls we’ve been on since December 20th:

We have been tracking KALA since first alerting the stock in our report from last Wednesday morning, subsequent to which time, we would observe a low of 6.00. It has been a constant flow of new highs since then, and yesterday, KALA reached an incredible 56.72, which works out to an increase of 845% over the lows from last week.
