Wednesday’s Winners, 4 Fresh Options Plays

Winning Trend Continues on Wednesday:

After a decent start to the first trading week of the new year on Tuesday, we kept things rolling pretty well yesterday for the second straight day. Our premarket report contained four potential plays on the options front, and each of those targets recorded some pretty good intraday upswings. We were hoping for a nice beginning to 2024 and thus far that goal is going according to plan!

Off to a Good Start in 2024

Solid Start to the New Year:

We fared reasonably well in our first trading session of 2024 yesterday, despite having no earnings reports to inspire our options candidates of the day. We expect things on that front to be similarly dry moving forward, with few big-name reporters slated to drop figures in the first couple weeks of this new year. As always, we’ll still do everything we can to find other opportunities in the meantime.

We also wanted to give a quick update on an OTC stock that we had in yesterday morning’s extended watchlist. ENZC made a pretty nice intraday move from a low of .0169 up to a high .0215, which represents a rise of 27%

In a rare occurrence, we opted not to include any options trading ideas on Friday before breaking for the holiday. There were no earnings reporters, and the markets were looking rather subdued, and set up for a humdrum kind of a day. It was a quiet end to a year that had been anything but quiet, but we’re ready to get things rolling for 2024. We’ll still be without earnings reporters today, but that won’t stop us from rooting out something to focus upon for this first trading day of the year.

If 2024 turns out anywhere near as positive as 2023 was, we will be in very good shape! Closing Out Another Incredible Trading Year

Unfortunately for our current options streak, we were left with just a single idea for yesterday’s report, and we mistakenly published the wrong strike prices. It’s a rare mistake on our part, but we do make them like anyone else. Not how we would have chosen to kick off our final report of the year, but what a year it has been!

2023 was probably our most successful year to date in terms of our constant quest to root out daily options trading opportunities. We strung together countless winning picks, gained a lot of new subscribers, and retained incredible read rates from our existing subscribers! No matter when you joined our ranks, we want to thank you, and wish you and yours a very happy new year, with tons of good fortune to come in 2024!

We did have a couple of nice movers come off of the extended watchlist from yesterday’s morning report. It’s always a good idea to check through our daily lists, especially on days where there’s not much happening on the options front. We began tracking this OTC play on December 18th, and over the week and a half since, have observed a pretty nice increase. From a low of .14, we have seen ELYS run up to a new high of .299 yesterday, which weighs in at a gain of 114%
