5 Fresh Ideas to Finish the Week

Thursday’s Big Movers:

We had another mixed, yet mostly successful outing yesterday with regard to the options trading ideas we formulated for our premarket report. Three out of four is not too shabby, and that’s how many of our ideas yielded at least once chance at multibag profits on the day. In the cases of OKTA and BBY, the gain opportunities were quite significant.

Those targets that we were tracking were the SNOW Weekly $144-141 Puts, the OKTA Weekly $80-82 Calls, and the BBY Weekly $82.50-81 Puts, and the solid figures they recorded for the session broke down like this:

Friday Recaps, Fresh Plays For Monday

Friday’s Options Review:

We offered up a mixed bag of possible options trading ideas on Friday, with most of them falling under the bearish category. The markets provided impetus in both directions, and that provided us with the volatility needed to see some very nice gain opportunities. The only targets that went the wrong way on us were our AAPL Puts, but the impressive new highs in the three AI sets we were tracking last week made up the difference, and then some.

Our runners from Friday’s report were the QCOM Weekly $135-134 Puts, the AMZN Weekly $110-108 Puts, and the GILD Weekly $84-85 Calls. Our tracked ideas on AI were the AI Weekly $20-20.50 & $22 Calls, from our reports on the 1st and the 2nd, respectively) and those posted some really good new highs in addition to the stock itself making a solid move up. We’ve also got a quick little OTC update to relay this morning. We first tagged AIAD on Wednesday morning at a low of .0078. By Friday the stock reached a new high of .02, which represents an intraweek swing of 156%

We just updated our readers on the performance of SYSX in yesterday’s report, but with the excellent new highs set by the stock during the session, it’s necessary for us to recap it once again. Out of the five sets of earnings related options ideas we formulated in our premarket report on Friday morning, we scored solid gain opportunities with four of them. An extremely fine performance, considering the markets as a whole took a nose dive shortly before 10AM.

We were looking at the AAPL Weekly $155-160 Calls, the JD Weekly $62-66 Calls, the SPY 04/29 $423-425 Calls, and the FUTU Weekly $33-34.50 Calls, which made some highly respectable moves at the outset of the session.
