Friday’s Runners, Fresh Slate of Targets

Top-Flight Friday Finish:

Last week was a short trading week that did not exhibit the sleepy characteristics that holiday weeks can sometimes display. We were on point with our options trading ideas all week long, and we capped off that excellent run in Friday morning’s report with four ideas that all made some really good intraday swings. Our biggest goal has always been identifying what we feel are some of the best possible targets on any given day, and as any of our regular readers can attest, we’ve become VERY good at what we do.

Friday’s interests were the DOCU Weekly $52-54 Calls, the RH Weekly $347.50-340 Puts, the SMAR 09/15 $40-45 Calls, and the SWBI 09/15 $10-12.50 Calls, and here are the nice moves they recorded on the session:

Another Pair of Options Bangers, Fresh Plays

Big Time Options Runners:

Yesterday was a very interesting day on the markets, as the Fed Meeting predictably threw an element of extreme volatility into the mix that typically helps swing traders such as ourselves and most of our readers. The activity sent the SPY 09/21 $386-385 Puts, which we signaled for observation on Tuesday morning, into an absolute frenzy of multibag movement.

We also had signaled a longer-term set of calls in the GIS 10/21 $77.50-80 Calls, yesterday morning, and General Mills bucked the trend so heavily that we didn’t even have to wait days or weeks for the idea to mature, as is often the case with our signals that have expiration dates weeks or months into the future. Those too made excellent moves during what turned out to be a very exciting trading day.

SPY 09/21 $386-385 Puts
$386:
 .73-9.03 (+1137%)
$385: .50-7.98 (+1496%)

GIS 10/21 $77.50-80 Calls

Lowes Calls Rip, Fresh New Ideas

Solid Options Sweep:

We cruised past the mid-week mark in style yesterday, after our premarket report’s various possibilities for daily options plays all netted good intraday opportunities for us. At this point, we routinely expect our ideas to work out in some fashion, because it happens so much more often than not.

Yesterday’s  primary targets were the LOW Weekly $215-217.50 Calls, the DNUT Weekly $15-12.50 Puts, and the TGT Weekly $177.50-175 Puts, and as you’ll see from the table of figures below, some of the gain chances on offer during the session were rather impressive.

LOW Weekly $215-217.50 Calls

DNUT Weekly $15-12.50 Puts
