Another Clean Sheet on Thursday:

Things went very well for us for the fourth straight day of the week yesterday, with our premarket report for Thursday’s session going nicely to plan. We had signaled a batch of four potential plays for the session, and saw pretty good intraday activity out of all of them. Things have been a little dry on the earnings front, but we’ve still managed to get along quite nicely.

Our designated targets for the day were the ADBE Weekly $590-600 Calls, the JBL Weekly $120 Calls, the MTDR 01/19 $55-60 Calls, and the SPY 12/14 $472-473 Calls. The intraday moves they posted were as follows:

We really got things back on track yesterday after a fairly lackluster outing on Tuesday. We hashed out a trio of potential option plays, and not only did we see intraday gains from all of them, but there were even a pair of FIVE THOUSAND PERCENT gainers on the board!

Our interests on the day were the, the, and the. It was our SPY Calls that absolutely ripped through the stratosphere and registered those incredible intraday moves. Those aren’t the biggest single session gainers we’ve had in 2023, but they are definitely high up on our list of successful picks. Here’s how it all broke down on Wednesday:

A Good Day for Puts:

It was a challenging day for the markets yesterday, as they experienced quite the bloodbath, and that did not bode particularly well for some of our bullish ideas, but fortunately, we had some bears on the docket as well and saw some very nice moves in those. Just the latest example of why we typically try to include a mixed bag of ideas as much as we can.

Our puts from yesterday were the UNFI 10/20 $15 Puts and the THO 10/20 $90 Puts, with the TSLA Weekly $245-242.50 Puts from Monday’s report tacking on some new highs for us as well. So the figures below represent yesterday’s activity on UNFI and THO, while the TSLA numbers reflect a two-day swing:

Another Clean Options Sweep:

Another day, another roundly successful set of options trading ideas. We formulated potential plays in four options chains in yesterday morning’s premarket report, and came back with four winners on the day. We’ve gotten to the point where we’d be shocked if the majority of our ideas didn’t work out to a certain extent on any given day.

We posted another excellent performance yesterday in terms of the potential options ideas that we submitted for observation in our premarket report. We selected a four-pack of plays that had an interesting look in early trading and managed to squeeze some pretty good opportunities out of the whole lot of them.
