Closing Out a Good Trading Week, 4 New Possibilities

Wrapping Up a Solid Trading Week:

Things didn’t go 100% our way yesterday for the first time in at least a week, but we still managed to log some pretty good gain opportunities in two out of our three interests for the session. We give our best effort every morning, and the result won’t always come out exactly how we’d like, but we firmly believe our general success rate with options is vastly higher than any other daytrading newsletter out there, free or paid!

Yesterday’s movers were the DG Weekly $137-139 Calls, and the CHWY Weekly $18-17 Puts, and here’s the breakdown of their intraday moves and total possible gains:

Yesterday’s Options Movers, Fresh Plays & More

Yesterday’s Options Results:

Our perfect streak had to come to an end sooner or later, with one of our ideas from yesterday’s premarket report failing to produce instant opportunities. We didn’t see an immediate push from the August YETI Calls we signaled, but there is, of course, plenty of time before expiration for us to get the activity we’re looking for from them.

In the meantime, our other three selections proved to be solid ideas for the day, and three out of four is nothing to sneeze at! Those plays that yielded gratification were the WBA Weekly $38.50-39.50 Calls, the DCT 07/15 $17.50-15 Puts and the SGH 07/15 $17.50 Calls, and here were the total possible profits which could have been reaped from those targets:

WBA Weekly $38.50-39.50 Calls
$38.50:
 .52-1.13 (+117%)
$39: .45-.84 (+87%)
$39.50: .35-.59 (+69%)
_____

DCT 07/15 $17.50-15 Puts
$17.50:
2.45-4.00 (+63%)
$15: .70-2.25 (+221%)
_____

SGH 07/15 $17.50 Calls

$17.50: .15-.55 (+267%)

Fresh Options Idea
MU Weekly $53.50-52 Puts
NFLX 07/22 $185-190 Calls

haring Economy International Inc. SEII – OTC Recap:

Yesterday morning we noticed that SEII had been pressing upward on a considerable run, and included it in our extended watchlist. The stock continued its impressive push, trading in a range from .106 up to .142. The momentum built up in this stock is considerable, and we’ll certainly be watching for a continuation of same in the sessions to come on the other side of the long weekend.

Blue Horseshoe Stocks: Bearish Options Idea & More

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. ANF – Options Idea

After noticing this morning’s earnings release from ANF, which included a big shortfall on expected sales as well as guidance for the remainder of the year, we may be interested in taking a bearish stance and using the current sentiment to our advantage with a series of puts.

We’re going to place ANF Weekly $22-19.50 Puts on watch as the stock is gapping down more than ten percent in premarket trading. If a large selloff continues to persist, we could be looking at some serious action in these contracts.

As long as the stock doesn’t recover past this morning’s premarket high of 22.95 once the session commences, this idea will remain in play.

Axiom Corp. AXMM

We’ve got an interesting chart setup on this subpenny stock that is sufficient to warrant tagging the play for observation. In addition to forming a fairly strong ascending triangle pattern, there are a number of other bullish attributes of which to take note.

As we’ve pointed out on the following snapshot, AXMM’s coming off of being oversold, and we’re going to want to see that RSI surpass the 50-line. Meanwhile the MACD just underwent a bullish cross, and if we can see a breach of the .0029-mark, there’s little in the way of resistance until you hit .0055, which would also represent a breach of the current 50DMA.
